   As I customer I'm fully disappointed with In Motion Hosting. Our account has been suspended and we have no access to the control panel, emails (!) and ftp because the traffic was to high (250 visits per day) even though we bought unlimited traffic.
   We are now afraid that we will lose all our critical data because they give no access to them. We are really terrified as a company and have been fully stultified to our customers because they see a message like that (pointing to a file suspended.cgi - you can understand what suspended means to a customer or partner!!!):

   As an established company in Greece (Oxy Publishing SA) with very serious and big customers we believe that the definitely don't deserve the award of professionalism. And our damage is really big and unrefundable in any way.

   Just signed up with Inmotion a couple of days ago and had trouble right away. Had to talk to 5 or 6 people at tech support and they were really helpful and stuck with me as I'm really new at this tech stuff. They fixed everything for me. A big WOW from me for these guys - really happy I chose them as hosts.

   Yeah!! After nightmarish dealings with other hosting companies - I'm into InMotionhosting! Great performance, unlimited space & bandwith for all my business needs. Their customer service is second to none and I've moved all my clients over now. The answer to your hosting needs is InMotion!

   I chose Inmotion as my first host and this was my very first website I put up. I had a little bit of trouble uploading the site and had to call tech support. I was so pleased with their service. The tech guy I spoke with had everything fixed in about a minute and explained everything step by step and helped me understand where I'd gone wrong. I had my new website up about 5 minutes later and I'm really happy. Inmotion was great for this newbie!

   Our company is very happy to have our website hosted by Inmotion. We needed to find a reliable host as well as one that can answer customer questions quickly and are happy to say that we have found all of that with Inmotion. The site that we host is pretty basic but it is important as it helps us communicate with our customers and present our products to them. The price of the hosting is affordable and the quality of service is great! The people at Inmotion were always helpful when we had to deal with them so we are very happy overall with the service received so far.

   I've previously been with larger hosting providers, but what I love about InMotion is the round the clock customer support. Their tech support and the fact that they are super reliable is really what sets them apart - and I need this consistency for my business. InMotion has been really great, knowledgeable people, great service, great product. Highly recommended from me.

   I'm a newbie when it comes to getting a website put together and InMotion made it really easy for me. Their interface is really great - very user-friendly - and I had a website up in 10 minutes - it was that simple! I ran into a small problem after the first few days and their tech support were brilliant. My experience with InMotion has been a real pleasure. Great rates, great service and a great product.    I am very happy to be dealing with InMotion as my webhosting services provider. The price and plans are all great but one thing that I was especially happy about was their tech support. Their support department doesn't seem to be outsourced to Asia to cut costs like so many other companies out there. All the people know their stuff very well and they answer their calls in less than 2 minutes. After having numerous problems getting proper support from other hosts, it was very refreshing to be dealing with InMotion and I will keep using them for a long long time.

    This is a web hosting company that I have used for over 3 years now and so far it was very good for me. My site works just the way it should and I am very happy with that. The only 2 times that I have had issues with downtime, I got in touch with their support department and they were very attentive to my questions. You actually get the feeling that the person you are talking to is interested in helping you rather than doing everything possible to get you off the line as fast as they can. Even though I am a very small client for them with the cheapest plan they have on offer, I felt like I was an important customer and this is always a great thing.

    Have to say I'm impressed with InMotion so far. They just helped me transfer my domain from another webhost and set up my email accounts. Had a bit of trouble getting familiar with nameservers but I got great response from the support guys who made the transition pretty smooth. I like how easy it is to use their systems and the tools are great. Glad I made the move.

    I really love InMotion and am really happy I switched! Just got the business class package with domain name and found the customer service was very very good. They were friendly and helpful and made set up go like clockwork. The price is great for the service to and fits well with my budget. No complaints here- happy to recommend.

    Just like many other webmasters that I know of, I am extremely satisfied with the service that is provided by Inmotion hosting. Having switched to them from another company I immediately have seen a difference in the way they do things. When I needed to host a second site with them, it was up and running within minutes. No waiting, no delays and no problems. Truly a great host.

    I am quite happy that I chose to host my site with Inmotion. I usually go for quite some time without needing to contact tech support for anything, but when things go wrong on occasion they are always dependable and available to help you. They were very helpful in getting me back on track when my site was hacked last week. For me, it is important to know that a company will be there to help you if you are having problems.

    Have been with InMotion for over 2 years. Always received the quality service that I felt like I deserved as a customer of theirs. When I had a few questions about upgrading my account to a higher plan, they were very helpful and made efforts to assist me. I recommend this webhost to everyone. No matter how big or small your site is, you are sure to find a plan that will suit you. Their service is awesome.

    I have been in the business of creating websites for small business owners for more than 5 years. During this time, I have used many different web hosts, but I can say that none has truly surpassed InMotion. They are the only web host that I would recommend to anyone without hesitating. I find that their customer service has simply been outstanding and they are definitely the top web host out there according to me.

    Inmotion is great for my needs. Even though they cost a bit more than some other webhosts, I think it's well worth the extra dollar or so per month. Their servers always stay up without any issues or downtime. I really like a reliable web host as I don't have to worry about whether my site is up or not.

    The Inmotion site builder tool is great and has helped me get my website up and running in less than an hour. Hosting itself is very good and reliable. I know that there are some cheaper hosts out there, but I think you get what you pay for. Even though Inmotion may be about $2 more expensive than the competition, I think it is worth paying a bit more and receive quality customer service and dependable hosting.

    Inmotion gives great help when you need it. After using them for over one year, my site has been hacked. Their technical support was very helpful in getting me back on track very rapidly. They gave information on what caused the security breach and they restored the files of my website from the backup. I was really impressed by the level of service and expertise of their staff. It is great to be dealing with a web host that you know will always be available to help you when you need them and I recommend anyone who needs a web host to use Inmotion.

    Have been a satisfied customer of Inmotion for more than one year. Some poeple have complained that the prices they charge are a bit more than competing companies. But myself I would rather pay more for a service that actually works especially after I have read some horror stories about people using other web hosts which constantly had problems. Nothing bad ever happened here are Inmotion all my sites work 100% and all the time.

    Really like this host. The domain is free and the packages are all unlimited. Also provides good tech support when you need it. Since I was new to running a web site, things were a bit confusing for me at first but they helped me figure it all out.

    I think inmotion really deserves to be the top web host here. They were always freidnly and helpful when I had questions about their product. Inmotion provides excellent tools for you to get your website up and running. Everything is simple to use and works well, so I definitely recommend this host to everyone that I know. Price could be a bit cheaper, but it is still very competitive.

    Quite good actually. In my opinion, inMotion is one of the better web hosts out there. They truly seem to have figured out how to run a professional hosting company that listens to the needs of every webmaster, rather than just trying to sell you things that you don't need. Very good.

    After having used shared hosting with GoDaddy for a few years, I decided to switch to Inmotion and get a VPS server. Everything was going correctly. The server runs fine and my website has never experienced any downtime, delays or other issues. Inmotion also provides excellent support for their customers, which is something that I unfortunately have not experienced with other web hosting companies. Therefore, according to me, this web host is simply excellent and I would recommend this company if you want a stable and reliable VPS hosting plan.

    Good performance overall, but they should make their packages more affordable. There are some hosts with prices 30 - 40 percent less than Inmotion. But the experience here has been positive for me. No down time for the site, which is extremely important, as the site for my biz needs to work around the clock.

    I have a graphic and video design company and find that inmotion has always given excellent value for the money paid. For smaller clients, we can host their site on our own account, while for others that have bigger sites, we always recommend Inmotion for their hosting choice. The customer service has been excellent every time. You are able to speak with somebody at any time of the day and night. I find that this host is excellent for our use and therefore recommend then because of their reliability and excellent quality of support. This is something that I have only rarely seen in other web hosts.

    Here again, Inmotion is an excellent host, really deserves 100% all the way. I truly appreciate the fact that their support was always willing to help me 24 hours a day when I was having problems with my email. It was rapidly fixed within 15 minutes. Really good quality host.

    I use Inmotion's VPS hosting after a recommendation from a friend and after I have also experienced nothing but trouble using shared hosting from another company out there (GoDaddy). So far, I am satisfied with the value that I am getting. The support is great and I am happy that it is all handled in house, rather than speaking with some call center overseas that has not the slightest clue about what webhosting actually is. The prices for their VPS packages could be lower, I have seen many companies with less expensive hosting. However this is not that big of a deal for me as I believe that you need to pay for quality hosting if you truly demand quality service.

    Finally I am dealing with a host that has gotten everything right from the very beginning. Sure I have used other hosts before and they have all given me some reliable service, but they have never been able to give the technical support answered in a timely manner just like InMotion. This company always gives top customer service whether the problem that you are having is simple or complicated. They truly seek to give the best service to their customers and it shows.

    I own a business and we have several hosting plans with Inmotion Hosting. There have one been down time once a year and after this there was no trouble whatsoever. When we called the phone support it was very great and friendly. These people truly seem to have figured out what it takes to run a hosting business properly and for that I truly salute them.     I was lookting through the top ten web hosts and have found Inmotion. I am glad that I have found a company that is professional and that provides very reliable web hosting. They are really a state of the art web hosting business as I see that my site loads a lot faster than it did with other companies. The people in both the support and sales department have always been great and are always ready and willing to answer any questions. Because of this good experience I really recommend Inmotion web hosting!

    I used Inmotion as my main web host for a few years right now. This isn't the only web hosting company that I have used in my life, however. I used about a dozen different web hosts and I can say that Inmotion truly is number one. When you contact them this coiompany cares about what you have to say and they will resolve the problem you are havin. The support is open 24 hours a day, which seems to now be the standard in the industry, but it actually wasn't a couple of years ago. I also love the reliability as there has never been a single issue of the site going down for an extended period of time. Inmotion defiitely is a solid web host and one that I am very happy to use.

    I have been used Inmotion Web hosting for several years right now. I have used many different hosting providers in the past and I can say that Inmotion has been the best of them all. There servers always work well so there are no problems with my email or my website. Their support is available 24 hours a day and 7 day a wekk to help you. I like having the peace of mind that comes with using such a reliable web hosting company. I truly love Inmotion as they are a company that provides really solid web hosting service all the time.     Of all of the web hosting services that I have used in the past I can say that Inmotion web hosting has been the most reliable of them all. There have never been any serious outages and only a few glitches with their control panel. Right now they have fixed this too and all the features are accessible and working out great. When I spoke with their technical support they were very rapid to answer and very professional. This is something that I like in a web hosting business, a company which can take care of their customers and that consistently provides the best quality of hosting that is available to them. I am glad that I have chosen Inmotion as I run a political site that sometimes gets a lot of traffic but their servers seem to handle everything quite well. There are never any periods where the site loads slowly or is simply not available. Everything works just like it should so I see that Inmotion is truly able to practice what they guarantee on their site in terms of reliability. Kudos to them for the excellent hosting.

    My name is Yuan and I have worked with web sites and internet related technology for more than 15 years. This let me see how the web hosting market has changed over the time, web hosting has become something a much more simple to use and also a lot cheaper than ever before. But the problem is that this has given rise to many companies that are unscrupulous or people who think they can throw a few servers on a rack and have a web host company. But these problems I did not find with Inmotion. Not at all. The excellent thing is the online support that can be contacted at all hours so it is 24 hours a day. They offer a phone support too but I prefer to speak by internet chat because my English is not that perfect when I talk. With this company Inmotion, I did not see any big problems at all. The only time I needed to get help was when I tried to make installation of databases as well as some scripts that was giving an error message all the time when loading. It turned out there was a small configuration problem and it was repaired in a quick manner. Right now Inmotion is a web hosting company that I use for most of my online activities. I run several different websites but most of them are for clients that I help administer their online presence. I will always recommend someone to choosen Inmotion if they want good web hosting. With them, it do not matter if your site is very simple or much bigger you will be getting all the great service that you need.

    I am not saying that Inmotion is a bad company. There are certain things that they do quite well, such as having service that is generally reliable and in line with their uptime guarantee. Their technical support is also always friendly and they really do make every effort to help as much as they can. There are two issues that I have experienced with them. First of all, I was having problems with my emails. Some messages were going through, while others were not being received at all. At the sender's end, the messages either bounced, or simply went off but were never received by me. Their support told me that this is because they were doing maintenance and upgrading on their servers, which is something that they do every few months. It actually happened twice within the past year. When I spoke to support, they said it would be resolved within 48 hours. The problem is that it took them almost 1 week to fix this problem. In the meantime, you are going to have a lot of trouble if using your site involves you receiving emails from people. In fact, it could make things look as if you are unprofessional because you can't even set up your own email correctly.

    The other thing that is not so good about Inmotion is that you really need to read the fine print when you sign up. While they advertise the fact that they offer unlimited web hosting, this is actually not the case in practice. If you use more than 15 GB of space or so, you will get contacted by them asking you to lower it. They will start blaming all of the problems that your website is having on the fact that it is too large and taking up too much space, even if not all of that content is accessed daily and your bandwidth usage is relatively low.

    Now the prices offered by Inmotion are quite interesting in my opinion, however the main problem with them is their reliability of email. Also, if you plan to build a very big site then you should not use Inmotion for shared web hosting, as you will simply run into big problems with them, they will tell you that you must reduce the amount of space you use or you will need to cancel your site and move somewhere else. It might be suitable if you have a small site and don't realy too much on your email, but in other cases I would say that there are some much more reliable companies out there which will not cause you such problems.

    Being new to web building, I needed a bit of help getting my website up and running. This webhost always provided me with the necessary help. While their help system was useful, I wanted to make sure I was doing certain things right as I was installing a blog and didn't want to mess up and have to start all over. When I called the first person that I spoke to was the one that assisted me. There was no need for me to be passed over to someone else and have to wait all over again. This is something I became used to when calling tech support for the cable company and for my computer but at Inmotion there has never been a case of this happening. All support people are friendly and know what they are doing at all times. Explanations are clear and to the point, and they want to make sure that I understand, rather than simply trying to get me to hang up as quickly as possible like in other businesses. The price for this host is also very fair and great which I truly like about them. Going so far with them, my experience has been nothing short of excellent, so I am proud that I have chosen them as my hosting company. Everything is going great here.

    I have been searching for a long time in an effort to find a web hosting company that was truly the best web hosting company there is. After comparing many different hosts, Inmotion came through as the company that was simply the best and most reliable. I simply filled out their online form and signed up and I was on my way. The great thing with Inmotion is that everything with their web hosting has worked right from the very beginning. In the past I have used shared hosting and I have had various problems, mainly that the site was loading way slower than it actually should have. I am sure Inmotion uses great quality equipment, as this has never been a problem with them. In fact, my email also works all the time like it should. There are never any problems sending or receiving email messages. Their sales and tech support people are really the greatest and always want to make sure that they understand what you mean to give you the best response possible to your question. For all of these reasons I recommend that you use InMotion!

    Their tech support is really great and has all the elements that you would want from a company that provides amazing service. But best of all, the support at Inmotion actually know what they are doing and are willing to help a customer even if the problem is not due to the company's fault. They helped me recover some files that were deleted by error when I was changing some things on my site. This saved me the trouble of having to re upload 500 mb of data on a hellishly slow connection that I have at home. I really like the way they take care of their customers. A good web hosting is a lot more than simply having good servers and being reliable. It is actually treating your customers like humans and helping them when needed. Inmotion did that very well and I am quite happy for everything they have done for me. Great job times 1000!!

    I have found out about Inmotion when I was searching the web for a hosting company that was reliable and provided great customer service. The Inmotion reviews that I have read all seemed to show that this company provided this, so I joined. I got up and running within just a few short minutes. Uploading content to my site was very fast and surprisingly much faster than with all of the previous web hosts I have been with. The customer service people I have spoken with were all knowledgeable and actually spoke like humans instead of robots that are just reading off a script.

    Inmotion has gotten all elements of web hosting right. While I have used other companies before and their hosting ran smoothly, all seemed to be lacking in terms of technical support. My most common problem with other places is getting the support that I needed in a fast way. By joining Inmotion, I really don't need to worry about these kinds of issue. Their technical support is available around the clock and will always work with you to solve any problem that you might be having quickly and politely. For the web hosting service, it has always been fast and reliable too. Not a single service interruption has happened here for me.

    I recently switched all off my sites over to Inmotion and am very satisfied with the decision that I have made. I never saw such good quality of technical support anywhere else. There was almost never any waiting time for their phone support which is something that surprised me quite a lot. All of their techs were willing to do what is necessary to help me fix any problems that I had. I recently upgraded my hosting to a VPS host as I am adding several new websites in the coming month. Their service has always been excellent.

    In the past year, I have done a few projects for clients and have used 3 different hosting companies. I am extremely happy to have found Inmotion and will be moving all of my sites to them. What I really find extraordinarily good about this host is the support that they provide to their users. They actually do give you 24 hours a day support with very little waiting time. Before I ordered the service I called them 3 times just to see if their support was any good and every single time I got through to an intelligent human within less than 2 minutes. Their support really knows what they are doing and are not simply zombies who can do nothing more than read the screen in front of them. Their hosting is really easy to use and powerful + rich in features at the same time. The email is very fast to load and all the controls for setting up new mailboxes, auto responders and email forwarding are there and can be located easily. No more having to deal with a clumsy email interface that looks like it was designed by an 8 year old. Since Inmotion offers me everything that I want from a host, I am more than glad to stay with them and I am really confident that I have made the right decision by moving my sites over to their service.

    This hosting company Inmotion gives great help when you need it. A week ago someone hacked my site. Their support did everything to get the site back up. They instantly restored it from backups. What was surprising is that they found out exactly what files were changed by the hacker and gave me advice on how to prevent this kind of attack in the future. This really shows a caring attitude towards their customers and the desire to keep them happy with their service. When I had a similar incident happen with JustHost, the support over there was dismissive and pretty much told me that since they don't own my site, I am the one responsible for fixing it and if someone has hacked it then it is the web master's problem and not theirs. It is great to know that not all hosting companies are the same. They give you complete service and are also priced very reasonably.

    It has been a few months since I put up a website. I will admit that when I got started I really did not know anything about web creation. I actually managed to work most of it out on my own, but when I had trouble I did not hesitate to contact their support. They were always helpful and have even helped me with stuff that didn't really have anything to do with their service. This is really what good hosting support is and I congratulate Inmotion for this. I don't write web hosting reviews often but I do want to let people know that for me Inmotion has been a great company.

    My business website has been hacked. Basically most of the pages were scrapped and replaced with code which I framed a spammer's site for some kind of pills or something. InMotion Web Hosting was able to find all the pages that were hacked and reverse the problem. The account was reset and restored from backup. I am pleasantly surprised that this whole process took 10 minutes – while I was expecting that it would take all day to get back up.

    So far I got great service at excellent prices. My VPS hosting at Inmotion is really cheap in price but not cheap in quality. When I was having a few problems getting it going they were always very friendly in getting it to work. Inmotion VPS hosting is highly recommended based on the experience that I have had with them. It always works even when my site is getting thousands of hits each day. Very high quality and I am extremely satisfied of my decision to use Inmotion.

    I know very well that there are some other companies that would be the cheapest web hosting service providers out there, but after using them I have always been disappointed, sometimes quite severely. With wwebhostingpad, my site was always going down and the tech support was of no help. Same thing was happening with godaddy, I was getting database errors and their only response was that I must have messed up my installation of wordpress hosting. Nothing like this has ever happened to me with inmotion. Their tech support is the best and I never have to wait for them to answer me. All of their technicians are well qualified and capable of answering your questions rapidly. They will be patient and resolve the problem with you, in addition to giving you good advice on how you can make your site more secure and more stable. Their technicians actually understand how web hosting work and seem to be experts in their field and not just some 16 year old that is reading you things from a script and is incapable of doing anything else. I agree that inmotion is not the cheapest company around but also you must understand that if you want such great support for your web hosting then you need to be willing to pay a bit of a higher price when it comes down to it in the end. If you go cheap on your hosting the results will also be cheap and you won't like that if you are running an online business.

    Inmotion is a really great host that I have been using for the last 3 years. The only time I have experienced a problem with my site is after they have changed their servers once. My site was down for a few hours and I couldn't access my emails. I would have appreciated if they had told me this in advance so at least I would have known this would have happened. However, this never took place since and when I contacted their support team on their site they were very helpful in explaining to me that some of their servers had a problem and needed to be replaced immediately. For the unlimited hosting that I have, the price that they ask for is also really great. I recommend Inmotion because of overall reliability, good support and great prices.

    The phone support at Inmotion has been surprisingly fast and extremely good at doing their job. I was having problems getting Joomla to work correctly and the staff was very knowledgeable. The support tech immediately found out what the problem was and gave specific instructions on how to fix it. This is the kind of support that is really great and should be offered by all web hosting services to their customers. Inmotion is really good for Joomla hosting.     The main thing I would comment on regarding Inmotion would be their online support. I have not tried their phone support as I just find it more convenient to deal with live chat and email. The people at their online support team are really one of the greatest web hosting support people that I have ever seen. The explanations that they provided me were always very accurate and they had some excellent advice on how I could improve the performance of my site and prevent any problems for happening. The Cpanel that Inmotion uses is also really good and you can manage plenty of things for your website with it. The categories of features are also very well organized so that you are sure to find what you are looking for. It is true that if you compare Inmotion reviews to information about some other web hosting companies they will come out as being a bit more expensive. But one thing that you will get in return is quality which is something that is simply nonexistent if you would be dealing with the cheapest web hosting companies on the market today. Great hosting and great service have really made Inmotion an excellent choice of web hosting.     Last year I was searching for a web hosting company that was very reliable and that could give me great service but also at an affordable price. Luckily for me, Inmotion was one of the first web hosting companies that I came across. I've read some Inmotion reviews and then decided to sign up. What really took me by surprise is that Inmotion had a lot more positive reviews from customers than any of the other web hosting companies that I have looked at before. With that in mind, I thought that certainly they must be doing something right if so many people seem to love the service that they provide. Indeed, it turns out that I was actually right! When I joined up, I was up and running much faster than I would have ever thought possible. I also noticed that my site loads really fast. I have been with Justhost last year and that was actually terrible, my site was always loading as slowly as if I was on a cheap dial up connection or something. It really reminded me of the 90's. But no such problems happened at Inmotion. The web mail is also so much better and is easy to manage and navigate. All of their customer service and tech support people have been really great up to now and have been the friendliest of any web host that I used before.     Inmotion is a web host that has the best online customer service that I have ever seen in quite a long time. Their hosting packages are excellent and are very affordable if you put into consideration what you will be really getting when you are using them. One of the best things about a web host like Inmotion is that they do not oversell their packages. This makes your website run a lot faster and you will not have any of the problems that are often associated with servers that have too many sites active on them (slow downs, unresponsive site, trouble making updates and such). Their Cpanel is excellent and provides all the things that you need to have your website running well. All of their software is the most up to date and is always functioning reliably. When you call their customer service you can expect a response right away. Same thing goes for speaking to them online, you will get an answer very fast even if it is the middle of the night. Other web hosts that I have been using in the past have always made excuses as to why their support was so slow, but Inmotion doesn't need to do that as you always get the best support they can provide.

While it costs $13.95 per month, which is more than many other hosts, the features offered are simply excellent and give you everything that you may ever need to host multiple websites. With this plan, you can host up to 25 sites on your hosting account with Inmotion. Their servers are very fast and compared to the hosting company that I was using before them (Greengeeks), the website always loads extremely fast without any period of down time. Website building tools provided by them are very good and can help you get a website up very quickly. The pro website builder tool is simply great and is a lot more advanced than the stuff you would see with the cheapest web hosting places. If you want excellent web hosting for your business then I strongly recommend that you use Inmotion business class web hosting. While it might cost you a bit more, you will at least be happy with your service and you will not be facing problems that many of the cheap hosts out there have. I only wish that I had found information about this web host first, instead of having my site hosted by low quality companies before. They are simply the best in my opinion.

    Inmotion gives good hosting overall. While they are not completely unlimited like some other hosting companies are – or claim to be – they still provide very good capacity with regards to bandwidth and disk space. But what you need to do when you consider using Inmotion for your hosting is to choose your hosting plan very carefully. They have several different plans for business or personal use. While they offer a starter plan for $3 a month as part of their person deals, it is really bad and is only suitable if you are uploading just a very basic HTML site and do not ever expect to need anything else. The $3 plan does not give you MySQL databases or have any tools to install scripts or content management systems. You would be much better off with the Max plan, however it is slightly more expensive at $5 per month. If you want a site that is a lot more advanced or absolutely need increased speed as well as reliability, you should really have to check out their business hosting plans instead. They are not that more expensive but do give some more interesting features as well. One thing to know when dealing with Inmotion is that they are of course not the cheapest web hosting provider around. There are many other companies that are a lot cheaper than them, but the main difference here would be quality of service. Inmotion always delivers and all of the things that they promise to include in their plans actually work, which is very often not the case with their competitors. So if you want to get unlimited everything for $2 per month, this is not a good place for you. But if you are willing to pay a bit more and instead have service from a great hosting company then you should of course take a look through their plans and choose the best one for your needs.     The service quality and customer service are excellent for Inmotion. I had problem during signing up process but it was caused by error that I did. I signed up for a package that was incorrect and not what I wanted to be having for my hosting. The customer service person took situation in charge and changed hosting plan for my needs with minimal hassle. All this thing was fixed in only a couple minutes. So the truth is after making the signing up I was ready to begin using the services with the correct service plan in less than a little few minutes.     You know, I usually hate being negative, but this web host is really no good in my opinion. I was interested in some of their plans and I had a few questions so I went on to their live chat. The first time around, the live chat would not even load. I thought there might be something wrong with my own internet connection so I tried again in a few hours. This time I got a message that I was 3rd in line to be helped by them. I had to wait over 15 minutes before I got to someone and even then it took them more than 7 minutes to finally answer my question. I had a few things to ask about their plans, but it turns out that the web hosting plan I wanted was not available as a monthly package and that I would have to pay for minimum 6 months in advance. No thanks, especially after the poor customer service that was slow and not reliable. They also sounded quite rude when they were talking to me on the chat.     If you take a look at the Inmotion website, you will see that they are in fact quite different from many other web hosting companies out there. If you look at the cheap hosts, you will see that very often there is only one or two plans and that they claim everything will be unlimited, which very rarely turns out to be the case and you then get bad surprises. But with Inmotion, they have quite a few different plans for you to select from. If you want hosting that is always very fast, then it would be a better idea to first look at their business class plans, as these are hosted on servers which are faster than the personal plans. They cost a bit more, I think a dollar or so extra, but in my opinion this is well worth it as it will give you the best quality and fastest hosting. If you are a bit confused about your choices of web hosting options or plans, then you can ask their service team before you sign up and they will always give you a good explanation that will answer any question that you might have about their service. They really did not lie about the quality that they offer. Site has been working fast and there are no periods of slow down at all. I have been with JustHost before and I always had slow down during peak hours of the day. Very happy to know that Inmotion knows how to balance their traffic well so that such stuff does not happen.

    I have read some of the InMotion reviews and some people have said that the hosting company looks like it is too technical and their plans are hard to understand. Well in reality InMotion may not be the right choice for everyone and I wouldn't really recommend them for someone who is completely new to web hosting, like somebody that doesn't even know what FTP or HTML means. But otherwise if you are an online marketer and need something reliable and stable, then Inmotion is really a good choice. Their business plans are optimized for online business. I am now with the Pro plan and pay $13.95 per month to host 10 sites. While I know many of the cheap hosts claim you can host unlimited web sites this is little more than a marketing gimmick as they will rapidly kick you out if you use too much resources, which is bound to happen after the 4th or 5th site that you put on their server, especially if it is something like Joomla hosting that will use several thousand files for each installation. I have never, not on one single occasion run into any kind of problems when using InMotion services and this is the thing that I like the most about them. You get quality, reliable service all the time and every single time. No ups and downs, no having to constantly call support 3 times a week to find out why your site is down or seems slow. In fact I did not have to call their support any signle time since I got started with them. They really lead the way when it comes to great web hosting and I believe that if some of the other web hosting companies may want to get an example of how to run a proper business that will attract profitable customers, they should take a look at what Inmotion is doing and emulate their business model, because it is simply great.

    In my book, InMotion is really an excellent provider of the top web hosting services. All things work great and I was really surprised when reading some of the InMotion reviews as it looks like 95% of them are positive, where as with the other web hosts there is always plenty of non satisfied customers. Simply look at their site and then select which hosting plan you would like to use. They have plenty of them as they provide different kinds of web hosting to suit the needs of every kind of web master. The only thing that I would not recommend using is their web design services. I think they charge too much to design just a basic and static site. You could probably find a freelancer to do this for less than $25, which is way less than what they charge. But the main thing is they are in the web hosting business and not the web site creation business and they are capable of giving me great hosting, which is all that actually really matters for me. Two thumbs up for InMotion they are really the best web host I could find after searching for many weeks.

    I am very experienced when it comes to hosting websites and I do have hosting accounts with 6 providers right now, but two of these are free web hosting services that I use for some personal projects. My main website is hosted at InMotion and I could never have been more satisfied with what they gave me. They have a lot of different plans available and this helped me select the best one for me. Just by seeing that, I saw that they are a good company that is serious about their service and about giving customers a plan that will be a right fit for them. What made me even happier is that you can sign up for a plan for 6 months if monthly billing is not available. So you don't need to pay 3 or 4 years in advance like many web hosting companies seem to want these days. InMotion has surprised me with their knowledge of hosting and the good service that they provided me with. I am extremely pleased to be doing business with them. For anyone that needs dependable and quality hosting service for an online business site that they run, you should go with InMotion. In my experience, companies that offer a “one size fits all” plan are not good and they oversimplify things. This will only lead to trouble down the road.

I specialize in building web sites for small businesses and sometimes individuals, so I needed a web hosting company that I could recommend to everybody, meaning that they need to have different plans for different uses. They have excellent web hosting plans which are easy to figure out. You just determine how many sites that you need to host and how much space your sites will be taking. If you make the wrong choice, you can always upgrade your web hosting, I did this with my account and the entire process was very easy and done in less than an hour.     Web hosting should be something simple and straightforward, that works right the first time and every time. I did have a couple of problems with my hosting, although it was actually because I set up Drupal incorrectly and it was cuasing my website to get errors all the time. But for this issue, I dealt with Inmotion support and they were of a big great help. I actually hesitated about asking them any question related to Drupal and wanted to post on a webmaster forum instead, as I was sure that they would say that third party software is not their problem and I am on my own. Quite to the contraty, the support team at Inmotion took ownership of the entire issue and actually fixed many things for me and explained clearly what they had done and how I could keep from having the same problem again in the future. In other words, Inmotion web hosting is the greatest hosting company I have had the pleasure of dealing with. They have been my web hosting company for 4 years now and I really love how they handled all problems presented to them. Dealt with professionally and completely, just like I deserved it.     If you are looking for a cheap host, then Inmotion is obviously not for you. If you want a web host that promises you unlimited service that it cannot deliver, then Inmotion is also not for you. But if you are serious about succeeding in online business and need hosting that is adapted to your needs, is reliable and is functional, then Inmotion is the right choice in this case. You will find that you will get excellent quality of hosting here, combined with technical support that is very useful and can solve all problems that you could be having with your web hosting service. They also have a lot of tutorials, instructions and even some instructional videos that will help you understand how all of the feature sof your web hosting work and how you can make full use of them. Now if you are a person that is serious about their website and need your site to always be up and functioning 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, then InMotion is quite obviously the best choice for web hosting. They have a lot of different options that you can add on and their plans are very easy to understand. You get to choose plans that will be suitable for you depending on a variety of factors, such as the number of domains that you will be hosting, the amount of mailboxes that you will have, etc, etc. All of this will be something that is important in terms of making your decision about which plan you go with. I needed to speek with their Customer Service on one occasion and it was too change web hosting plans because I needed to add more websites. The change was done very quickly and I have had absolutely no difficulties at all dealing with them. The customer service people spoke excellent English and were very professional when I was talking to them. Since this is a top quality web host, I will stay with them and I recommend InMotion to you as well!

    I think the Inmotion company really deserves its name. With them, things are always “in motion” as in there is no down time and all of their employees are actually busy doing something for their customers to maintain the great standard of web hosting that they deserve to get. Recently, I have switched over my account from their standard personal hosting to vps hosting as my sites were growing and the smoothness that this was done with really impressed me. Rob from their live chat was extremely helpful and has done everything necessary for this to be a smooth transition without any problems appearing. They are always 100% professional and fast when dealing with customers and this is why I feel good with myself, knowing that I have made the right choice for my web hosting. I have had a lot of web hosts previously that completely dropped the ball on me and never gave me even satisfactory hosting.     A couple of years ago I was in search of some web hosting and was wondering what hosting to buy. We all know that hosting is a business where there are thousands of different players but I then came around to see an ad for Webhostingpad. They looked really good and their price was the lowest that I have seen for an unlimited hosting plan. I signed up with them and told my friends about Webhostingpad. Some of my friends, especially one who is in the IT industry and is a senior administrator at a data center warned me that it was not possible to any good amount of service for such a cheap price. In these few years that I have been with them, I had 8 different sites hosted on my account (not all at once) and there has never been even any trouble for me there. Sure, with some of my sites I had some questions or problems setitng up WordPress hosting, but the technical support staff here at Webhostingpad was very efficient and friendly in getting me set up the right way and they were truly interested in that I have a good experience with blog hosting. All of my problems were solved within less than half an hour. Now I do understand my friend the systems admin as well as many people who could say that the cheapest web hosting equals trouble but there are exceptions to this rule. Webhostingpad is one of these exceptions as they are capable of providing stable, functioning service at a ridiculously low price. I have already extended my subscription with them and I recommend that you at least take a look at what they have to offer if you are in search of a good kind of web hosting for cheap.

There were a few times where web hosting was out and email semmed to be unavailable a few times, I mean even Hotmail was more reliable than that. Overall, I would say that this company provided a decent service but not a perfect one like some of the people here would say. However things took a turn for the worse a few days ago when I wanted to make some changes to my hosting services. I wanted to take off a few services and add some new ones, which would actually increase the amount of money that I would spend with them every month. However upon contacting them for this their billing practices seemed way too unflexible for a company that I have been doing business with for several years. Also, I have had a technical problem on one of my sites that was not resolved for over a week. In both cases it took a whole lot of sending emails back and forth for days on end before I could get any type of resolution from them. This is just not something that I expected from a company like InMotion, I really wanted much better in terms of customer service. Their tech support people simply don't pay attention to what they are suppposed to be doing. One time they asked me to repeat my domain name that I was having trouble parking, even thouhg I had mentioned it quite clearly in my last message to them. I am now looking for a good web hosting company that will provide me with both reliable service and actually good customer service. At some poiunt I would have agreed that InMotion is the best web hosting provider around, but after going through what I have been through, I really disagree with that.

    I am a reseller of web hosting and have clients in a few parts of the world. Some of them have very simple sites, but there are many others that have websites which are filled with videos, graphics, etc. Because of this I needed service that was very efficient and fast. Inmotion has given me the best experience with reseller web hosting that I have ever seen so far. I have been online since the early 1990s, back when few people even knew that the internet existed. So I had the occasion of dealing with quite a few internet providers as well as web hosts. I know what is good and what is bad when it comes to hosting a web site and InMotion truly deserves to be number one on the top ten web hosting companies. I am quite surprised that you put FatCow, which is little more than a cheap host, on top of your list, while you could have put Inmotion, a company that actually cares about their customers and wants them to get good service there. For reseller web hosting, they have a very easy to use control panel which lets you manage all of your accounts with ease. The tech support is the most attentive and courteous that I have seen in many years and this has not been rivaled by another web hosting company. I like the fact that you can call or web chat with them at any time and that someone will always be available. There are plenty of cheapest web hosting providers out there which say that their customer support is 24 hours, but when you get on the live chat you realize that there is no ody there and that you need to leave them a message. Now I am going to add a dedicated web server from them for some of my own sites, I've been with InMotion as my web hosting provider for over 3 years now and they are really the best. No down time at all!

    It has been more than 12 months that I use InMotion. I never remembered any one time where I had a issue with down time. Of course we know that any host can have problems at some times, but not having any down time at all is simply a great thing for any kind of web host. Thing is, I am not one to get attached to any brand or company. I stay with a provider like InMotion because they give me excellent service that is reliable and works well, as good rates. I can say honestly that the rates are not the lowest but if you ask anyone which has any experience with high traffic websites and internet business in general, you will see that they will always tell you the same thing: a host that provides a quality service will nto be a cheap one which charges $2 a month. Their cPanel interface was a bit new to me in the beginning but now I can safely say that I got it all figured out and it all works great. With InMotion, I got nothing but fine service from an equally fine host. I am recommending them to all of my friends since the service they provide is nothing short of excellent.

    My site has been hosted with Inmotion for several years. This host is good but it is not really great. An outage has caused my business some serious problems as I had to re upload over 15 GB of data. The issue is that Inmotion says that they do full backups but this is not actually the case. They only do a backup of 10 GB of data. Now being on Business Class hosting, we thought that the entire site would have been backed up but learned the hard way that this is not the case. I don't know for sure whether they claim to have redundant storage but the important issue is that they do NOT. There was a problem with one of their servers and a drive on it failed. Unfortunately it was the one which had our entire site. The entire site has been down nearly one full day while InMotion was figuring out whether they could restore the site for us or not. In the end it turns out that all was lost. Luckily I do not trust webhosts with backups and always have a local backup done every few days. The site was restored from this backup eventually but it took an entire day of uploading and then reconfiguring everything so that it works the way that it is supposed to. So in the end, it took almost 3 days to restore the site. Having been in the IT sector, I know very well that such a thing could happen to any hosting company. But since Inmotion claims thay have business type hosting, their infrastructure should be at least with basic levels of redundancy and complete backups. I will not go on to say that this is a crap host because it is not. You simply need to be informed that if you have over 10 GB of data, then backups will be your own and sole responsibility as Inmotion does not do backups past that point. Also if you are unlucky enough to have a drive fail on the server where your site is hosted, then be prepared for serious downtime in that event. For now, my business will be staying with Inmotion but we are considering expanding and adding some more sites. Of course, I am right now looking at some other hosting options as I wouldn't trust Inmotion for all of the sites. At least if one would go down, the other ones would still be operational.

I see that all throughout blogs and review sites they have a very positive and solid reputation, so I figured that I might as well give them a try. Now I see that this is an excellent decision that I made for my website. In the two years that I was hosting with them, there has not been a single occasion where my site was down. Not a single time. With my previous host at Just Host I was having reliability problems all the time, but not here. InMotion also has a great refer a friend program and I have sent over 2 new webmasters to them. They are a very good hosting company.

    I have a reseller account with Inmotion as I provide web design and management services. I went with them because they are the most reliable hosting company around, period. I have never even seen a web host that wuld come close to so many positive comments from users everywhere. The interface to manage the site is very simple to figure out once you go through it. Most important of all, the features are all working and any change that you make will be applied to the server right away, which is simply great. Although I will admit that their prices may not be the cheapest of all the industry, at least I can say quite honestly that their service quality is always there. Whenever I had questions and needed some technical assistance from them they alwasys came through with excellent service just like I would expect from a good hosting company. Servers are very fast and all the necessary features, like email, etc all work very well for me. I am very thrilled to finally have found a great web host and I just hope that their excellent service will continue. Both me and all of my customers have been satisfied with InMotion!

    Inmotion is a great hosting company to be using, especially if you are dealing with some sites that have a lot of multimedia content on them, such as videos and flash applications. When I was using other web hosts like GoDaddy, I always noticed that there were slow times just like they would be deliberatley throttling my bandwidth to try to get me to upgrade. But with Inmotion none of that happened. Speed and reliability were always there, every single day that I have used them. Very happy to be dealing with such a good web host right now. Their prices are quite reasonable for what they offer. I also see that they do not oversell their packages like some other hosting companies do. This means that you will not experience problems or errors with your site due to a server that is always overloaded just like some other hosting companies here. I recommend Inmotion for one reaosn: they are the best web hosting company around!

    I had some positive experiences with Inmotion for the first few months of using them, but then I had a big problem that rteally messed up my business quite badly. From such a supposedly good quality web host it was really the last thing that I expected. Everything was going really well as the beginning, however right after the first few months have passed they sent me an email saying that I should contact them regarding my usage of their email. I didn't think much of it, since I wasn't sending many emails. I had no software that sent emails out automatically at all, and I sent out maybe 20 to 30 emails a day, most of which were replies to people that have emailed me first in reponse to ads I posted online promoting my company and its services. But then, about 1 hour later they sent me another email that they are suspending all of my email accounts and web hosting effective immediately. I never got any sort of explanation from them only that I should read their terms of service regarding email. Yes, I could have pushed this matter further and created all kinds of troubles from them but I really didn't want my online business to suffer because of my websit being down. I changed my website to anothehosting account that I had someplace elese and also my email. I canceled my hosting account with Inmotion instntly, good thing that Iwas on a monthly plan and did not pay them years in advance. Had I not noticed this right away I could have lost a lot of money because of them. Since the other hosting account is simply a very cheap no name host, I am now looking for a more professional hosting company to move my business to permanently. I hope Inmotion realizes that it is troubles like these that will eventually cost them customers, but as for me I am simply done with them and I do not wish to have anything to do with Inmotion hosting anymroe after the way I was treated there.

    Upon reading some of the comments on your website and on certain other websites it would seem like InMotion is really the top of the top for web hosting companies. Unfortunately, my experience has not been so “five stars” as many other people here claimed. The first year that I was hosted at InMotion has been relatively trouble free so I can't complain about that, it was a good start. Then they sent me an e-mail saying that they were doing some maintenance on their servers or something and that there could be some service disruptions. Ok I understand that very perfectly and I accept that. My site was down for just a few minutes and then appeared to be working again. But soon enough problems started again and I was having frequent outages. Every time I called their support they were saying that on their end everything is completely fine and they don't see any issues, made me run plenty of useless tests such as doing ping tests, clearing my browser cookies and cache, etc. Nothing worked and I guess maybe after the fifth time they realized that something must be scrwwed up with the server they put me in. If their technical support people were as competent as all the five star comments here this would never have been a problem in the first place. They are now in the process of manually moving my website to a different web server. I hope that it will work well, because if I ever run into any additional problems then I will simply be canceling my service with them. The one of the good things is that in the case of my plan you don't have to pre pay for the long term it is only paid for 6 months. So now I have 2 months remaining in my contract and if their performance during this period does not improve for the better, I will simply be gone. Hope that Inmotion cleans up their act, that's all for me.

     I have been in business for over 20 years, doing graphic design, video editing, as well as providing various promotional and marketing services to local small businesses. I have been with many different web hosts and other service providers during this time. I have tried all ends of the spectrum, from small, no name local businesses to the biggest companies in the whole industry like Godaddy and Network Solutions. With them, all I really got was price increases for stupid reasons, combined with bad quality customer service and high wait times. Thankfully, this has never been the case at Inmotion. Their staff are helpful and will help you with anything at all regarding your site. I am now hosting six domains with this company and I am very pleased with the service that they offer me. They truly do offer 24 hour a day support for their clients and I am extrememly happy because of that. The prices are a bit average here, but they are still quite low and they do not overcharge you when it is time to renew your service. So far with them, I have not experienced any of the price hikes that other hosting companies are so infamous for.

     If you see all of the Inmotion reviews out there, you will know why this company is the best one for web hosting needs. Not a single problem has appeared, which has surprised me at first because I have become used to dealing with plenty of other web hosting companies and there was always an issue with their servers or something else. But at Inmotion, all works correctly. My website loads just like it should, my email gets there like it should, etc. This is a great company that provides a great service to their users. If only all other web hosts were like this, I am very sure that there would be much less angry people complaining about being mistreated by their hosts on this website!

     I just want to thank the support at Inmotion for the fantastic job that they did with my website. A few days ago my site was hacked and someone put in a script to redirect it to some spamming site selling watches or something. SO my website was out of order when I noticed it I immediately contacted the Inmotion support by email. It took some time to get repaired, but it was back up in less than one day. This is a really good level of service as they solved the issue and they also found what the problem was and how I can prevent it in the future. Very good customer service on their part and this is the simple reason as to why I will be staying with this company in the future.

I was using them for WordPress hosting and was having trouble getting the admin page of my WordPress site to load.      I have a good opinion of Inmotion, just like many other people here seem to have. With all the great things that they do for customers, they really deserve to have a place here in the top ten web hosts list. They should actually have the number one place, it would be more fitting to describe the quality of what they provide. I use Joomla hosting with them and they are really a great service provider. There is no single downtime. I had a few issues getting Joomla to install fully after something went wrong in the first install and I had to redo it again. They were able to get the problem under control within minutes. This is really excellent hosting. Even though they cost a bit more than a few of the other hosting companies I have seen here, in any case they are much better than the competition.

They got 24 hours a day, 7 days a week technical support and their response times when you contact them by email message are also extremelyfast! They have all the features that you need and also their one click scripts installation is very convenient. I use WordPress hosting with them and there ahsn't been a single time that I have problems! I was once a customer of 1&1 web hosting. With what I see right now at Inmotion, they really blog all of their competitors out of the water! Great job to Inmotion! I recommend this web host for those who want a web hosting service that actually works well and is suitable for their unique needs. You can choose a hosting package that depends on how many websites you will be hosting with them. So if you are planning to have just 1 small blog or website, then their cheapest package will do, but if you want something bigger, then they also have the capabilities for that.

Overall this has been a very good experience for me and their service always works. There is never any down time or unreliability at Inmotion. I used several different hosts before like Hostmonster nad Lunar pages and these were really the worst of their kind.

     I really love InMotion hosting. Their service is very easy to work with and has provided me with everything that I need for my hosting. The plan that I am on is really affordable when you consider the excellent service that I get from them every single day. When I called their tech support, their people were very helpful and answered right away. Especially Benny who helped me install Zen Cart after I couldn't get it to work like it should. Thye have saved me a lot of time and were able to figure out what exactly went wrong during the installation. I have never had any other web hosting company give me tech support that was so good, even if I have been with almost 10 other web hosts in the past. So Inmotion gives great services at great prices. Definitely recommend them!

     I have an e-commerce website that is powered by Joomla. Up until a few weeks ago, Inmotion's shared hosting has been good for me and quite affordable, but I now noticed that I will need to use their VPS service instead. Whenever a search engine or price comparison website queries my website, this causes a lot of usage on the databasee and thus makes the CPU usage surge. My site got suspended at least 3 times because its CPU usage was too high. Now I understand that this is a shared web hosting service and that Inmotion needs to do this in order to better serve their other customers. The downside is that they don't even warn you first. Also, tech support will not restore your site. You will need to contact one of their system administrators to do so, which can be pretty hard, especially outside of business hours. This is something that has inconvenienced me really a lot recently. For sure, I will be getting rid of my shared hosting service, as it is just not enough for my needs it would seem. I will be comparing the VPS server options at Inmotion with other companies out here to see which one would be the best for my website. So I know that Inmotion gives good service overall, but if you are running an e-commerce site that has a lot of products, then their shared hosting will probably be not good enough for you. Better go with a company that offers VPS.

     While inmotion is as professional as you can get with a web hosting company, they are far from perfect and I don't think they are as good as many reviews say. Of course, there is the issue that their prices are almost 2 times higher than other competitors. I would accept this if the service was much better, but based on a few experiences that I had, it wasn't all perfect. First, 2 of my customers sites were hacked. Also, another webmaster that I know which has an account with inmotion reported the same issue and it looked like the sites were hacked by the same hacker. The issue is, this has happened twice, so on two separate occasions. The technical support is quite to reach and they did restore the websites from backup as necessary. But for some reason it looked like they weren't really interested in figuring out why the site was hacked to prevent this from happening again. This is not a good service on their part. While their hosting is good and their servers are reliable in general, it seems like this company is having trouble keeping their servers secure enough to keep hackers from breaking in. For this reason, I would hold off on recommending inmotion to anyone until they have shown that they can at least keep their servers secure as they should be doing in the first place.

     I can honestly say that I really love this web hosting company. I have used over 10 other web hosts in the past couple of years like Go Daddy, Fat Cow Host Monster, Host Gator and the like and none would come even close to providing the excellent service that Inmotion gave me. I really want to thank their tech support representative Benny G. and Steve I.. for their great work in helping me getting my site off the ground, as well as explaining to me how Joomla worked. They are a very good web host if you need Joomla hosting, as you can install it straight from the control panel in just a few seconds. Unlike some other hosting companies that I had dealt with in the past, here, their Joomla version is always up to date and if you install any software from their Cpanel, then you are sure you will always get the latest version of it and get it installed in your account in a way that it actually works! I am very proud to be doing business with this company.

I truly laugh at some of the comments on this site and other forums about users who used a cheap host like Hostmonster and thought that you could cram 15 different websites on a single “unlimited” account and then they get really angry when they realize that this will not work and end up booted off the server. My plan with them allows me to host 5 websites and I have 2 websites that are owned by me and 3 others that are owned by clients that I am doing web design and website management for. So far, I did not get any error messages when uploading or maintaining the websites that I run, neither did I need to contact their technical support to report any trouble. I really like the fact that Inmotion markets their service towards professionals who really want the best web host, rather than plaster their ads all over the web so that anyone who wants a website will register and clog their servers. Finally, there is a serious web hosting company around and I am very thrilled to be dealing with Inmotion's services!

     I have had very good user experience with this company. This is the second time that I use a VPS service and I am glad that I went with them. I switched from some no name VPS host that was giving me nothing but trouble and a slow connection from some server in Romania or something. Glad to see that Inmotion is an excellent host for VPS. If you are running a large site or are serious about making money from your website, then I recommend that you sign up for Inmotion VPS service. It is a whlole lot better than shared hosting anywhere! The support I have received here blows the competition out of water. For those who want managed vps service this place is truly excellent. They always go above and beyond when it come sto providing user support. All of their agents seem like they are enjoying doing their job and actually want to be helpful with you. After loooking at some of the other comments on this host I really see how they are the best.

     Excellent customer support. These people are real pros when it comes to web hosting. Whenever you have a problem with anything, there will always be someone available who will be patient and very helpful in assisting you. For what you get, their hosting packages are very well priced, even though they are maybe $1 or $2 more than the competition. In 2 years of using them, I have had less than an hour of down time total. One of the places that Inmotion really shines is that you can actually speak to someone in English if you have a problem. They don't ship their call center work over to an overseas company that doesn't have a clue what web hosting is. I recommend this host to all of you!

     I use the Inmotion VPS service and I am quite happy to have gone with them. They were recommended to me by one of my friends and I wish that I had gone with them sooner. I used another VPS company before that was slightly cheaper, but they didn't really provide quite the same level of customer service or hosting quality that Inmotion did. They really helped me install my website, as well as the relevant scripts and programs that were necessary to keep it up and running correctly. I will always remember the great service that I received here and I will definitely recommend them for anybody that is building a big website and is in need for quality VPS hosting and I do really put the accent on the QUALITY part, as it is great here! They also offer shared web hosting, which I haven't used here, but given the fact that the same company can run their VPS hosting so well, I would presume that they would have no problems at all with their shared web hosting either too.

     These people are really leaders in the hosting industry and I really think they should be in the number one spot on the top ten web hosts list as opposed to FatCow, which are 'amateurs' that only prey on people who know absolutely nothing about hosting and barely know how a 'computer' works. If you want a company that is serious about their product and stands by it, then you should try out Inmotion as they are here to meet the needs of website owners that are really serious about the services that they receive from a company. Their customer service and technical support teams are really what sets them apart form the rest. You always get clear and straightforward answers to your questions. Not lame excuses and scripted answers. When there was a slow down or the email was being delayed coming in, they immediately advised me of the problem and told me that it is getitng fixed, not like the cheapest web hosting companies which always seem to tell you that it must be a fault with your ISP or some other lame excuse just to get you to hang up and leave them alone.      I really received the best customer service in a long time here at InMotion! Using other web hosts in the past, I became used to speaking with people that had no clue of what they are doing and also waiting 10 minutes between each answer when using supposedly “live” chat, because the dude on the other end was either falling asleep or talking to 20 people at the same time. The hosting packages offered at InMotion may not be the cheapest web hosting around but they are very good for what you will get. In the 2 years that I am now using them I had maybe less than 10 minutes of down time on my server. Again, InMotion is different from others. They don't go for cheap service and promise unlimited hosting at $2 then fail to deliver like so many others. Rather, they go for quality and give the best hosting service that their clients truly and absolutely deserve to get. In all, they are a fantastic company to be dealing with and I am very happy with them!

During late summer, which was the buseiest period of the year, it appears that Inmotion was hacked by a bunch of Asian hackers and one named Tiger Mate or Mote or bullshit like that. All of our websites were defaced and instead changed to pages that served malware, while some other sites were changed to banner pages. If you think that I am lying or am making things up because I am a competitor of Inmotion, then get your head out of your butt and go Google the words -Inmotion Hacked- and you will see details of the incident and you can even look at archives of the defaced pages and messages on some sites. Apparently, the hacker was even insulting Inmotion themselves via IRC chat and saying how he hacked 200 000 websites or something. I don't know the true number, but it looks like the hack has affected probably all of Inmotion's customers. If you look back, this isn't the first time that Inmotion got hacked and you can find other incidents in the earlier summer months. During this time our websites were not affected, but indeed were very slow at some times, and at other times were completely made inaccessible.

     The problem with this is that cleaning up the crap from the hacker took Inmotion all day and since at that time we had a combined 10 000 + daily visitors to our websites, well this caused many problems for our business. Finally, since after one day we saw that some of the sites were still down and the rest were working very slowly, we decided to quite Inmotion and transfer all of our sites to a Colocation server owned by one of out partners, in a more secure data center. That thing was like hell. Their techs were completely clueless as to how they could help us do the migreation and point the domain names to new name servers, fix the IP address settings, etc. we had to get some of our own IT staff to explain to Inmotion how they should be doing their job. Since Inmotion doesn't seem to know how to keep their websites secure from hacker attacks, we did the good thing by leaving, even if it cost us nearly 2 more days of down time. So in total, we have lost business for 4 days because of the incompetence of Inmotion. I know how on your site and many others there are hundreds of people that are praising Inmotion and how good they are, etc. and I'm sure most of these comments are well meant and authentic. But if you are running several websites and this is your main business, you want a hosting company that knows what they are doing and doesn't let some script kiddie sitting at a net cafe in a third world crap hole bring down their entire data center. We've learned the hard way that large, commercial hosting companies like Inmotion that love to advertise all over the web are magnets for hackers, since logically, a hacker that brings down 10 000 websites will get more -glory- than one that hacks a small data center and brings down 20 sites. Too bad that they can't keep their servers secure, because we would have kept going with them. Avoid Inmotion if you are running a business and would lose out if your sites were down all day. Otherwise, if it wouldn't be too much trouble that your sites got hacked in that case sure I would recommend them to you.

     I'm running an e-commerce site here and had problems making the Zen Cart platform work correctly. Tried installing and un installing it several times, until I had a good idea to see how their support was like at Inmotion. With previous hosts I know I would have gotten no useful help at all, but luckily I see now that Inmotion is quite different from other hosts. Their people were able to help me get Zen Cart up and running properly even though this was not a problem with their servers per se. now I am really convinced that they are an exxcellent provider that is really worth partnering up with if you are doing business online.      I was having a problem setting up their email to work on my iPhone and called Inmotion to see if they could be of any help. I kind of expect them to say that this was Apple's problem and not their but actually they did help me resolve the issue very well. Matt from their tech support was very helpful and resolved the problem for me in just a few minutes. It is rare that I get such good quality support from a web hosting company, but I am glad that they were able to fix this for me.      I was looking for a web hostand based on their reviews, I thought that Inmotion was really a perfect company. I left them a message on their website explaining some of the details of what I needed to host my small business website. However, nobody has contacted me after a few days. I then called them and told them I had some questions before I signed up with their service. But immediately after, they tried to upsell me to their business plan, always repeating that it is better, without giving any serious information on what actually would make that plan so good that I must absolutely go with it. They simply said that since it's only $2 a month more, that I should go with it because it is “better” and had some more features that I probably would not even use in the first year or so. The fact that they didn't even bother replying to my message, possibly because they saw I wouldn't be spending “big” money with their service, plus the fact that they immediately tried to upsell me their service even though it would not be the right thing for me shows that this company is mainly concerned about their own greed rather than really giving their customers a service that they would enjoy and want to use. For me, this is just not the right kind of business that I would want to be dealing with. Too bad for them.

     Good company, but a little bit overrated by some here. I have 1 account with them in which I manage sites for a client. InMotion is good in terms of speed of service and good tech support but they're not perfect as so many here seem to claim. There were periods where e-mail was having trouble working. Also, if you do a bit of search and Google their name you would see there was a massive hacking problem last year. Seems to have been fixed, but I hope that they've really invested in security rather than just pactching up the problem. Don't get me wrong they are a very good, even excellent host for most users. But they're not the perfect hosting that some seem to think they are, just slightly superior to the other providers here, especially the cheapest web host ones.

They have some business packages which they say are faster than the personal ones, but I tried both and I didn't notice a significant difference, even when measuring upload and download times.      Their hosting service was very easy to get started with. The sign up process was a lot simpler than I've had with some other hosts. They also gave me a lot of personal help and attention in getting started with their services. When I had questions before purchasing their hosting, the sales staff at InMotion was very happy to assist me with my questions and were generally quite useful in doing their jobs. This has really show itself in the most positive way throughout the time we're with them for almost 4 years now. They have a dozen different plans and you just need to take a look at their website to see the differences between them. Mostly it's the amount of websites that you can host on the plan. At least they're honest and charge you more if you plan on building several sites, rather than giving everyone unlimited service and then complaining that you're using too much if you make 3 websites. This is something that's happened to me with Bluehost and the reason why I went to your site to check out the other hosting companies. Great service at InMotion and their sales staff was super. I asked them a few questions about their plans when I was in the process of signing up for their hosting service and they've answered all of my questions completely and correctly. They didn't try to sell me useless features that I didn't need and they gave me information about how their different hosting plans worked. As you can see, there are much more positive reviews than negative ones for this company, which is something you can't say for the other hosts that you've got on here.      I have been using Inmotionhosting for several years right now and even though you can find better deals with terms to price offerings and discounts and stuff, the main reason I'm still with Inmotionhosting is their support quality and general uptime. But it looks like their customer satisfaction guarantee is pretty worthless too, because they never compensated me anything for all the time that I lost dealing with them or all the trouble they've caused me so far.      Best service I ever got from a web host was with Inmotion. They truly gave me service like I've never seen before in any of the other hosting companies I've done business with. When my website was hacked last year, they restored everything from backup and even investigated to find out what was the cause of the intrusion. Turned out to be a script that I was running on one of my websites that wasn't secure. They provided advice on another product that I could install instead which didn't have as many security flaws. This quality of support at Inmotion really surprised me as other hosts would simply tell you that the content of your site is not their problem and they only provide the server space. Inmotion may be a bit more costly then the competition but in my opinion it's well worth it to go with them, even if you'll be paying them a bit more than usual.

     Read some of the comments about them and it all sounded good so I made InMotion my first choice for hosting. It's really a choice that I don't regret now. I signed up for their monthly plan rather than paying in advance as I really distrust paying anything in advance for years on end to internet companies no matter how good people say they are.      If anyone has been following around what's going on with the web hosting industry in the past couple of years you would see that now it's all about getting the most customers ever on a server while providing the cheapest rates so that people will want to join. Now you find plenty of amateurs which run “web hosts” which are nothing more than a website, management gateway and leased space on some server in a 3rd world country's data center. And then don't get surprised if your site doesn't work or the hosting company you paid 4 years in advance to get the best price disappears after 6 months leaving you with no website and no refund. I'm very happy that I found InMotion after digging around a bit. They have their own data center and are a company that is really well run from top to bottom. They don't go for the cheapest price so you can expect to pay a bit more.      Currently, I'm using their Business Class Power Hosting package. On a 12 month plan, it costs about $9 per month. I was a bit hesitant to pay for 1 year in advance due to problems I've had with another host, but eventually after reading the reviews on your website about InMotion I decided to take the test to see if they were really living up to their good reputation. Everything turned out to be very good. You have 6 websites on one account and up to 100 sub domains. It's not unlimited like the cheap hosting companies do, but at least InMotion is honest and places limitations on their service that are reasonable and that any sensible person will understand. Not like the other shared hosting companies which claim that everything will be unlimited and then people run into problems when they try to host 20 websites on a $3 a month hosting service account. Also one thing I like is that you can have up to 50 different MySQL databases on your service, which is actually more than most of the different hosts allow. Great upload and download speed, never any slow periods and never has any of my sites been down because of a problem caused by InMotion. Simply put, this company is the greatest web host I've been dealing with in quite a long time and I'm very satisfied to be among their customers!

     Currently, I'm using their Business Class Power Hosting package. On a 12 month plan, it costs about $9 per month. I was a bit hesitant to pay for 1 year in advance due to problems I've had with another host, but eventually after reading the reviews on your website about InMotion I decided to take the test to see if they were really living up to their good reputation. Everything turned out to be very good. You have 6 websites on one account and up to 100 sub domains. It's not unlimited like the cheap hosting companies do, but at least InMotion is honest and places limitations on their service that are reasonable and that any sensible person will understand. Not like the other shared hosting companies which claim that everything will be unlimited and then people run into problems when they try to host 20 websites on a $3 a month hosting service account. Also one thing I like is that you can have up to 50 different MySQL databases on your service, which is actually more than most of the different hosts allow. Great upload and download speed, never any slow periods and never has any of my sites been down because of a problem caused by InMotion. Simply put, this company is the greatest web host I've been dealing with in quite a long time and I'm very satisfied to be among their customers!!!

     I was considering to sign up for their cheap personal hosting, but found their services to be quite limiting. So if you go with InMotion, I would strongly suggest that you go with their business class hosting, as you get better features like access to more software and scripts, as well as sub domains and additional websites that you can add in your account. You also get better statistics and tracking features and the difference is that you can chose to prepay for 12 or 24 months, as opposed to only 24 months with their personal class hosting. While I wish that InMotion was less expensive than what they charge now, the top quality service that I got from them makes paying a bit more for my hosting as something that's definitely worth it. Plus, as others have already mentioned previously, the technical support team at InMotion is unmatched and in my opinion is the best out of any IT related company that I've had in the past several years. InMotion is not for those who are looking to save a few cents here and there and would seek out the cheapest web hosting on the internet. But for those like me that want a service which will always be fully functional and that gives me everything that I need to make my site work at 100% then they would be the top choice.

     If you need some high performance hosting then i would recommend InMotion business class hosting all the way. While their personal hosting packages are quite limiting, their business class hosting is truly the best. I can honestly say that for the past 1 year with InMotion I've been extremely satisfied with their hosting and have gotten a lot better service than with any other web hosting company that I dealt with during the last 3 years or so. This really shows their commitment to helping their customers get the best possible kind of web hosting. They've helped me set up my web site when there were a few problems with Joomla, but besides this I've never had any serious issue with them. Support is really fast to answer your queries too, I've never had to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes to get an answer.

     Simply the best hosting that I've seen in quite a while at InMotion. Even though the hosting quality is of the highest tier, what makes the true difference is the quality of their additional services and support. Never had trouble with my email, either through the web mail interface they got or through accessing it on my mobile using POP3 settings. Setting email up on my mobile was very quick and easy thanks to the instructions provided by InMotion. Other tools, such as the e-commerce cart, Drupal for my other site as well as server side stats for all my sites worked very well right from the beginning. This is different from my other hosting companies where their features often don't work and support ignores any issues with them claiming that they don't provide help for third party tools and software. At InMotion, the support has been superb the few times where I had questions. They answer you RIGHT AWAY. Not even a minute of waiting time, they will be on your case immediately to help you. Very polite, professional and they get the job done on the very first attempt, no waiting for weeks for someone intelligent to fix your problem for you like I've had in so many other past web hosting companies I was using. InMotion really needs to be number one on your list of the top ten web hosts.

     I didn't have to call into InMotion support very often but when I did, they were awesome and very helpful. They would even answer questions that didn't really have too much to do with their web hosting service directly. With the 24 hour a day, 7 day a week support, we could get help even in the late hours. But I saw that their chat option was even greater than having to call them for support, as you can get a quick answer to your question right away. This is perfect if you want to get a rapid answer to something you need to know about building your site or maintaining it. With all the great service that they provide, I will certainly be staying with InMotion for quite a long time now.

     I had two business sites before which were hosted by Homestead and Yahoo Small Business hosting. Left these companies after I found out that their hosting services were simply too limited and their support staff knew next to zero about web hosting. I've been a lot more lucky with InMotion, I can say. There's never been a single problem that they couldn't solve for me right away. Once there was an issue with one of their apps in the control panel which they escalated to somebody else in their department. It was fully repaired within 6 hours. I could have never gotten such a good level of customer support from any previous host that I was with in the last decade. InMotion is worth every penny. They're even cheaper than what I used to pay with Yahoo which was over $15 a month but didn't provide even half of the services that come standard with an InMotion business plan and the support was simply horrible over there.

     I just want to say thanks to InMotion for their superb hosting services. We currently have 4 business websites running including two e-commerce sites. Previous hosts simply couldn't handle our needs and were always complianing that we should reduce our traffic. InMotion really knows how to run things much better!

     I was using a hosting company from my country before and even though the service was very low priced I was getting way too many problems that I wanted to deal with. I needed a better host and found out about In Motion through your website. Things have never been better. Everything is much faster and much more reliable for me now that Ive made the move to InMotion.

     I know that there are now a lot of hosting companies on the market and I'm sure many of them are quite good for what they offer. But if you need the very best and only the very best then I would recommend InMotion with no reservation. Simply put the service is excellent. Customer support team is extremely attentive to your needs and all questions get answered very fast. No waiting 20 minutes for someone to answer while listening to lame elevator music like you would get with many of the other big hosts that have too many clients but too few staff to take care of them. Prices are a bit higher than the norm and plans may seem a bit more complicated than the rest but its all for the best actually because they don't make false promises that all would be unlimited for a cheap price and then backtrack on that like competing hosts.

     I firmly believe that the InMotion Web Hosting team does their best in terms of customer satisfaction. So far, they've always been very helpful for me. I think that they focus on a lot more than simply making money with their web hosting. I would love it if every other internet business would be run in the way that InMotion manages their hosting services. As far as I see they've grown quite rapidly and added a lot of new hosting plans and services. I appreciate everything that they did for me, especially the great support that I was given when I contacted InMotion for a few questions regarding running an e-commerce website. Complete and reliable services are also things that made this company a very good one.

     I had a few simple questions I needed answered. Contacted support through my account and the people at InMotion were simply fantastic. No waiting, no delays and no stupid, irrelevant or scripted answers like you seem to get with 95% of all the other hosts. It's wonderful to see that in the hosting industry, some companies still seem to know what good customer service is all about. All things together, the experience with InMotion has been simply wonderful and I hope that the great service they gave me so far will continue in the future. It's rare that I stay too long with a hosting company as there are many times in the past where I've had problems and issues with hosting providers but now that I'm with InMotion I'm glad that I don't have to deal with any problems like that.

     Plans are extremely good even though the business plans at Inmotion are a bit more costly. Still in my opinion this is well worth it as the help you get from them is excellent. Very good and complete documentation about using their hosting services is provided to me. So far I haven't had their server crash or not function correctly at any time. Simply great for all aspects of the services.

     Support is the best feature of In Motion Web Hosting. A lot of help was given by them to get my website ready. I really appreciated all that they've done for me and for my online business. Couldn't get the same thing from any other web hosts in the past. Reliable and dependable, so your site will be working 100% of the time when you need it. Other than for asking them questions to get started didn't need to contact them after that as they didn't have any problems at all. I just wish it was like that with all the other companies I used before... way too many troubles with Go Daddy and their resellers. In Motion is a company that really knows what hosting is all about and that actually understands the needs of their business clients 100% of the time. So I would like to give them big thanks for that.
