Their customer service was really good, but it wasn’t like I was pushing the limits of the servers over there, and the beginning price was really good! The first year of the contract came out to only around $60…which is sweet. I got all the space and traffic I wanted for one low price, and they do offer a free domain which you don’t have to renew…this it’s free for life. But, you have to be very careful with this hosting company because the fact of the matter is that they will charge you about double your first year’s contract…and it will be completely automatic. There will be no warning and no explanation whatsoever. They charge your card even though you don’t really see it coming and your card can’t pay you’ll be dumped with like two weeks. So, great service and great hosting but they are kinda of sneaky in my opinion. The whole no added fees thing is BS…”

Free Trial? WTF! There was no free trial they simply took my sites and put them on the servers without even telling me. I chose another web host in the end but I’m still getting bills from Justhost…this sucks. They keep sending my bills and I keep telling them I didn’t want to use your service. This is turning into an all out war! I have send multiple email complaints, multiple and it gets me absolutely no where. In fact, my credit card was just charged for two years of hosting with Justhost, I mean, come on guys. This is ridiculous.”
“Good up until recently…
We’ve been with Justhost for around two years I believe it is and we’ve been relatively happy with their service and product overall. Then we got into a bit of trouble and all hell broke loose. One of the higher-ups in the company, you know the type, wanted some extra spam protection, so we signed up for this new filter that was around twenty dollars for the year, really cheap. It looked good. On paper. But since then our entire company is not getting their emails! Well, that caused quite a ruckus believe you me. But the thing is that the folks at JustHost just haven’t been available…well, they are by email, but not by phone. And I would consider this to be a pretty major issue, wouldn’t you? The managers aren’t around, the tech support isn’t around, except via emai. We honestly ended up using one of our people’s little brothers to solve the problem, we had to remove the spam filter and it turned out to be pretty easy for this kid, but I would never have know what to do. If he hadn’t been around we would have been up the creek without a paddle. Now, I know no company is perfect, but I’m starting to think that we need to start looking elsewhere for hosting, even after two years of good service, it’s just not worth it to have our company on the brink of shutting down because of our hosting and email!”

I really find this company to be very good, we’ve never had any problems whatsoever, I can’t speak for anyone else’s experience, only ours and it’s been very good. No major issues at all. The customer service is fine, the billing is good and they don’t try to pull a fast one on you, we’ve had great uptime and no issues with our site going down. I've heard a lot lately about people canceling JustHost. They've been pretty good for me over the last few years BUT lately I've been having a few issues. I've got a growing business and am finding that JustHost don't seem to want to look at anti-spam measures that will stop email servers IP from being blocked. This could cause a lot of problems and not just for me. My attempts at getting this resolved with customer service has not been great yet. They may lose my business over this issue.

I checked out all the hosting companies when I started out and I was looking for good quality and good pricing. JustHost fits the bill just right! I didn't need a large service package as I have a smaller website - so they were perfect for what I need. They helped me setup my domain and emails and were really great. I've been with them for about a year and a half and definitely recommend them.

I've been with JustHost for just over a year and lately I'm having nothing but problems. The most recent is that my email server has been blocked - at least once a month for the last six months. Because my server's blacklisted I can't even send an email to the support team there. When I was able to get through, during the last chat, I asked for a phone number so I could call customer service. I was told they can only deal with issues by email. Not easy to do if the email server is blocked. Basically the customer service is horrible and I can't find anything good to say about this company anymore.

After about a year with JH I've decided to find another host company. They're ok for a personal website, but if you're running a business, the downtime is too much. My site's been down a lot over the last few months and I have two accounts with these guys. Tech support is mediocre - a lot of times they don't even respond. And don't ask about the warranty on the SSL certificate they sell - you'll get nowhere. No -it's time to move on. I wouldn't recommend JustHost if you have a business site.

Their price is great. Regarding the pricing aspect of their service, I really don't have much to say. Also was quite happy with the fact that hosting additional domains on your account would not cost you anything extra, in addition to the fact that they have all the web development tools that I needed. One thing that you should be careful with is the fact that they use an Apache server that is running on Unix, therefore your file names will be case-sensitive. Now these are the good things. The problem with this company is their reliability. I don't have a lot of experience hosting websites, but their servers seem to be down for a few hours several times a month. Unfortunately this also happens during times where traffic is the highest and is therefore the most crucial time for your website to be up and stay up. The pricing and customer service are all great. However they need to work on their reliability in order to become one of the top web hosting companies online.

When we started our new business, we looked around and did our research to find a good, reliable hosting service. We thought we'd found that with JustHost. The site builder was a headache to figure out,the cpanel was not user-friendly at all and tech support was pretty useless. Well we've been with them for a year and it's time to renew. The rates went up considerably with no itemization of the fees or an explanation as to why there was an increase in fees. To top it off they went into my account to auto renew as I got my copy of the invoice on the due date for the renewal. You get what you pay for I guess.

I did a lot of research before going with JustHost as my hosting company. I have to say the research paid off and I'm really happy so far. The basic hosting plan has really good services and applications and it just cemented the deal. They have a high level of tech and customer support and they aren't aggressive with any upsells - which is refreshing. I've recommended JustHost to others and am very happy.

JustHost are JustBAD! I'm pretty sure their chat support line is outsourced as when you talk to them they don't seem to have access to anything on the servers. So they can't help you. You send an email to a support person and then end up having to wait days for a response. For a simple issue I had it took over a week to fix. Run far, far away.

I had a small website that I needed to run, so I used JustHost. Was very good, found them to be very reliable. Didn't run into any problems so far with this web host. My site is running at all times like it is supposed to be, for the past 1 year. Definitely a good hosting provider.

Okay, so the hosting plans are good and the servers seem to run fine most of the time. It is when you have problems that things could get complicated. I find that their support team isn't very helpful and doesn't even seem to want to resolve your issue. They definitely need to work harder so that they can make their tech support better. Other than that I would say they are OK.

The good thing about Justhost is that they have very good prices. Hosting more than one domain on your account will not cost you any additional fees. They have many useful templates and development libraries. THe only thing they should improve is their reliability, as my site is down for a few hours almost every month. If they simply worked on that they could become one of the top webhosts out there.

I would recommend that you stay away from JustHost for now. They claim that they have the fastest servers but this is really not the case. My site ahs been going down on and off for a few days and when I talk to their live chat support team they act like they are a robot, not like a true human who cares about providing decent service. Also they are apparently based in Eastern Europe and the address that they give in the US is just some kind of regional office. I have also heard from other webmasters that this host has consistently had issues with billing problems and that it took weeks to get refunded for an error that they obviously made. I really believe that there are better hosts out there. If it is important for you to have worry free hosting as well as a site that is operational 24/7, then I would recommend that you shop around for a different host that s more reliable.

Justhost has been my web host for over a year now. Pricing is good on their packages and is comparable to the standards of the industry. They consistently provide good service to their webshosting clients. Servers are all running OK and all the features of the site are working like email, etc. Nothing else to add really, they are a good web host to go with if reliability is important for you.

On their website they quote 'The last hosting package you will ever need'. Probably true, your website will be down for so much time your company will probably go broke!
Just do yourself a favour and use someone else! they're all very nice when you take a package and they're taking your money but they forget about you 0.1 second after the transaction is finalised. Trying to leave them and go somewhere else is like trying to leave Britania Music in the 80's, you have to take out a legal order to get rid of them and stop them contacting you. Total nightmare from day one.

I think Just host is shady. Why? Because I have noticed that Justhost has been charging me $59.00 every six months when they was suppose to be charging me $4.95 every year. When I looked into my billing I found that they have me down for 2 hosting services. Why would I need a second hosting service when one is suppose to be unlimited and how did that get into my billing. Of course...the live chat support does not have the answer and referred me to an email...which is another thing that bothers me. Just Host does not have a phone number. They strictly work from the chat line which most of the time has no clue and emails.
This has me so upset that I think it is time to find a more honest hosting service.
Do not get me wrong. They do have a good platform...but watch out for them charging your credit card for things that you have no clue about and also they do not have a phone number to talk to someone more competent then the chat line. If an emergency happens...you are stuck for days until someones sends you a reply to your emails.

I think JustHost needs to improve customer service. Twice I called and I had to wait some time before my call was finally answered. Not really good when you need to get something fixed in a hurry. Also had problems receiving all my email, some of it arrived, some of it did not. This was finally fixed by them, but was really not good for my business.

JustHost is really an excellent web host. Everything works the way that it should and I am truly glad to be dealing with them rather than with another host. Hving used a small, no name hosting company before I really see the difference. The price is not that expensive but the quality is definitely present here.

Even thoughh their packages are cheap the quality is not cheap. This means the server operates very well all the time. For me a reliable host is a must and I am really glad I found one here.

JustHost is a great company. You do not need to pay to host several websites on their server. They have all the necessary tools to run your site properly in their countrol panel. But one thing to be careful is that thye are using a UNIX server so all of the file names will be case sensitive. For example Index.html will not be the same as index.html, etc.
Uptime is OK, only had slow loading once but it was fixed within an hour or so and did not even have to contact support or anything.

I have used JustHost as my main hosting provider for over one year now. I do have several hosting accounts for smaller sites, but I have switched my main site over to JustHost because I have had nothing but trouble from GoDaddy. It was a great decision and the prices they charge are very good for the service that you get. Everything is unlimited and I have not had any problems even if my site does get a lot of traffic certain days. While it is true that they have an option for support called priority support that you have to pay extra for, their regular support is just fine and I have always gotten a response within an hour or two of emailing them. All issues have been solved every time so I am happy to have chosen JustHost as my main hosting company.

There is lots of downtime. Support at Justhost is a complete waste of time to deal with and the priority support is nothing but a way for them to make more money out of you. It seems that they take even more time to answer you than if you had the regular support. It often takes then 1 full day to even get back to you. There were plenty of problems with the hosting going completely down for 30 minute to 1 hour at a time. I'm not sure if their support is even human or if it is all chat bots. Because if they are human they are either completely stoned at work or can't read the English alphabet at all, thats right because all the answers they give you seem to completely miss the point of your question. You sometimes need to repeat what yo usay several times before a better response is received. But even then they usually say just please wait and we will fix it. Sure, they do fix things eventually but it takes way too much time. Justhost is not good and you shouldnt use a company that is not capable of being reliable. Looks like the onlu interest of this place is the making money form customers but when it comes to providing a service like they are suppose to, then it is really zero.

I am now using Justhost for a few months and have created a site. I had a few questions about how to get my site going and they have all been answered within 24 hours. When you get in touch with them they answer you right away without having to transfer you from department to department and person to person. The menu system that they have makes it very easy to install any application that you need to keep your site going. Justhost has really great user firendly experience and proves that a good web host does ehist. Their support team is excellent and the price they offer me when they had a special on some of their packages was also quite great. They are really one of the best hosts online at Justhost.

Justhost is not a good hosting company at all. It is their server which always seems to have problems and causes big headaches. This problem is always getting worse and worse all the time. There is no way to reach them on the phone, so you always ahve to use email and then wait sometimes several hours for you to get a response from them. But when they do answer they always say that it has to be something to do with your own connection because everything on their end is fine. Obviously it is not because we even tried the site form several different IP and connections. It really looks like this is a company that does not care about their customers. Stay away from Justhost.

I understand that in some of the Justhost reviews a lot of people mention reliability. It is true that it is something that could happen with shared hosting, because quite simply it is not the most reliable type of web hosting. Certain people believe that they can put in 4 high traffic video sites on a hosting account that costs $4 a month and then act all surprised when the company tells them to take a hike or start a fit of rage when their site is down for 5 minutes. For me, I have had a few issues with downtime in the beginning, but as of the last few months Justhost seems to have cleaned up its act and everything on my website is working well. I think they removed some of the people that were clogging up the servers. If you want to host a site that requires very good reliability and a lot of bandwidth then it is much better if you would use a dedi or at least a vps server. A shared hosting account is not the place if your site gets tens of thousands of visitors a day.

I am giving a positive review for JustHost because overall regarding their service, I am very satisfied with what I have gotten so far. It was quite simple to figure out, even if I have not used a web hosting company before and didn't quite know what to expect. The only time my site was down was when they notified all users that there might be some outages due to the switching some of their hardware. Even then it was only for about 1 hour. Another good thing about JustHost is that their prices are very good too.

JustHost works just great for my website! They provide their hosting services at a very low price, which is something that I like a lot. The uptime is good too. Most of the time, any down periods only last for a few minutes and they only happen once in a while. So I can't really say that I was having any problems getting reliable hosting from these people. They do their jobs very well and this makes me quite happy to be their customer.

JustHost is really one of the most reliable web hosting I have used tight now. The customer service I am always getting is fast and honest. The uptime guarantee that they say of 99.9% is actual real and there is no problem about that. The web host company JustHost is one that gives hosting service always professional and too dependable. I have been with Justhost For about 2 years now and everything from their up time and support has been great. This type of hosting works best with HTML websites. Most shared hosting companies give you about 1GB of bandwidth a day even though they say it's unlimited. Our entire website is .682kb, if you divide that by 1024mb you will get 1501. that means we should be able to have 1501 visitors a day which works out to around 1 website visit per minute. they also allow you to use up to 10% cpu usage, i don't see how it would even take 3% to serve .682kb per minute. their storage limit is 50,000 files, who in the world needs that many files for a HTML website. if your looking to host a database driven or high traffic site you will need a vps or dedicated server. if you want the basics Jushost is great.

Justhost sucks. This is the most simple way that I can put it. Everything is bad about this company and my site has been down 3 times in the past year. Now what I mean by “down” is not unavailable for a few minutes, but completely down for hours or days on end. One time, it was a screw up with their servers, apparantly they were changing some disks and messed up badly. It took them all day to restore the sites from backups. Well, I have to give them one point there: at least they had backups. The second time my site has been hacked and all the content deleted. When I contacted them for support this time, they were very defensive and kept repeating to me that this is not their problem and that I was using “strange software” on my site that made it get hacked. They basaically said I need to re upload things all over again and that if my site is a security threat than my account would be canceled next time. No attempt to help me at all. When I sent in a complaint about their poor service I have not received any form of reply at all, but honestly with a bad company like this one this is something that I can expect. Of and the third time my site was down it was down for about 6 hours for an unexplained reason, support was of no help at all.
Their support is really not helpful and they don't even ATTEMPT to sound helpful. When you speak with live chat they say you need to send email so a ticket is opened. Then it takes sometimes 3 days to get any kind of reply and even then the reply is often quite useless, they seem to miss the point of your email completely. I don't know if they do this on purpose or they are just plain dumb. If you think that calling them would be a better idea, then you are really delusional. Their support is all outsourced to some cheap operation, probably overseas. It seems that cheap center cannot even afford a half way decent phone system for their techs because everytime I call it seems like the guy is in the middle of a rock concert, I can barely make out the words he is trying to say. And most of the time you will get someone with a thick accent and absolutely no understanding of the English language.
So obviously if you had read any of which is above, you will understand why I don't recommend JustHost. The support is extremely bad and their web hosting service is extremely bad too. Besides the three times of downtime I have had numerous other smaller problems with them but frankly I don't remember all of them and I really don't feel like trying to. Basically just avoid this company, you can find much better somewhere else.

Justhost has been really great for me. I am using them for 12 months without any single problem at all. I think their plans are well priced and much better than the competiton. I never called their support because I never had technical problems. I don't know how good their support is, but the sales staff are very good and friendly.

Be careful of Justhost if you are thinking of becoming a reseller. They say that they offer all unlimited hosting but this is nothing more than a lie to get you to sign up. In fact, they are not unlimited. The reality is that you cannot have more than 50 000 files on your account at any given time. No matter how small these files are, you cannot exceed this. This applies to all types of accounts, even if you have signed up for a reseller account. For those of you who are thinking that 50000 files is a lot, then you need to consider that many people will be using WordPress or Joomla on their accounts and not just putting up a few pages and pictures manually. Problem is that a Joomla install, even without any customization will use about 6000 files. So if you want to resell, you will be getting in quite a lot of trouble if more than a few of your users are using a CMS. The account will be deactivated and all of the sites hosted on it will be down. And even then, don't expect Justhost to contact you and tell you about this problem or even let you know that you are nearing the 50000 files limit. This is a bad company if you want to be a reseller. If you are just hosting one website for yourself, you may find them good. But as a reseller host this is really zero.

Well one thing I can say about this web host is that the support is quite good and very attentive to your needs. But that's about all the good things and it is actually nice that the support is good because believe me, if you sign up with this pathetic excuse for a hosting company, you will be spending more time talking to their support than you do working on your website. It seems like the server they put me on constantly has issues where my site becomes totally inaccessible for hours on end. I can't see my site and I can't access it either. Don't go thinking that I am exaggerating or making things up either. The last time, my site has been down for close to 6 hours. Their support at least made it appear like they would fix it soon and were very polite, which would actually surprise you knowing that this is essentially a rip off hosting company. I am not a person who complains a lot or is very attentive to small details. If there were only a few problems I would not even be bothered to write this at all. But the problems with Justhost have been constant. The price is great, but for that price you actually get little more than garbage hosting. Even free web hosting would be of better quality than what you are getting here. The moral of the story is quite simple to grasp: if you want to have hosting which works, then you need to stay away from Justhost. Don't even bother with them, you will just get trouble all the time.

Justhost is a great web hosting company. They provide really inexpensive web hosting and a top notch service in addition to that. I really don't understand why some people lately have been always complaining about them. My site seems to have been put on a really fast server, because from what I saw the loading time was always very rapid. Never any downtime or issues with the email. These were all problems that I had when I was using Go Daddy, but now that I am with Justhost I have not ever experienced these kinds of troubles. Very good hosting for the money and this is an excellent hosting company to be with.

I find the name of the company to be really ironic as it seems to say that Justhost does exactly that, they just host your website but don't expect any customer service or anything else from them at all. When you need something you go on their live chat. However it seems that there is only one dude in their whole support department who handles 1000 customer inquiries a day. As such, you will often be told that nobody is available at the present time and that you should send them an email. This would not be a problem if they actually replied to their emails with any thing that resembles decent speed, but it is sadly not the case, not at all even. You will need to wait at least 2 days to get any sort of response. But very often, they simply don't understand what you asked them, even if you wrote the most detailed precise and well crafted email possible. When my site was going down sporadically (sometimes for an hour or two at a time) they simply replied that they've checked their server and that there was nothing wrong with it. The phone support is even worse and it looks like it has been outsourced to the cheapest call center in the world. They just don't get what you are trying to say and you need to repeat yourself a few dozen times before it finally begins to get through to them. Company also overcharges for SSH, $20 is way too much that service is available much cheaper elsewhere. With all of that considered, you would be crazy to sign up for this poor excuse of a web host. There is much better elsewhere and elsewhere is where you should go.

I believe Justhost is a good host if you have a basic site. It is also good for blog hosting but you should be careful about the unlimited part. Even if they say that all of their services are unlimited, you are limited to having 50 000 inodes (files) in your account. If you go over that, your service will be suspended. Simply instlling a blogging platform like Joomla will easily take up 7000 files, so if you add too much content than it is possible for your account to be suspended if you have more than one site. If you just have one site and want to use it for basic web hosting, then Justhost should be good for you. But if you are a more advanced user that wants to host multiple websites, then you should definitely move along and choose another host that is not as restrictive as Justhost.

Justhost is a web host that is quite good in my opinion. I never had any serious down time with them. I only noticed that my site was sometimes slow to load during peiods of peak usage, but this is about it. My site always is available and so is my email. I never contacted their customer service or the technical support – I am therefore not sure how good these services are. But when it comes to providing good hosting service, they seem to be able to do an excellent job in this area.

The hosting quality at JustHost is quite good for my needs. I have 2 small sites that I am currently hosting with them and everything seems to be going good this far. I had 2 times where my site has been down in the past 6 months and even then it was only for about 10 minutes, no there are no major service interruptions to report on. The prices are very low and their control panel works well and is simple to use, unlike certain other hosting companies that I was with in the past. I recommend JustHost because they have good web hosting which meets my needs.

I have JustHost for one of my websites and overall I can say that I am quite happy with the service I have received. The only reason I am looking for another host is because I need VPS web hosting for a new site that I will be building and I am evaluating different hosting choices as it will be a big site. With regards to JustHost, their prices are very affordable and cheap. The reliability is good too, but not excellent as there were a few times where the site has been quite slow. Not down completely, just really slow to load, this has happened maybe 5 or 6 times in the past year. Their customer service is good in general, but my only complaint is that they are not the fastest to respond to your inquiries. So if you absolutely need an answer right away you would need to call them, as it seems that when you send them an email you sometimes wait 24 to 36 hours to get an answer. But when you do get an answer to your email, at least they will address the issue that you sent them a message for, rather than ignoring it or missing the point completely. My site was not too demanding in terms of resources and was just a collection of landing and squeeze pages, which means I am not too sure how JustHost would work if you have an online store or something that would require installing software on their server. But for simple needs and usage their service meets all standards and is quite decent.

I signed up for a two year plan with JustHost, thinking that it would be a great web hosting company to go with. Now I noticed the error that I have made after everything that I have gone through. The process of signing up and paying for the hosting was actually surprisingly easy and straightforward. Upon uploading my site I noticed some problems with their FTP. The connection would sometimes drop in the middle of a file transfer and then I would need to scrap the file from the server and then start uploading again from that point. Was getting a tad annoying, but I could live with that, it wasn't too big of a deal. But then within 2 days of hosting with them, my site started experiencing issues of instability, slow response time and down time. Support was contacted. First, I sent an email and got no response. I tried talking to them online and finally got someone. The bottom line is that they say my site was using just too much resources and this is causing server problems. Well, my site is not that big on resources, even though it is far more complex and has more scripts running than other websites. I then requested to close my account as I have found another host where it worked fine. They said they would send the refund within 5 business days. It took me nearly 1 month to get it. First time they had a problem with the cancelation and it wasn't forwarded to the billing department. Then somehow they claimed they had never received my email. This went on for close to 1 month before finally I got my money back from this host. It was not just one person that dropped the ball here but it really does look like this entire company is incompetent from top to bottom. Don't even bother signing up here and go on to the next host. Yes they have a satisfaction guarantee where they say they will refund you. Problem is, they deliberately try to do everything they can so as to delay the refund hoping that you would forget or simply give up. Not recommended at all, not even one bit.

Now I am a customer of JustHost for 6 months and from the very beginning I was happy with JustHost. And I still am. Service is great. Support is great too. Contacted them via live chat and all support issues were dealt with on the spot. Very knowledgeable staff who actually know how to work their way around WordPress. Because they were capable of providing such a good service for me, I recommend JustHost very highly.

To me, Justhost really looks like a scam web hosting. Their service simply looks totally unprofessional and the entire company looks like it is being run by simple amateurs that don't have the slightest clue of what it would take to actually provide decent quality with regards to the clients hosting needs. And for those who may wonder, I am not the type of person that would go on a rant because my website is down for 5 minutes a week. While there were a few cases of reliability issues at JustHost this was not the main problem but rather the way that I was treated by them. I have a newsletter which has just over 200 subscribers and I send them email once every few days. JustHost suspended my account because they said that I was “spamming”. Now this is completely untrue as all of these emails were opt in. They asked me to provide proof that all of the emails were opt in and that I wasn't sending junk mail. After that, they turned around and said that they do not support accounts that send this many emails and what they essentially said is that I should move my service somewhere else. Well, that I certainly did.

I am happy with Justhost because they were able to give me hosting that actually works well all of the time. Glad to be dealing with an inexpensive web host that is capable of running their operations well. Everything that I needed for my website as well as all the features necessary to manage things are there. I only had a few issues figuring out how to add some domains but apart from this I really have no problem with this host, none whatsoever.

There are a few pros and cons about using their service. JustHost is really easy to use for novices, which is why I signed up with them in the first place as I did not have much knowledge of building websites and hosting when I began my blog 3 years ago. Their software is also very easy to use and so is their Cpanel based interface. Support by email is quite good, but I will have to say not the fastest. So if you need a response very soon, then you are much better off if you contact them on their website, then you will get an answer much quicker.
The bad thing I find about them is their pricing structure. When I started out they had a promotion going for hosting at around $3 a month. Now, when it is time for me to renew they want to charge me $9.95 per month? Now of course I understand that they may want to change their rates and any company has the right to do so. But here is my problem with them: they charge much less for new customers! So it almost looks like when your term is up they want you to leave. They also do not send any notices that your hosting is up for renewal. Luckily, I disabled the auto renewal and even if they wanted to renew at that price I don't have the card that I used to sign up with them anymore. I am going to contact their customer service to see if they can give me a lower price to stay and will see what their response is. If they don't tan it shows that they no longer want me as their customer and I will then go to another host that offers far better prices. This is why I came to this site in the first place, to see what else is available in case I needed to switch hosts.

I've been with JustHost for over 8 months as of now and so for it has been a highly satisfactory experience. Their support is very good. I have been in touch with their support department about 4 times now and all of my questions have been answered and issues resolved in a very rapid manner. Support is very friendly and has a lot of knowledge about hosting. Because of these things, JustHost would be a company that I highly recommend using.

I’m very dissapointed. I’ve been using 1&1 for many years and I thought their service was problematic. Little I knew… After spending days in getting the site done, bumped into a simple e-mail issue. Their servers did not send e-mails to msn accounts. Are you kidding me? 8days service related back and forth e-mails. They said if I upgrade it to Dedicated IP server, it would fix the problem. Incorrect again. After paying $20 and numerous e-mails, no result. It ended up with a conversation “the problem is at your end.” Are you kidding me? I would believe if I was a beginner. What a waste of time…

Overall I can say that the hosting provided by Justhost is adequate, but I would not say great. Everything works fine most of the time, however I have noticed that there was much more down time than what is supposed to be normal with a good host. The down time did not usually last more than a few minutes each time, but still I found it quite annoying as most of the time it happened right during business hours, so during the time that my hosting was supposed to work at full capacity. On the other hand, their features are good and the control panel is easy to figure out without too much trouble. I am looking for another host simply because I wanted something more reliable, as now I am building ecommerce sites and really cannot afford to have problems or for my site to be down even a bit, as this will simply mean lost profits for me in the end. I guess this company is not such a bad choice if the site that you are making is not the most important thing for your business. But otherwise I would recommend that you look at another host, as there are plenty of other options out there now.

I am sorry to say, but Just Host has just been one crappy experience after another. I am really puzzled as to how such a poor quality web hosting company could stay in business for such a long time, as they are obviously quite irresponsible in the way that they run their company. I have had nothing but constant issues with down time. As I am writing this, my website is down and whenever I try to connect to it I get an error message saying that the connection has “timed out”. I am trying to get ahold of their tech support by live chat and I am waiting to see if someone will eventually answer me. If you are using them and you have a problem, take my advice, don't bother sending them email. It is as good as typing an email and putting it in the trash. They will either not respond, or they will answer some BS that is completely non related to what you originally asked from them. Of course, I will be changing web hosting companies really soon, but I just need to get access to my control panel so that I can copy and download my entire site and then move it to a different company. JustHost will give you nothing more than bad service, all combined with bad support. Please don't waste your time, money and energy on this company. As you can see from this site and many others, there are plenty of other web hosts which provide at least acceptable service that will be much much better than what you get here.

Justhost is a good web host. I started using this company just a few months ago and there has never been a serious problem with them. Their customer service has actually been very kind and helpful in providing explanations about some of the features that are included in Justhost web hosting plan. I don't know if the price that they have advertised on their website right now is just a promotional offer but it does seem to be quite good and it is much lower than what the other web hosting companies are charging their clients right now. For those of you who would like to get a very good web hosting service and pay a very low price than I recommend Justhost. Based on my experience with them, they seem to be doing both of these things quite well indeed.

I signed up more than a day ago and my account is still not ready. I used PayPal to pay for the transaction and for some reason they still did not set up my account. I emailed them twice and it took them over 10 hours to respond, which contradicts their claim that they respond to their emails and tickets within minutes. The first time they said that they were “verifying” the transaction. What is there to verify? It was barely over $40 and I paid with a verified business PayPal account!! Do they think I am some type of Nigerian scammer or something? The next email they said that they would forward my account infroamtion in a few minutes. Nothing happened. I had to talk to them again and they finally sent my account details. At that time, I was really too tired to check it out and just thought that great, finally they got their heads out of the ground and did what they were supposed to do. Next morning, I realized just how wrong I was. I can't log in to my account at all, none of the login details work!! I do want to thank the owners of this review site for letting me see all of the problems that others are having with JustHost. I will be requesting cancelation right away and moving my usage some place else. What I find very appaling about this company is that they are not even capable of activating your account right away. I have programmed hundreds of scripts and done API integration between payment providers and membership sites which allowed accounts to be activated right away. Seems to me that JustHost doesn't have that figured out. If a FREE web hosting company is capable of activating your hosting right away, why isn't JustHost, a place where you actually PAY for your hosting capable of doing so? Listen, if after reading this and all the other bad comments about this company you are still thinking of going with them, I recommend that you close this page immediately, go to Google and enter the keyword 'psychiatric hospital', because this is what you urgently need and not a web host.

Bware of JustHost. If you are going to use this company for WordPress hosting, then you are at the wrong place because they are not the best blog hosting around and are really far from it. The thing is, if I had stumbled across this site 2 weeks ago, my review of JustHost would have been quite positive since everything worked fine without causing me any trouble. But just yesterday, they've closed down my two blogs because they claimed I was “using too much server resources.” Upon contacting them again and asking for an explanation, they told me that it is because my blog uses too much of the server CPU and they cannot allow that. They then attached a quote from their terms of service which stated that. Well here I could say it might have been my fault for not going through the terms of service details because I never thought that two simple blogs that get less than a two hundred hits between them (most people don't even stay too long or browse past the first page) would have caused such “massive” CPU usage as they said in their email. I asked them for a solution and they responded by sending me a link to one of their “partners” that offers dedicated hosting at over $180 per month and they said I should sign up over there and they will take care of all of the transfer for me. No thanks, JustHost, as I know plenty of people who have blogs similar to mine and are using WordPress hosting from regular hosts without needing their own servers. I simply think that they are doing it as a cash grab, as they are probably an affiliate of the dedicated hosting company, or maybe they are the same company under a different name. Either way, I don't care and I am not going to play amateur detective to find out. Thanks to their bad business practices of suspending my blog hosting without giving me any notice and then trying to make even more money off of me, I am leaving them for good and going elsewhere. Of course, I will badger them to get my money back, even if it involves calling the owner at home, but for now this is not my priority as I need to quickly find a WordPress hosting solutions that will be the best blog host around. If you're a blogger and have a blog that people actually read, stay far... faaar away from JustHost!

Justhost does have some advantages and some disadvantages too. The good things about them is that they give a good level of support by email and phone. It may take a few hours for them to answer their email, but if you need to speak with someone right away you can just find the phone number on their site and then you can speak with a live human being immediately and without any wait. The only thing that I didn't like about them is the fact that when you renew they try to charge you a price which is over $9 and this is more than twice what a new customer would pay. I really don't agree with this and I called them to negotiate. After all, for any business, it is much cheaper for them to retain an existing customer than to spend money to acquire a new one. They have agreed to charge me a bit over $4 for two years, which is ok with me. Here is the key if you want to get a good rate when you renew your hosting with any company: you need to call them and ask. Since they know that the web hosting business is one that has a lot of competition in it, chances are quite high that they will eventually agree to giving you a lower rate than what they would normally charge you. If Justhost didn't do that, I would have left, but since they were flexible in this aspect, I will still be staying with them for the next two years.

My overall opinion on this service would be “below average”. I kind of understand the feelings of some others on this site and others about JustHost, but I think many of these posts were simply written from emotion rather than by taking a step back and wondering about what was going on. From somebody with 5 years of experience in online business, I can tell you that cheap hosts like this one are not there if you want to make serious money from a website. If you want to make a $100 or so from Adsense or the Amazon affiliate program, then yeah you can go for them. But if you want a site that will profit you in terms of $10 000 a month or more, then I am sure you can spare maybe $50 for business class hosting, no? So, what's wrong with JustHost? Here:
The uptime. They guarantee 99.9% uptime. This is a stretch, I would say it is more in the lines of 99.0% uptime, as my site has been down an entire day in the past 4 months. Was quite frustrating to deal with this, but I undersand that sometimes, things will go wrong with webhosting.
Support. Not good. Their support people might not be mentally challenged as some people have suggested, but their ability to resolve any issues is limited. I don't think it is lack of intelligence that is the issue here, but simply the way that JustHost operates. When you speak to someone from live chat, they are actually not a “support” person but more of a receptionsit. They can answer basic questions just fine, which I assume they use a knowledge base or something for. But whenever you report a problem with their service, they simply tell you to submit a ticket. Why can't they even do it for you? I don't know but this kind of support is just bad, as their live chat people are... well quite useless in case of problems. Tickets aren't handled much better either. They are resolved (I use the term lightly here) by some low level “tech” whose only task is to copy and paste stuff. Sometimes it will work, but many times it will be things that you've already tried and didn't work. When you respond, they will then pass you through to someone who has some actual technical expertise, but then you wait 2 or 3 days to get a response from them. If the problem is urgent... well good luck, you are on your own, kind sir!
Now I am not going to bash this host completely and say “Booohoooo! It succcckkkkssssss!!! Wooo!!!” because for some people it may be good. Like I said before, if you are doing some light online marketing, or some personal stuff online, then you may find the price and the service here adequate. Their servers run well most of the time, but do expect some down time from time to time. If your goals online are serious and you depend on your site to bring money for your business, in that case I advise you to stay away. There are other web hosts that offer plans that are suited for real business. Hostgator and Inmotion are two names that come to mind and I would even go as far as recommending GoDaddy if you want something cheap, but that works better than Justhost.

Justhost has very well priced hosting and their plan is good for me. No big headaches here, all seems to be working for me now and I have been with them for over a year now. I needed some help with making Joomla work properly and while their support seemed reluctant at first, saying that they don't support third party products, they eventually did provide me with some assistance and saved me the trouble of having to dig around in various forums to find the answer to my problems. For that, I will say that I recommend them if you need good Joomla hosting.

Really disapointed here. I have had 3 sites with JustHost in the past year and they have had problems almost every single day. There were always server errors, such as 500 and 503 and nothing to do with my site or my internet connection. Two of the sites were Joomla and one was just a static site. The sites that were based on Joomla seemed to have most of the connection problems, even though there was nothing wrong with my Joomla installation or antyhing like that. Over time this has gotten worse and now I see such errors on a daily basis. Obviously there is something wrong with their servers but they do not want to say it. While their support is fast at replying to emails and they usually do so within 2 hours or so, their replies are quite useless. The only thing they say is that everything is OK on their end, that I should clear cookies, cache and refresh. Unfortunatly it has been several weeks and these error messages still keep appearing over and over again. I have asked them for a refund as I will be moving my web hosting to a different place now. I am just waiting to see how they will reply to that. I can't believe that I have been had by this place, very bad service.

I signed up with Justhost because of the low price and their unlmited space. They also offer 24 hour a day support which is true, as they will always answer your queries no matter what time of the day or night it is. Very good service from this company so far and I have been with them for over a year now. I run 2 web sites, and have WordPress installed with several plugins on one of them, never had any kind of problem with it or anything.

It has been over a year since out company has used Justhost and the services received are simply pathetic, for the price that we are now paying. Wanting to get good service, we got a dedicated IP, as well as other preimum services including priority support. The priority support is a joke and is simply designed to be another way for them to make money. Support tickets are answered a lot more slowly than with other hosts and their support technicians are simply clueless as to what is going on. You need to explain yourself 10 times in a row, since the technicians dont read their tickets or simply are too lazy to go through the history of the case to see if there is something that has been already reported in the past. But the poor quality of support is not really the main problem, it is the fact that this company is sloppy overall that is. They have actually lost our site twice in the past year. Once the server went down and they didn't have a backup. The second time, something went wrong, the site was down for several hours. They told us that it would be back up and running in an hour or so, however it took them about 4 hours. When the site was re activated, they put back an old version (from last month) of our site. Had to contact them again, where they said they would try to find the site and re upload it. One day later, still nothing has happened. Had to speak to them again. Complained to management. Finally, 2 days later the full backup was restored and luckily there was a backup this time, since we didn't have a recent backup of our site either. Their technician said that it is the customers who need to keep a backup of their site and not them. This is fine if you have a site which is a few MB's, but if you have a full site with several databases, etc that takes close to 1GB in space, this is not something that you want to have to do each and every single day. But they don't really care about their users it would seem. Glad that I am out of this mess and am moving all 3 of my business sites to a differeny web host. InMotion and HostGator seem interesting, this is why I am checking out this site to see the reviews about all the other web hosts. If you are searching for good the best web host for your online business then you will not find it at JustHost. If you simply read my review, you will quickly understand why you are better off staying away from this pathetic company.

I think they are a good hosting company as they never made any issues for me. I just host my 2 sites there, one of which is a blog that is running on WordPress hosting. So far things have been fine in the past one year. As long as their prices stay good when I am renewing my service then I really will want to stay with them. Service has been pretty reliable up until now. Never had to contact their support, so not sure how good support is at this host. Email works very well too and there is no delay in sending or receiving messages. JustHost has very low rates and I think if you are running simple sites that are not going to be too taxing on their server resources then you should be ok. Surprised to hear that so many people were haivng problems with them but I think that this is due simply because they are running several big sites like forums which just use up the server resources too much. But if your site doesn't get thousands of visitors each day then you should still be ok here.

They are a terrible web hosting service and I could even say that they got to be worse than terrible. It is even hard for me to find the words that would accurately describe all of the anger and problems that JustHost has created for me. While on their website they say that they provide 24 hours a day 7 days a week support, once you purchase they tell you that they don't provide phone support. And to make things a lot worse their servers are completely unreliable and their staff just don't care about helping their users at all. I can't recommend JustHost at all, even if I was paid to do so. I now have 4 websites with them and now I am canceling my service and moving to another webhost next month. I just canceled my service with JustHost after being with them for only 6 months because of many issues. They always had random problems with their servers simply dropping the connection while a page was loading and also numerous speed problems. Pages would take 5 or 6 times longer to load than they were actually supposed to. Customer service takes a huge amount of time to give you anything that resembles a logical answer to your queries. While the actual response time of their customer support would not be that bad, the issue here is that for you to actually get your issue addressed, you need to go back and forth several times between different people. They don't actually give a response to your question, but rather, they simply use canned cut and paste responses and I guess they hope that this will be sufficient for you. Since the company here makes obviously no effort in even trying to help me, I am just not going to stay with them any longer. Good luck to those of you who are still with JustHost, as they are simply a pathetic excuse for a hosting company.

Host Gator is plainly terrible as a web host. Their service has been going down for me for a few hours each time sometimes even more than 12 hours and a minimum of 6 times in the past 6 months. They didn't seem to care about the problem or want to fix it. After the issue was sent to one of their supervisors in support, they said that they would be refunding me my money and that they would be canceling my account so that I could go somewhere else since I wasn't happy with their service. Well, at least this is one positive thing that they have done, I know many other web hosts wouldn't have given me my money back and would simply try to ignore me. So they get a bit of positive things at that level. But other than that, HostGator's service is really terrible. Cpanel was acting strange, freezing up and sometimes when I uploaded a file it would take it 10 minutes for it to actually appear in the directory. That way I couldn't tell if it actually uploaded or not. Their support told me that there is nothing at their end which is wrong. Every time I talked to them about this, they were saying that it must be either my browser, my FTP software or my internet connection that was at fault there and not them. Really this company sucks big time.

I say that Hostgator in general is a good hosting company. It has now been 3 or 4 years right now and there hasn't been a single problem for me at this web host. They have all of the latest software available for you to install every single time. Their user interface is quite simple to figure out and after taking a quick look through it, I was eventually able to figure out where everything was and how everything works overhere. They want to make it very easy for you to understand their service and how it is supposed to work, so they provide plneyt of video tutorials and help resources to help you out. The plan that I am on right now costs about $11 a month. It is a bit more than with the cheapest web hosting companies, but I would say that it is well worth it, considering the fact that with Hostgator I am getting a very solid product and not poor quality hosting. It has been a long time since I have used another web host, so I don't really have much to compare Hostgator to in terms of other companies. But the most important thing is that they are able to provide me with excellent quality service at all times and they are genuinely a very good web host.

I just signed up for Justhost and the first thing that I saw is that their Cpanel is slow and simply chock full of advertisements for their upgrades as well as plenty of garbage products that they are affiliates of, like a video conferencing thing, voice mail, etc. The Cpanel was also very slow in loading. When I told them about the problem that I was having, they didn't care too much and said that it must be a problem with my own internet connection. I think this is quite strange, given the fact that all other websites that I go to seem to be able to load just fine and it is only my Cpanel with them that is having constant problems. At least as a plus, they have a anytime money back guarantee. Though with this considered I am quite curious to see how this will play out in the end. After reading this page I saw that there are many people that have complained about it taking way to long to receive their refund even when Justhost was at fault. I just put in my request 1 day ago and I will be following up with this closely to see if I actually get it or if I would have to chase them around all the time to do it.

Worst service ever which doesn't keep its promises at all. All of the stuff that they advertise on their site seems to be little more than lies, take a look at my experience with this company if you don't believe me. First they are saying that it has unlimited disk space. Sorry but in practice with them this is just a false claim. When I was using a total of more then 5 GB they said I needed to delete some files off my hosting or they will remove my account. Also they have an issue if you are hosting video files on your account. First they suspended my account thinking that the videos were bootleg. This isn't true, there was no piracy involved and all the videos I had were free videos. They then said that you should not host flash videos in your account. Again, this is a proof that their unlimited claim is nothing more than a lie. I was also having problems with their backup features, it never seems to work when I want to use it. First time I was able to make a backup and then a few days later it stop working. Support is hard to get a reach of and they are saying that it is because I am hosting too many files on my account. If they want to place a limit on the amount of files you can have, this is ok but in that case they should not be making claims of unlimited space. Even my site cannot be using too many resources because I usually get maybe 15 visitors a day but not more. Getting a refund now and it is a real trouble. They said they would respond to my refund claim in 2 days and so far they dont' seem to be taking any action on it. It would look like when a customer is claiming a refund, they do not want to give it and when I contacted them again on the live chat it seems that nobody answered. It looks like if you talk about a refund they do not even want to bother talking to you.

As a JustHost customer for some time now, I feel like this company has improved somewhat in the past months. At first, when I signed up last year I was having some problems with down time. It would seem that my site would be down for about a few hours every month. But now this never happens and everything works well. I hope that this will continue and that Justhost has really listened to its customers and imrpvoed their services. Also I noticed that their support is more respinsive and quicker to answer your questions than before. I just hope that all of this will stay that way for the future.

I used Justhost for 1 year. During that year, my site was hacked 3 times. 3 different time. JustHost was no help at all. When I politely contacted them to ask them about what's going on by email, they never replied. Their customer support is completely zero and is not even worthy of being called that, since they do not support anything. They always claim to have not received your message or that there was some other miscommunication. I finally had enough and send them an email filled with profanity. I just didn't give a shit about what happens to my hosting with them as I copied the content to another server far away from them. They then canceled my account saying that I was being abusive to their staff. Maybe if they actually did their jobs I wouldnt be mad at them. But this is done, I am obviously not going to use JustHost ever again in my life. I have learned a good lesson from this, however and that you should never choose a web hosting company simply because of their price. I thought that Justhost had good web hosting based on how nice their website looked and that they looked very professional at the beginning. Now I see that they really don't have a clue as to what they are doing. Stay away from JustHost you will only get crappy web hosting there, if you could even call it web hosting!

I run a forum that is based on Vbulletin and I keep getting email messages that the server is down all of the time. I am really sick and tired of getting these notifications every single day. If it happened once every few days for a few minutes, then it would at least be tolerable. But this is not the case here, a server being down and my site not working is something that happens on a daily basis at Justhost. Every single time I go to check my email I will know that it will be filled with notifications that their server is down again. This is really not normal for anything resemblign a good hosting company. Terrible and I will be canceling my service here and moving my hosting to another place that knows how to run their business well. Even though Justhost may be cheap, this will not be worth it in the end when you will notice that your website doesn't even work most of the time. Back when I singed up with them a year and a half ago, their service was still good. But now it seems like they have just stopped caring about their own business and they don't handle complaints in a proper way. Whenever you contact their support, their reply is always dismissive or some copy & pasted response telling you to see the FAQ on their website, even if this will not resolve the issue. Since Justhost doesn't care about their own business, I don't care about them either and am switching hosts at lightning speeds! This is terrible and too much for me to handle!

Justhost is probably the worst kind of web hosting service that you can find online at the moment. I am even surprised as to why this service is even featured on your website. They must give you big bonuses to have their name sponsored on your site, otherwise no smart web master would want to have anything to do with them at all. Their server down time issues are horrible. They have recently suspended my account because they say I use too much bandwidth and CPU. When I asked them to show me the details of this, they refused. I know that it is impossible, because according to my statistic, I get about 20 to 30 site visitors a day. Also it seems like they have either very poor security or they are inovled in sending spam themselves. A few days after signing up with them, my email became filled with at least 10 offers to “make money with your website” or some scammy multi level marketing programs. It would seem like they are looking for another way to make money after all of their customers are leaving this scam host. When I emailed them about canceling my service and getting my money back because I was fed up with them, they never replied at all. What a surprise.

I find it a bit strange to see all the people complaining about Justhost, because to me they have been relatively good as a web host. The main advantage is that they are extremely cheap, I tink the second chepest web host around. Their speed is not the greatest around, but it is suitable for me, as the website that I run is quite small. I never had to contact their technical department because I didn't have any problems with their service, so I honestly cannot make any opinion about their support.

I am a customer of Justhost... well even though I don't want to be one anymore! This place is a horrible web hosting company! They are very quick to take your money, but when it comes to canceling or giving you back your money just like their useless “Money Back Guarantee 100%” that they have plastered all over their website says... then you will see why this host is so bad. Once you gave them your credit card information, you are pretty much SOL. You will keep getting charged regardless. So if you truly are dumb enough to sign up here, then take the monthly option and use a disposable prepaid gift card to pay for your “service”. Getting to cancel your account will only get your messages “lost” for some weird reason and nobody will have any record of you ever contacting them to cancel. When I called them, they told me that I reached the sales department and that I needed to send them an email to request cancelation. After about 4 live chats and emails, nothing was done. I just realized they processed my cancelation, but there is no news of my refund yet, so I guess I will still need to keep on fighting them in order to receive mine. Just pitful, I know. But this is not all. It looks like their junk servers act as magnets to hackers, as I have had my website hacked once, and have seen numerous hacking attempts made on my site by checking some server logs. Of course, their technical support doeesn't seem to be aware of any of this and simply say that “oh, there's hackers attacking every website, don't worry we have good security”... yeah right. To add further trouble, their domain privacy feature is NOT enabled even though you buy it. This is not explained clearly during the sign up process at all! So, even though you pay for it, you will need to contact them and they will need to enable it manually. Why do they do this, if every other web host can set it up manually. Again, their “support” had no answer for me when I contacted them to inquire about this. I strongly urge you NOT to sign up for this company, unless you have some weird fantasy where wasting your money and getting piss poor service turns you on or something.

I see that many of you are not satisfied with Justhost, but in my case, things were quite “normal”. I didn't have any big trouble with my service. I just found that uploading stuff to my hosting account took a bit longer than with another company, but it wasn't anything too dramatic. The site worked just like it should. My email also worked well, and I find their web interface for email a lot better than some other hosting companies. One of the few things that I found a bit annoying was some of their ads in the control panel and the fact that they try to up sell you some stuff when you log in, such as the domain privacy and backup things, even though I really had no use of either on my website. Their prices are very cheap and are good if you are hosting a simple website. I have one WordPress site up and another one that uses Joomla. Their technical support were able to answer a few questions about WordPress hosting, which is really good given that I see some people don't really like their support, but in my case they did what I wanted them to without delay. If you want to get a much better price then what they advertise normally, especially if you are wary about signing up for a long time, then all you would need to do would be to try closing the tab on the sign up page. They will give you a 50% off promotion, I choose to pay the $3.95 per month for 6 months, and they also offer an option of $5.95 per month with no contract for that price, but then you will pay a $20 activation fee, which means that logically, signing up for 6 months is more economical for you. Make sure you uncheck the daily backup, site lock and domain privacy if you don't need it. You get a free domain, but only if you sign up for 12 months or more. Otherwise, it is $9.95. If you need just an .info domain, then there are companies that sell these for like $1, or a .com domain can be bought for $6 if you want to save a few bucks or maybe if you feel better having a domain elsewhere. Right now I am not going to renew my account because I need a dedicated hosting server and not the shared hosting that Justhost offers, but otherwise I would have kept my service here. Justhost is really not that bad in my book as I didn't have big issues with them at all and they performed relatively well in my opinions.

I am now using JustHost as a reseller host and so far their service has been very good for me. I was in search of a reseller web hosting provider that offered unlimited bandwidth and storage and JustHost has a plan like that for $89.95 per month. The good thing about them is that you do not need to pay for a year in advance and they have many other reseller hosting plans available. If you just have small needs, they have a Bronze plan at $19.95 per month that is limited to just 75 GB of space. I build and manage some websites for my clients and wanted to give them access to their hosting service by themselves with their own Control Panel. Good thing that JustHost lets me do that. Their interface is the standard one for controlling web hosting account, the WHM which is very easy to figure out even if you have never used that one before. Their customer service is excellent, but I noticed you usually wait about 10 minutes before speaking to someone if you call them on the phone. But this really isn't bad, and if you don't like talking on the phone with them you can use live chat to communicate instead. I also opened 2 tickets before and they were all resolved within 1 day. I don't know if they have a different support department for reseller clients than for normal hosting accounts, but the service I found was very prompt and the people I spoke with really seem to know what they are doing. So if you would like to get a good reseller hosting solution, then I would strongly recommend that you use JustHost simply because they offer an unlimited plan, as well as a low starting price plan if you do not need to have unlimited service currently.

I am quite surprised to see all these negative reviews by other people about JustHost, considering the fact that they have been a web host which has always worked perfectly for me. I host just 2 regular websites with them and they work great. I believe that JustHost is a good company if you are going to host a personal or a small business site that receives moderate traffic. Of course, it isn't the right host for those who are going to get like 2000 visitors per day, or who will be hosting 35 000 videos on their website. The cost of their hosting is very low, I currently pay just $3.95 per month here. Since JustHost is doing a really good job for my hosting needs, then I will be staying with them, I really have no reason to change hosts at all.

I am an average webmaster and didn't want to spend too much money for my website hosting. I found Justhost by accident when seeking out an affordable hosting company that also had a decent web presence. I saw that there were many ads out there for Justhost and there was also a 60% off coupon offer that they have. Now I am paying around $41 for my hosting and this included a free domain name registration. The hosting package that I have, I believe that they only offer one but I am not sure anymore if they added some, allows for unlimited hosting and bandwidth every month. So I am really satisfied and very happy with what this host has to offer me. If you want a host that is not too expensive then I recommend that you go with Justhost.

I am a client of the Just Host company for more than 2 years now and I recommend this host to most of my clients and friends. They are both affordable and reliable, which is hard to find these days as the really reliable companies charge much more. In fact, I was dealing with a data center provider in the UK which was charging me almost $15 a month for a 50 GB hosting account with 500 GB of bandwidth per month and a maximum of 5 sites hosted. Here I can get unlimited service for less than $3 per month which is really a bargain. Justhost gives me really everything that I need, such as Cron Jobs which is very good when you have a mailing list and want some of your email messages to go out at a certain time. There's only 2 times that I had down time in the 2 years of using them and even then the down time only lasted around 2 hours, so they are really holding true to their satisfaction guarantee for their customers. Other web hosts do not even give these services at all and their email is very bad, but not here it works smoothly! No complaints here at Justhost.

At first I didn't know which host to choose for my website but then I saw that justhost was on the list of the top ten web hosting companies and offered prices that were a lot more attractive than their competitors. So I signed up for them after my friend was also using them and said that she didn't have trouble at all. Their hosting has one plan and features that are very suitable for the needs I have. I am now hosting my 4 websites with them, that I moved from other web hosting companies when my plans with them expired last year. All my websites are working and loading a lot faster than with any other web host I was using previously. I know that you have to be careful if you are looking for the cheapest web host bcause a lot of companies do not deliver on what they promised to their clients but not I see that justhost always holds true to their promises.

I spent 2 years with this host and I definitely would NOT recommend that you do it. Unless you like seeing what poor hosting is with your own eyes, then you are strongly advised NOT to sign up here. I had a WordPress site that I uploaded to them, after I heard that they are good with WordPress hosting. Things weren't too bad for the first few weeks, but I guess this has just lulled me into a false sense of security. Without me changing anything, the site completely went down and all the pages kept giving either 502 or 404 errors sporadically. Technical support was very unhelpful. They told me that they can't find the problem, so it must be my website and that I would need to restore it from backup by my own means. This was not the only problem I had with them. Some mailservers actually reject all email that is coming from JustHost. Hmm... I wonder if they are also engaging in spamming? Who knows. But this was really frustrating as well, so I had to use a free email address to communicate with some of my clients. When my 2 year term was expiring, they offered me a rate that was actually more than $3 more than the $3.45 I was paying, so $6.45 for the same shit service. Of course I didn't take the offer. I then had to call them again and be on hold with dumb elevator music for 25 minutes before somebody picked up. In order to cancel I was told I would need to send them an email instead. I simply forgot about it, took all my files and pointed my domain elsewhere. The credit card used to pay for their service has long since been canceled, so they can of course try charging me for the renewal, but won't get anywhere with that. So to sum it all up, this is a bad hosting company if you have ever seen one.

I use JustHost to host one of my blogs and their service is just fine for me. I don't understand all of these people who complain that they are not good, for me they are really one of the best hosting companies. I got a special coupon deal when I signed up with them and pay $2.95 per month for the hosting account which gives unlimited use and unlimited web space. Nothing ever went wrong with them, although I will admit I never contacted their support, simply because I never had any reason to. Well your goal should be to focus on running your website, rather than spend hours with tech support anyways and they seem to have done this rather well. I don't run any other software besides WordPress on my server with them, so I am not sure about the quality if you run an e commerce platform or something but I have 1 active blog and another one that I am constructing and they both work fine. Maybe if you build a site that is too big and takes up too much of their CPU power than you will have problems, but in my case they work fine. Never noticed any down time, which is good as some previous free hosts that I was using had certain occasions that their server was in maintenance mode all day pretty much every month or so. One of the reasons that I switched over to JustHost was that I wanted paid hosting that was very cheap and they gave that to me, so I am satisfied. So if you will have a website that is simple and will not be too demanding on their server, then you should be fine and happy here.

I think that Just Host is Just OK in my book. I use my server to run a forum using phpBB and while there are period where the entire site goes down or becomes slow, this is quite rare and I can live with that. Other than this, the site remains very stables and I have no trouble running the site or sending and receiving emails. This is definite a very good value site, as with my recent renewal, I pay £30 per year and I get unlimited service from them, so not need to worry about going over bandwidth or space. I believe that Just Host is a good service provider for those that are running a website as a small side occupation or as a hobby and not anything that is mission critical for their business. So if you want a web host that will guarantee you that your site will never ever ever go down, then of course I would suggest that you avoid them, but otherwise for low intensity use, they are as good as you can get for that price.

Unfortunately Just Host is incompetent and is not a suitable company if you have any serious needs when it comes to your hosting. Whenever you sign up with them, they will pester you to sign up for plenty of other “premium” services, however these are completely worthless for the most part. The “FastServer” thing doesn't seem to make anything fast at all. I also have dedicated IP, and priority support enabled on my website. Even with the priority support, there is nothing prioritary about them and they are slow at reponding to inquiries. I think that this is just a way for them to make more money from their users without actually having to give them any kind of service in return. They also managed to completely destroy our website when they were moving it from one server to another, due to the fact that their server was having maintenance problems. Now this is understandable, but any company that is running in the hosting industry should know how to properly backup their server and restore all services and files after the migration is completed. But it seems that this is something that Just Host is not capable of. They completely lost the website and it was nothing but an empty root directory. Furthermore, they did not put it back on the right dedicated IP as it was supposed to be. After numerous complaints, they finally found the backup and restored the website. It took 2 days for them to actually do this. Now this is what I would call bad web hosting if I have ever seen it. When you send them a support ticket they don't even bother reading what has happened before, so you will need to explain and re explain again several times before somebody eventually catches on and gets what you are talking about. This is beyond absurd for a company that you have on the list of the top ten web hosts to act that way, but with Just Host it is a sad reality. If you don't like wasting your time and would like it that your website works when it should work then I advise that you stay far away from Just Host. There are better hosts then them everywhere.

I am very happy to be using JustHost. Everything was going smoothly for the past 6 months but yesterday they had some issue with a hard drive on their server. I contacted them and they were very rapid in answering my questions and most importantly of all of actually fixing the problem that I was having. They restored my website from their backup within 1 hour and everything is now going well ofr me. I know that some other hosting companies would have said that this is not their problem and I should find a backup and restore myself, but JustHost was able to fix this for me very quickly. I really like using them as my web host and am very happy that nothing ever went wrong with my account besides this little problem. They always have a recent backup of your website available should there be anything.

After searching for a good host for a while I finally decided to join up with JustHost. They were able to quickly make a transfer of my website onto their servers with no problems at all. My website has been up for 100% of the time since I moved it over to them. Their server speeds are really good and they are actually almost twice as fast as what I was experiencing before with Go Daddy. The support services provided by them are really excellent. I had an issue with the SQL database in my account and they actually fixed it in just one hours after I submitted the ticket. This is really good as I have never before seen such excellent and prompt service from another web hosting company before. If you are searching for a good hosting company, then I really recommend that you stick with JustHost. Believe me, you will never need to switch to another host ever again after you join them. Their prices are really surprisingly low, also I got a 20% coupon code when I signed up to make things even less expensive.

You still need to wait ages to get a response and when you do it is a canned response that never even adresses the original question that you had for them. Just days ago I had a problem when their server crashed and my website got messed up. Seems like some of the files were not re uploaded correctly when they resotred it to a different server. I contacted them and it took them 3 full days to find the backup and restore the stuff that was missing to my website. In the meantime, half of the content on my site was gone. This is really terrible and I would not definitely recommend them to anybody.

I think that Justhost is good if you are running a relatively small site. If you want a bigger site that would get thousands of visitors each day, then obviously shared web hosting is not for you and you would need to rent your own server. It seems like there are many people here that just do not get that and then complain after Justhost shuts down their website after too much bandwidth use. I've used them for over one year so far and they were great. No big downtime even if there was a few times where my website went down for just a few minutes in a day. I didn't use their customer service so I don't really know how good they are at this level, but for the hosting they are a good provider for me.

Passable host. The prices are low and you get unlimited service so I can host 3 websites. But the down time is not something I am happy about. Sites go down for at least an hour or two every week. Usually it happens on Monday or Tuesday for some reason. Not much info form their tech support about this. They pretend like the problem doesn't exist, but I am sure that they are aware of this already as I am probably not the only client that reported this to them. Very cheap, but dependability is not optimal here. Might work if your site is not too important for you but if you can't lose a single minute of hosting it wouldn't be such an intelligent choice to host here.

If you want a cheap hosting deal than this is definitely the right kind of host for you, but you should remember that if you go cheap, then you will get what you pay for. The hosting for me was not so bad, but what really hit me is the way they do renewal. After your first year (or two or three or four depending on how long you signed up for) the price almost doubles and there is no way for you to cancel this automatic renewal and there is no way to remove your credit card number from their control panel. Good thing I was using a Paypal prepaid card to sign up and it didn't go through because they try to make you pay for the renewal one week before it is even due. When I had a question about closing my account, they said I would need to contact the billing department by email myself. There is no way for them to simply forward the request themselves, according to the dude on the live chat. Well that would just seem to me like they are trying to make canceling your service as difficult as possible. But anyways, I got my website fully backed up to my PC and am now in the process of setting it up on a different host. So I don't really care about what they do, they can keep trying to charge me on a credit card that has a $0 available money on it since I dont use it anymroe. I was just trying to be nice and tell tham I won't be using their service anymore. Funny thing, billing department didn't even reply to me, so I guess this would be a case of -oops we never got your mail-. Too bad for them. If you actually want to use them, I can't say that their service is very bad for small sites because my site never went down for any big amount of time. But watch out for their billing practices, because they definitely do border on being deceptive and dishonest in this department.

This is really cheap hosting. I got a promotion where I get 50% off the cost of my purchase, which would pretty much make it one of the cheapest web hosts around. Honestly for this kind of price I didn't expect to get super Royal VIP treatment, just a host that worked relatively well. And that they were able to do. I have 3 small websites that are on their server at this moment. They get around 40 visitors per day and seem to stay up just fine. Sure there are a few periods of down time every now and them, but this is really an exception and only happens for a few minutes. Other than that, all works like its expected. I know some of you have commented on the bad tech support and stuff, but I never had to contact them for any technical problem, so this is not really an issue for me. I'm also aware that the price is a promotional one for the first year that I signed up, so if the prices go up, I will make sure to cancel my services the month before. Still, for me, this is not a bad host at all. Everything is working quite fine, my email and my websites are up just fine, which I guess is really the most important part of the whole deal.

It's true that with this company you really get what you pay for. The web hosting service works well, but there were times where my sites wheren't working or were working a bit slow, usually it would happen about one or two hour a week. Nothing horrible, but still you would expect a bit more reliability from a professionally operated hosting business. Their tech support is also not too good. It would seem that they don't actually have the capability to resolve anything. If they can't answer your question on the spot, they tell you to submit a ticket, which takes about 2 days for them to answer it. For them to really get their shit together and start being a good host they would need to fix their servers up a bit and start providing support that is worthy of a professional hosting operation. They are not a small company with just 2 or 3 workers, so there is no excuse for them not to give faster responses to customer inquiries when they contact their tech support.

I am now a customer of Just Host for almost 3 years, my account is up for renewal soon. Since I know that just like almost every host you have on the list here they will be raising my prices when the contract is expired I am looking for a new host that has comparable features. I am quite surprised to see all the negative comments about them because for me the hosting just worked well for 3 years. I also got all of my emails and rarely got any spam, which is something that was a problem way before when I was with Bluehost. There is one thing that I didn't ike and that its their overall tech support system just seems a bit clumsy. While they advertise the fact that they have tech support available around the clock for all users, the chat people are pretty much useless when it comes to resolving any complex issue. They will just tell you to submit a support ticket, which means that your problem is likely to take 1 ful day to get resolved. I had a problem installing an SSL certificate that I got from them to make it work on my site and it took almost 2 days to get it fixed. They should really speed up their resolution time when a customer brings up an issue like this. It wasn't anything super complex either and I know that some other companies could have resolved the entire issue in less than 1 hour. But besides improving their technical supprot speed and quality I don't ave much else to say about their service. It did what it was supposed to do which is tot to make my website available to the public without any interruptions.

Reading back on the commments, I think someone posted that this company should be called JustDontHost or something like that. While it may look funny to an outsider, if you've been stuck with them you will not find this too humorous. Have had multiple nightmares dealing with this place. Once my login completely stopped working. Don't know if somebody hacked it or if something got screwed up with their system, but in any ways it took them all day to fix it. Support is very much useless at this company. If there's antyhing wrong they'll just tell you that you must wait until one of their server technicians takes a look and tries to remedy the problem. Obviously this is a terrible waste of time for the client but it looks like they don't care about this at Justhost. There's been plenty of other issues that I reported to their customer service but they just ignored it or gave a half assed answer that didn't even begin to address the issue that I was having. Really would like to say thanks for nothing to them. Only good thing from my part is that I have less than 3 months left and I'm gone from this poor host. Trust me on this one, JustHost isn't worth the trouble at all. They might be really cheap and all, but this will come at a big price for you as you will start to get huge problems using their service and making it work like it was supposed to.

If I were you I would stay the hell away from justhost. The technical support is horrible and borders on the non existent. It takes forever just to get an answer to a simple question from their supposed team of experts. Just last week they've had some trouble with their hard drive and this resulted in all of my site being wiped out. Waitted 3 days for them to restore everything from backup. Upon checking out some forums I found out that some others weren;t even that lucky to get their site back. The justhost didn't give any refunds or any consideration to their customers even when they asked. Their customer service is like robots and they only give a scripted answer. I saw that one guy got a full refund after they royally f-ed up their website, but only after he's been complaining every day for over a month. Take your business elsewhere folks, it looks like this company's beyond redemption now.

If you're hosting simple websites which won't cause their servers CPU to max out at 100% for hours on end, then you'll be good. Otherwise, just like any other hosting company, they'll kick you out right away. Seems like there's way too many people on this board that don't understand what shared web hosting is or that it's supposed to have limitations. One of the only reasons why companies now claim everything is unlimited is because of competition, but you'll see that every company has rules that you need to follow with regards to how much resources your website is going to be using. If you really want hosting that will be powerful and never have to worry about you using too many resources, then get yourself a dedicated server or a good cloud hosting arrangement. If yout site receives 100 000 visitors a day, then i'm pretty sure you can afford it rather than going cheap and getting a $3 a month shared hosting, then whining about the fact that the host rightfully told you to take a hike.
Never been any serious issues with JustHost in my case. Have 3 websites with them that receive a moderate amount of traffic each day, but all seems to be going good right now. Few months back there was an issue with one of my email accounts receiving too much spam, but their tech support was very good at helping me adjust the settings and it looks like they've now fixed their anti spam software as almost none of it gets through.

I own a reseller web hosting account with Just Host and the service at Just Host is good for my needs and that of my clients. Was shopping for an affordable reseller package but all the other companies were charging way too much, some even wanting over $100 a month for a highly limited package. I use the service for 2 of my websites as well without any incident. Their support is very responsive, even though I think they don't give phone support. That might be good to have, but in any way they have live chat support people that are on 24 hours a day, so it's not much of a problem for me. Reliability is OK, there a few times where my websites were slower than usual, but this is really the exception and not the norm with them.

Great for basic hosting, but not much else. They impose restrictions that are a bit limiting if you're going to be running multiple websites using a database system at the same time on their server. But the host is one of the cheapest web hosts of your list, so I wouldn't complain too much about this issue. If you want corporate class hosting because you think you've created the next Google, do yourself a favor and skip this one. But if you only have a hobby or little business web site, Justhost may be a good solution if you're low on budget and need hosting now.

Just Host is a really excellent company in my opinion. They have hosting that is very cheap, but its really good. Didn't see my site go down at all during the 3 years that I'm with them. Sure, there have been periods where the site was slower than usual, but that can happen with any hosting company and not just here at Justhost. Their support responds to iniquiries rather quickly by email and they also offer live chat. Price is very cheap and starting at around $3 per month for unlimited hosting so you get unlimited domains that you can host on a signle account. For those who are searching a host that is cheap and yet of good quality I would certainly recommend using Justhost, as they're the best for me!

But still the waiting time is usually less than 5 minutes or so, which makes it quite tolerable. Server reliability has been great so far from what I've seen, never had any of my sites crash or become unavailable for a long time. The longest that one of my sites has been down was for about 1 hour last year and it hasn't reaally happened since. While I know that this may not be the top web host for everybody's needs, I do recommend it for people who are building their first websites and want a place that is very affordable and easy to use. If you're making a very big site or have a collection of 50 websites on one account, than maybe this company will not work very well for you. But otherwise you should try them out.

From what I've used, Justhost seems like an OK company to me. I pay about $3.20 per month for my hosting as I got a special when I signed up for them. They give out hosting coupons and promotions from time to time so you should check these out as it will let you save on your hosting. Got 1 free domain name with them when I was making my main website. The only bad thing is that if you need to add more domains, the account is unlimited but registering a domain through them is more expesnive, I think it costs something like $15 or something. Go Daddy is much cheaper for domains, so I use them to register the domains but Justhost has much better hosting quality than Go Daddy in my opinion and I've used both.

Very good doing business with Just Host for the last 7 months. Like the fact that they don't force you to sign up with them for an extended period of time if you want their basic hosting services. Only thing that I didn't like was during the sign up process and in the admin panel they try to promote their backup and SSL Dedicated Certificate services way too often and it gets annoying because I don't really need these features for now. However all other things with their business are just splendid for me and unlike a few other people here I never had a big issue with my site. Even though it uses a lot of resources as I have 8 sites loaded on their server that use either WordPress or Joomla (3 are just test sites) the most I saw was that the page timed out a few times when loading but this was very rare.

When I was using them for the first 2 years, things seemed to be going fine. One thing that I appreciated with them was that set up of my website was easy and instant. Also they didn't charge any activation or set up fees at the time I signed up. But when it came time to renew, they automatically renewed my service at more than 2 times the original rate. Furthermore, there was a problem with their server right after they renewed my site which made it not work well for almost 3 days. I tried to get them to simply switch it to a different one of their servers if the one I was currently on was causing problems, but they simply ignored my request after saying that they would look into doing that. Definitely not professional. I then requested to cancel my service and saw that they had a refund guarantee as my service was renewed. After arguing, going around in circles and them generally trying to ignore my request to cancel, they eventually agreed to do it, but they charged me a fee of around $40 just to cancel my service. When asked about it, they said that that fee was detailed in their terms of service and that there was nothing they could do about it if I wasn't happy. I just accepted that and moved on, as I really wasted more than enough time on this hosting place. If you want to sign up with them, proceed with caution. Their service may have been good when I originally signed up, now I'm not even sure about its quality anymore. But be prepared to jump ship early, at least 1 month before your contract ends with them, otherwise they will automatically renew your website at a really high rate like they did with me. For the price you're paying at JustHost, the hosting service is quite good. Very inexpensive, I pay about $3 per month with them and I'm hosting 3 websites. Couldn't find a better deal anywhere else. The server runs well without troubles. Had a few questions for their tech support and was answered. The waiting time for their live chat is usually about 5 minutes but they always have someone on there to assist you. Some advice, if you have a question that you would like to be answered quickly, then it's better to get on their live chat as opposed to sending them an email. They always reply to any emails or tickets opened, but it could take them until the next business day to answer you. But for me this is not a major problem, as for such a low price I wouldn't expect them to answer my email 10 seconds after. They have a good control panel layout, there's a few ads sometimes that you see in the panel, but if you're not interested in the extra features they advertise then you can just ignore them. Besides, the basic service they provide already gives you access to plenty of useful features when you have a hosting account with them. Installing Joomla was very easy and the entire installation process was done in 1 minute. I tried installing Vbulletin on a website that I was testing, it worked just as well, even though I ended up not needing to build them forum.

JustHost is the company I've been using for during the past year and my experience was really substandard with them. They really don't put too much effort into their customers satisfaction and this really shows in all aspects of their business. Their servers suffer from frequent outages that simply make their entire operation look simply bad from top to bottom. Over the past month, I could count about 5 times that my website was down for more than 30 minutes. Their technical support is really not helping at all. Not one bit. All they say to you when this happens is that they are investigating in fixing the problem but nothing more. When I asked about compensation for the trouble I've had with them, they rudely replied that this is not possible. It's now time for me to change hosts and the only thing I'm glad about at this moment is that I won't be dealing with them any longer. While they may have really low prices, the problems you'll get with them are really not worth it at all. Go with another company and forget about JustHost completely.

As a customer of Justhost for 6 months the experience here has been decent. They could do more work in improving their response time when you open up a ticket and their services reliability used to be so so, but right now it's improved quite a bit in the last 2 months, no more outages. Support said that they've added some new servers to reduce some load issues caused by many new customers signing up to take advantage of their new low price promotions. I have about 5 months left in my service with them and if they manage to keep things going smoothly for this period I'll be sticking around with them. To me, it looks like the company has expended quite fast and while they've had their issues in the past, it looks like they've worked real hard to resolve them and are now working much better than before.

I know a few people on here said that they're bad, but my experience with them was actually just the opposite. It was surprisingly good. My experience with Justhost was mainly based on how they fixed the issues I was having when my website was hacked by some group of idiots that goes around hacking sites and just replacing the pages with random insults in Russian. I know that many hosting companies will see if your site is hacked and look at it like it was your fault, but the good thing with Justhost support is that it wasn't anything like that. Maybe I just got their best rep that day or something, but the most important part for me is that the job was done very well just like I would expect it to be done by a good hosting business. Both my websites were hacked and it took them just a few minutes to confirm that they had a backup of the account. They told me it would take a few hours to get restotred and after less than an hour all was fixed and my sites were operational again. Since then a few weeks have gone by and my site wasn't hacked again. Their technician said they were now working on upgrades to their server so that such hacking wouldn't happen again in the future times. I'm glad that even such an inexpensive web hosting company shows that they care about their customers a lot. I just took a few looks at other hosts in case they weren't able to solve the problem, but since they've shown very well that they're capable of fixing anything with their service, then I'm glad I will be keeping my service here for a long time.

Been with justhost for now 2 years. Service worked good. I had a few contacts with their customer service and they were all positive. A few weeks ago I had an issue with billing where my site was suspended because the payment for the renewal didn't go through as it should. It was all dealt with in a quick phone call. Back in 2009 when I signed up there were problems getting their email interface to work the right way. I was going to cancel their service but they actually offered me a promotion of 2 months free on my service so I gladly stayed with them. With all of their good service, I'm definitely not thinking of moving my service anywehere else now!

I have a really good experience with Just Host. One thing I like the most is that the domain is free for life and not just for 1 year like some other hosts do. Support by text chat and email is good too, they've helped me really well to move one of my websites that I had with another host before. So far so good and it's been over a year that I'm with them. As long as they keep up their good service, I'll be staying here.

Things at JustHost have been a complete disaster for me ever since I registered for their service a year ago. First of all, it took them almost 2 days to even get my account up and running. For some reason they weren't able to see that my payment has been processed and my order looked like it was stuck in the system. I know I should have probably canceled my service right there, but they've convinced me that all was fixed so I stayed with them. Then the problems soon started. My email inbox would soon strt getting flooded with bounce back from spam messages that were being sent with my email address spoofed. This was just a few days after signing up. Eventually the problem kind of went away on its own, but the technical support of JustHost didn't do anything to help me resolve it and they simply acted like this was beyond therir control and not their responsibility. I wonder if the spammer was actually using their services, since they don't seem to care too much about email spam either, as I get several spam messages in my inbox each and every day since the very beginning. Hosting servers look like they're just poorly maintained and crash all the time. One day, I've had my website go down about 5 times. When support was contacted they claimed that they didn't know anything about the problem, even when I provided them with proof of what was going on and that my website was inaccessible. They then went on to try to blame me for the problem saying first that it was a problem with my internet connection and then they were saying that it must be something wrong with the way I set up and uploaded my website. This didn't fly as the websites I had on their server were only HTML pages with a few images and I wasn't running any scripts on their servers. They then said they would send an email to someone higher up in their technical department. Not surprisngly I never heard anything about this issue again and the problem has repeated itself several times since then. Finally today after my site has been down for several hours already and JustHost doesn't seem to be taking the problem seriously at all, I've decided that I will be leaving my service with them and look for a better host. If you're even looking at signing up with JustHost I must warn you that you're about to make a mistake. Don't go through all the trouble that I've been so far with this host. Forget about them and sign up with another company that will actually give you some good services. JustHost is really not worth all the trouble that you'll be getting with them.

I really think that for my needs, Justhost is actually great. With the 2 sites that I have the service runs fine. One site is a flash site and the other one is a photo gallery site that's powered by the Joomla platform. Been 2 years now almost that I selected Justhost as my host as they were the cheapest at the time and had a special promotion that gave you rates that are even lower than what they advertise on their website. I think if you find some coupon codes that you can put in when you sign up, then you can get a price that is even better than what they advertise on their main website. For the hosting itself, I'm not sure if it would be good for you if you have a really large website or something, but for simple web hosting it's really the best ever. In all my time that I was with the company I never needed to contact their support so far and I really hope that all will stay that way.

I signed up with JustHost because of their very good introductory offer. Service has been good for me right now. I also noticed an improvement being made to their email, it seems to function a lot faster and you don't need to refresh your inbox a few times before a message that you expect to be there appears. Only thing to be careful for is to read their fine print. Once their introductory offer is finished, the price doubles. But this is the way that almost all other hosting companies operate right now. Asides from that they're good for both service and promotional price.

Justhost.com now disabled my account again after saying that my websites were putting too much load on their server. They didn't just shut down the website that was causing the problem, but all of my sites and all of my email accounts too. I couldn't even log in to their control panel. When I called them they acted like me calling them was bothering them and that I should have submitted a ticket on them. It didn't really come to the genius that since my entire account is suspended that I couldn't log in to do that. After spending nearly an hour on the phone with them they said that my usage was not acceptable. I asked them why they didn't just suspend the website that was causing the problem or even better yet contact me in advance and propose an upgrade of some sort. They actually said that it was them that made the rules and that I should read their vaguely worded fine print if I wanted more information. They charged me around $40 to cancel the service and are saying that the refund should becoming soon. Don't waste your time dealing with a company that treats their clients like this, seriously. They are among the worst of the worst in web hosting now and you can see why that is.

Hi my name is Kevin and i wanted to say my experience with Justhost. I am not really a new client of them but have used the service for a year almost. For shared hosting it is good. Low price and reliability is pretty much ok even if things will not always be 100% but this is expected from such a low price host. I came here in search of reseller hosting options to compare because I hear that Justhost is not too good in this area and i need to have very good service to provide to my clients. But if all you need really is an account for yourself then you should not be having troubles with them. The only thing that could go wrong is if the site you build is too large for them to handle within their shared hosting services.

My needs were quite simple. I just needed a hosting account to create a simple one page site and use their email with my existing domain. Signed up for Justhost as they provided a very good promotion at the time which is even lower than what they have going on right now. Basically I was paying less than $3 a month and was getting full unlimited hosting. Everything worked, the website would always load fine when somoene would visit it. The only add ons that I've put on the site was a counter to track where visitors are coming from and how many visitors I am getting to my site. The main service that I use with Justhost is simply their email and this service is operating very well now. The web interface for email is very good and I never ran into any troubles using it at all. The one thing i wish is that they would cintune their promotions for exisitng customers who are with them for a long time. Now they want to raise my rates to almost $6 per month and this is why I m looking around to see what else is good.

Unfortunately, JustHost has been the worst decision I've made with regards to choosing a web host during this time. Technical support is simply mean and not friendly. They talk to you in a defensive way whenever you bring up a problem. You'll also hear the common “weasel words” like “in most cases” it “should be fixed” or “probably during the week or so” and all of that so that it doesn't sound like they're feeding you a bunch of BS when they're clearly lying to you. If you chose JustHost then you're making a bad decision. There are consistent problems with their servers. Every single day I've noticed that the site was having a big slow down during some periods. Waiting 30 seconds for your site to load shouldn't be how a normal web host operates but let's not forget that this is JustHost that you're going to be dealing with, so anything that looks like normal hosting doesn't apply here. Forget contacting their technical support. They hide their phone number to make you only deal with them with live chat. When you do that, you're gonna be told to submit a ticket. When you submit a ticket they make you wait and wait and wait to finally give you a complete BS response that not only doesn't cover the topic of the question you asked, but doesn't fix the problem either. By reading back the reviews here many have commented that they're cheap. They ARE cheap but for you will pay a much higher price in the frustration that you're going to go through moving all of your sites out of here once you realize that nothing works here. For me, the money I pay for a host isn't really the main problem, I've lost some money on some internet businesses that didn't go the way that they were supposed to it's not the end of the world. But the big problem is their total lack of respect for their customer base. This is why I will never be going back to this host, not even if they claim to clean up their act. One last thing to watch out for. Bad quality hosts like them often launch “sister sites” where they simply start a new host under a different name but it's all the same company the same servers and of course the same crap quality that you're going to get. Watch out if another host you see seems to be using the exact same site template, promotional pieces, prices and wording on their site like JustHost. Because most probably it will just be them returning under a different name once they've burned their reputation so much that nobody would even touch them with a 10 yard pole.

I provide hosting as part of a package service that I give to some web design and internet promotion clients of mine. This is why I need an inexpensive and simple to use reseller hosting solution. I've been using the services of Just Host for this purposes for over a year now. Things are going just as expected from the start. Setting up new accounts is easy and gets done right away. They've had a few issues with speed at the beginning, especially their upload speed seemed very slow and it took a while for the server to register any changes you've made. But now it all has been fixed and it looks like they've put in some effort into upgrading their infrastructure. I admit I had a few doubts about them as their services looked too much like the cheapest web host but I see that actually things are quite decent here. They do have some limitations on their shared hosting though even if they say everything is unlimited. So if you want to host 10 Magento powered e-commerce site full of external plug ins then this is not for you. But if you have one or two relatively simple and medium traffic websites, then Justhost looks like an attractive choice then.

My experience with JustHost has been so so. While this company is cheap they're very far from being the host that offers the best service in this price range. Even when you look at the cheapest web host you will see companies that are a bit better than them. The up time would be around 97% at most. While this doesn't seem like too much of a big deal if you need your site to be accessible and fast all the time, it can become an issue. There are frequent periods where the site is just very slow to load. I notice that this is more pronounced when you're using Joomla hosting or another script that runs on their servers. If you're just building plain old html pages things run without too much slowness. I've never had times where the site was down completely for over a few minutes but the slow loading during the day is starting to get on my nerves. Now that my time with JustHost is finishing soon I guess I'll be looking for another host in the future as it doesn't look like they're too keen on fixing their problems anytime soon.

I've closed my account with them and moved my sites to a VPS as I was getting too much traffic near the end of the year, but when I was with them things were pretty much OK. I think if your site gets less than about 200 visitors a day you should be fine as long as its not too intensive and loaded with 50 different scripts running on their servers. I had 2 questions that I've submitted a ticket for as it wasn't too urgent and they answered me within 1 or 2 days even on the weekends. So the speed of reply may not be lightning fast but at least its reasonable. I think they have live support by online chat if you need something right away. I disagree with many of the comments here that call Just Host a scam company. It's not the case. They provide a hosting service which works for what its designed for. While they may not have the most powerful options and infrastructure, people who will need a simple hosting solution when they're just starting their online business will probably enjoy their stay at Just Host without too many problems like I did.

Just Host just disabled all of my account (no pun intended). I had 3 websites with them and they said that one of them was generating too much load on their servers. This is peculiar to me as all of my sites get less than 30 visitors per day and are very light. By doing so, I lost access to all of my sites and my e-mail. Just Host wouldn't tell me which site was the problem. When I asked them why they hadn't warned me beforehand or only disabled the site that was causing them problems, they got very defensive and said that I should read their rules and that they don't do that. Actually getting a hold of them is also difficult as their support is very slow. When you call them, they act very rude and it's clear that they would rather do something else than help you out. I won't even bother to try to reason with them to restore my websites, as using logical arguments with them is of no use, talking to my dog about it would have yielded more results.

I just started building my website and thanks to the good help files and tutorial information given by JustHost in their control panel, everything went well. I was able to get my website up and running the very first time without any problems. When I spoke with them by live chat, they directed me to the right help resources and said if there's anything that didn't work to contact them again. This was the first time I built a website and now I have two sites running with them. Customer support is very helpful when you chat with them and they always have someone available no matter what time of the day and night it is. Their services are very affordable and they have some great software available to install directly from the control panel when you need it for your website. This kind of good service should be what web hosting is all about.

I've used Just Host for 3 years before moving over my sites to a cloud server just to make managing everything a lot easier for me. My sites were relatively small and so fit well within a shared hosting account. A few times they were down but it was only for a relatively small period of time. Other than that, no problems. Just Host isn't as bad as some make it out to be. Possibly those who are constantly complaining are people who will simply never be happy, even if they manage to find the best web host in the world.

I love the fact that you get a free domain for life with JustHost, while with other companies only the year is free and than you have to pay a high fee each year after. Also, quite reliable, I didn't see any down time while checking my sites and none of my visitors reported any issues with it.

I've gone through a few web hosts and some smaller local companies but they were all very expensive. So I tried to see what the bigger hosts were and came across an ad for Just Host. The unlimited hosting there is a lot more affordable and for me things worked just as well. I appreciate the fact that I can have two websites on my account with two separate domains and not just a subdomain of my main site and still pay the same low price. They gave me a discount code when I signed up so I pay a little over $3 for my web hosting. I'm very happy and I hope that my relationship with Just Host will last for a long time as they've been giving me good service on a consistent basis right now.

My experience with Justhost is really great and I'm now switching some sites over from Go Daddy to this host. I like their interface a lot better and find that it's more user friendly. A lot more simple to use. Great help resources which will be very useful if you're new to them and want to understand how everything works. Support is a lot faster to answer you than with Go Daddy where I sometimes needed to wait more than 15 minutes before someone even came on the line to help me out. A good plus with Justhost is that when you use their hosting service the domain name is free for life with your first website. I saw that a lot of web hosts advertise a free domain name but it's just for one year. Good thing that Justhost is able to give you a domain as long as you stay with them.

Decent overall but can be problematic at times. JustHost is not the fastest of the web hosts and during several periods especially in the early morning the site is very slow to completely load. Cheap but you get what you pay for. If your site doesn't demand too much in terms of speed I would say go for it. But if you really need fast web hosting there could be some other companies that would be better. The good side is that I never talked to their support because the documentation provided by JustHost is very complete and accurate. It may take a minute or two to find the entry in their knowledge base regarding what you're trying to do but you will find the answers to the most common questions about building and running a website.

Okay, I will admit that Just Host may not be the best hosting business in the world . Even with that Just Host isn't so bad after all. There are a few times where service was down in the past 2 years but it was always for a limited amount of time, usually less than an hour. I can deal with that without too many problems. Their customer support is not the fastest but when I had a question it was always answered fully in a way that actually took the original question in consideration. Price is also very low and I got an even bigger discount when I signed up so I eneded up paying under $3.00 a month for my hosting with the Coupon Code that they gave at sign up time. I think Just Host would be an average hosting provider. While it's not spectacular their service works well and I had not too mouch troubles with them.

Sorry guys, but Just Host is just bad (haha!) Wayyyy way way way too many problems to describe them all. In summary with them you get the following:
Problems with speed upload and download times. Takes hours to upload a website and then accessing it is painfully slow at many times. Technical support blames it on you saying you either have too much stuff running on your computer or your own internet is slow and that this is not their problem.
Problems with reliability. Website was down numerous times once it was down for almost 10 hours. Could not access the control panel either. When technical support was finally reached their answer was that this was a problem with the connection at their data center and that they're working on it. Good thing is that at least this time they didn't try to blame the problem on my own computer.
Bad technical support. They use the same people for sales, customer service and technical support, so you can be guaranteed that when you talk to someone they won't have too much of a clue about how web hosting is supposed to work or anything of the sort. Furthermore, they are almost always rude and impatient trying to get you to leave them alone all of the time. There was one rep that was actually competent and knew how a human being should behave but apparently he didn't last long so there are only animals remaining in their staff at the current time. So if you don't want to deal with a human then this is the company for you.
They're cheap. Yeah that's true they are. But is it really worth it? No. There are many free web hosts which don't put ads on your pages or redirect traffic which would give you a generous hosting package for basic sites that are completely FREE and.... much better than Just Host in my experience. So even though it's cheap, the problems are just not worth it. Maybe if they were charging $1 per month with no contract I wouldn't be saying anything and just let it go. But since they charge around $4 and require you to pay in advance they should be held to a standard which is the same as any other decent quality paid hosting company. Since they're incapable of doing that you need to avoid them altogether.
Bottom line is avoid Just Host. Not worth the trouble. Cheap and even free hosts are out there which are way better. I'm not even sure what this company is doing on your list. Maybe they use to be good before. However right now the place is a mess and unless new management comes in and fixes this thing it won't be going anywhere. Not sure how they manage to even stay in business.

I've had a hosting account with JustHost for the past 3 years now. Their service is quite good and I'm now hosting 4 blogs on my account. All of them are based on WordPress so I would say that for WordPress hosting Justhost is a good company to go with. They have the WordPress software ready for installation right in the control panel of their hosting service and the set up is nearly instant. After selecting the admin options, it will be installed on your chosen domain in less than a minute and then ready for use. After it was ready, all went well with the blogs. Server was quite fast and uploading the pictures and other media went really fast too. Glad to see that the host works for blogging without any issue. Their costs are very low and because of that I was a bit skeptical about using them at first. But after trying out their service I see that there's nothing really wrong with it and that it all works fine all the time.

I've been a JustHost customer for the past 2 years now and I admit this company has had its ups and downs but things seem to be going back up for them right now. I did have some problems with unreliability. Luckily for me, the issue wasn't that the whole site was going down but rather I was sometimes getting the page not found errors or internal server error messages. However this seems to be fixed by now. Customer service at the beginning didn't seem to be great either but now it's actually improving. I have just one small site hosted with them that only makes a few dollars a month so I'm not too worried about them being of 100% quality or not. For $3.50 per month JustHost still gives some value for your money. It's definitely not a bad company but maybe they're not for you if you're the type of customer that needs to have a host which is reliable all 100% of the time.

My company has an account with justhost for about a year now.
We had a major issue a while back with server downtime and they kept telling me they were trying to resolve the issue. Then after some time without any change, I demanded they move me to a better server or cancel my account. So we got on a better server and things have been working well since.
BUT!!!!!! This Friday, to my horror, I discovered that justhost was running an old backup of my site exactly the way it appeared in May 2011 (as we provide up-to-date news and market intelligence, this is a serious problem.
So I wrote justhost and guess what? They told me to clear my browsers cache. This has nothing to do with the issue at all. So I decided to buy priority support for $20 to get better and faster service. Then they get back to me and tell me that the server I was on had gone bad so they moved my site to a different server. They had used an old backup of my site and put it on a different server without even telling me!!!!!!!!! I'm furious. But it doesn't stop here. I can't access either the online control panel nor can I get FTP access to the server to update my site with the newest data. I wrote justhost and complained about this to their priority support and I got an answer (not 30 minutes as promised but an hour but still ok with me). They just gave me a standard reply saying they had forwarded my mail to the "appropriate" department. And that department is not getting back to me. I wrote priority support and complained and they give me exactly the same standard reply as before saying they have forwarded my request to the "appropriate" department. So I pay extra money for better service and they feed me with standard replies at a time when I desperately need to resolve the problems we have with our site. We have just sold advertising (banners etc.) for our site and desperately need to get the site up and running and then we have this hosting provider not doing anything about it and sending us standard email replies. We are now going to move our site to another hosting provider. This is just completely unacceptable.
Because of my experience, I recommend you stay far far away from justhost.

Being a customer of Justhost I kind of understand that some may have had problems with them. I use several web hosts but with Justhost I only have one small site that isn't getting too many visits and that I don't update very often. So maybe there are times where the service is down but I just don't notice it as this is one of my smaller websites. They're not as rude as some people may say though. Sent them an email about a querstion regarding Joomla hosting and it was answered very quickly with less than a couple of hours now. They provided me with a complete answer and no BS. At least that's one of their good aspects as I also had a question about biloling and it was answered very quickly again. Maybe it's not perfect but at least it looks like theyre trying to do somthing better now. Looks like Justhost improved.

Has some good sides and some bad sides about the web hosting of Justhost. On the plus side, Justhost is very inexpensive. One of the better priced hosts from all of them online right now. The downside is that their customer support is quite slow to deal with issues. Our website was hacked a few days ago and we paid to have daily backups done. Support first assured us that they had the backups and that they would work on restoring everything today. This was finally done, but it took them over 2 days to find the backups and put everything back in its place. Support always gave me good answers to any questions that I had either by talking to them through their website or opening a ticket. But the speed of the support isn't the greatest thing in the world either. It takes more than 24 hours for them to acknowledge that they got your ticket and then at least another day to work on it if they need to do something more than just give you informations about something. If you chat with them it may take about 15 to 20 minutes in some cases before you get someone to start listening to you. This isn't horribly bad or anything but I just wanted to let everyone ,k know how things work so that they don't make too high expectations about them. Overall this isn't a poor host but I think they could do better on their support tho.

Cool host. Very good prices all around I dind't have to pay extraa for nothing unlike with Godaddy hosting that was always trying to charge more for additional features I coudl need. Still have domains at Godaddy as they very cheap on domains over there but for main web hosting i prefer another host. JustHost is one ofhte the hosts I use now for 3 o websites of mine. Nice quality for pricing that I like too. Difficulty is just that when pointing DNS to them it looked like it took a while longer for every thing to register properly and that took several hours. Usually with other host it was just maybe 1 hour or so. But this is not a great diificulty for me as it was just a change made when starting a website. After this the web hosting functioned at a smooth way.

Everything about Justhost is Just Bad ! Be careful as they love to gouge the price upon renewal without telling you anything in advance. You don't get SSH unless you're willing to pay extra for it. Tech support seems like you're calling someone from outer space, they don't understand anything you explain to them and won't make even the slightest effort to try and help out. I'm done with this incompetent web host and I won't be returning here at all. I wonder how this company can even stay open with all the negative comments that they get everywhere? They must be trying very hard to dupe people into joining them.

I use Justhost for reseller hosting at this time. Have 4 active websites on one of the accounts with them and they're all sites that belong to clients. Relatively simple sites with no CMS. Nothing went wrong in 2 years so far. Affordable and good pricing for resellers. I'm not sure how much the regular hosting prices are here but for a reseller web host they look quite good. Every time I contacted them with a small problem they took action to resolve it. Usually it takes 24 hours which is not too bad considering that it's a smaller host which charges budget prices.

This is a joke. Really justhost is nothing short of a joke. The way they behave is completely out of line and unprofessional by any standard. They suspended my site without giving me any notice beforehand. The only thing they would tell me is that someone submitted a copyright claim about my site. They didn't have any details available when I contacted them. After 3 days of back and forth, they still didn't provide me with any details of the request, even though when someone submits a copyright claim against you, you will have the right to view the claim and the specific material that is being contested. But I guess that its not the way it works at justhost. Funny thing is, our site is just a portal that contains some affiliate offers for holiday and travel club packages. Who submitted the claim against us? A competitor? There is no material that is infringing on the website, the whole template is a free one that is available with WordPress hosting. Good thing that we have a full backup of the site and are now running it on another host. If you're making a website just as a hobby or to learn how to become a webmaster than you can go with justhost as they're cheap. If you're doing anything more serious than that I would strongly recommend that you avoid them like you avoid a poisonous snake. Nothing good can come out of it.

I am making the use of Just Host for few years as a second host. It really has best pricing you cannot beat. I recommend their services to many of my friends who also report that they satisfied with what you are receiving there. Package for hosting is not complex at all and the service simply has the base plan with unlimited storage and bandwidth. Not anything else that I could ask for when I make website with them. Simply very good.

I don't get why there's so much hate going on about JustHost on this site here. JustHost is a cheap web host sure but this doesn't make them so bad like it was described here. Too many are exaggerating their issues. My site was down once in the past year. It was for around 4 hours. Not happy at the time but this is something that happens with shared web hosting when you try to find the cheapest web host. You can't get guaranteed 100% up time anywhere unless you get to pay 10 times more than what they charge at this host. Heck, even YouTube was down for several hours for me last week so there's no such thing as always available on the web. Those who complain about support, I don't agree either. I had 2 simple questions to ask them on 2 occasions and they were responded in a quick and professional way. Very direct and explained everything clearly.

We make use of Just Host for the business site of 2 companies now. This host good for business site as it's simple to host. Now planning for multimedia site but will use cloud hosting and not offered by Just Host. Still will keep 2 sites for Just Host until contract ended becauss quality is present with hosting company Just Host.

The hosting here is very inexpensive and good enough if you run just 1 or 2 sites. Just know that you can't cram 10 sites on a shared hosting account at JustHost and expect them to work without a hitch. They have other customers on the same server too. I think that's what the people who had problems with them were trying to do, because I can't see anything bad about them.

I know some people here and on other sites had problems with them in the past but I've used Justhost for one year and can tell you that it's not as bad as it seems. It's true that in the beginning there were some troubles and even I got quite upset at their lack of support. But recently they've made some changes and now give much faster and better support to the users. The hosting quality in general has improved. Before when I checked my site there was always a few minutes every day where the site was much slower to load then usual. But now the performance of their servers has gotten a lot more consistent. Great improvement on that. I think Justhost has made a lot of progress into becoming a good hosting company. With the low prices they charge they should be a good choice for anyone that is trying to get decent hosting but doesn't want to pay in excess of $4 per month for that.

Justhost works fine. I don't know why some people here are complaining so much about them . I currently have a reseller web hosting account with them. I'm not really selling their hosting but rather providing it with the web design and SEO services I do for my clients. Anyone that's doing a normal small business website should be happy with what they have to offer here at JustHost. You get unlimited web hosting for under $4 per month if you sign up now. None of my clients reported any trouble with them at all for the last 6 months that I've got my reseller account here at JustHost. I didn't have the chance to see how well they do when you call them for support as I never spoke with them on the phone yet. For resellers the control panel is the standard one, forgot what it's called. It lets you create and manage sub accounts really well. If I just needed a hosting service for one small website I wouldn't hesitate to sign up for their service as they've been great for me.

i started the service at justhost in just 3 years ago. prices didnt go up when i was renewing because i contacted them and said i want to leave if i dont get the discount they promise for new subscriptions. they agree to let me have discounted price for 1 more year starting now. i think this was a great gestures on the part of the support professional at justhost web hosting. now i will be stayign with them at least 1 year additionally.

I've been with Justhost for 2 years now, back when they were called Host Clear. I have their reseller web hosting account that is still $20 a month, the same price that was there when I started. I would give their service an average rating. In general things work properly, I would say 99% of the time. But it's that 1% of the time when something doesn't work that it could get dicey. When there's a service interrpution, it usually lasts severla hours, sometimes close to a day. Sure, this happens only once in every few months, but it's quite annoying for me and for those who have an account under my reseller web hosting package. Their customer service is kind of a hit or miss situation. Sometimes you will get a person that's competent and will do their very best to answer any question that you could have. But at other times, the rep you speak to will barely understand you and give you an answer that is completely irrelevant to the question you asked. They're cheap of course which is the reason I stayed with them. Not the very best web host but still does an 'OK' job.

I see that some people here have had issues with them in the past. But I signed up a couple of months ago and I didn't have any problem with the service given at JustHost. Tech support was fine and helped me out when I needed it. The servers all worked correctly at all times. Didn't notice that my website was down at all. Only thing I noticed is that uploading your files to their server takes a bit more time than it would at my other web host. But this isn't a major problem for me right now. Just takes 3 or 4 minutes longer when you're uploading a lot of data such as high resolution pictures and graphics. Email hosting is good here too. Never any issue about not receiving an email like what happened wit hsome of the hosts I've used in the past.

JustHost is the worst hosting service I could have ever hired. Ever. To start, they take over 2 days to answer a simple ticket. Of course, there's an option for “priority” support, so if you actually want (or need) an answer in a respectable amount of time, you need to pay more for it. Their servers seem to have serious issues and are poorly maintained. I've managed servers for a small company before and I know the problems they are having are due to their equipment rather than just the network. There are plenty of disk read errors and lost connections to the database. So far, they have told me twice that I exceeded the amount of resources permitted to be used on their server. The problem is that I didn't get any notification of this before hand like they were supposed to send. Eventually they just canceled my account outright after claiming that I was using too much of their CPU resources. I have 2 OS Commerce enabled websites which get less than 50 visitors a day combined. Still they claim that it's too much. Another problem is that they don't have any tool which lets you check your live usage. So there's no way for you to know if you're going over the limits or not. The simple truth is that unless you want trouble, just don't use the services of JustHost.

Price is ok at the beginnign but goes up by about 50% on renewal so you should be mindful of this. Other than this, JustHost service is pretty fine by my standards. The disk space and bandwidth alloted are unlimited.

I used Just Host purely for simple email hosting before moving to a cloud web hosting solution to integrate all of my sites. The email hosting at Just Host was working fine without any hassles for me. I had just a simple website with my information and mostly used it to have my own domain when sending out email. Was good when I needed them. Not sure how they will do for more advanced web hosting but for the simple stuff I've used them for, they were good.

Chose Justhost because of the very low price promotion coupon they had available. Just set up my website. Set up was fast and easy and testing confirmed that the website is functioning fine for now. If there is anything going wrong with them later will report back.

Not the fastest web host in the world but it will do if the site you're using doesn't require too many resources. Currently on Justhost I have a real estate site hosted that has quite a few high resolution pictures. The loading speed is a bit lower than what I would expect but it's not as terrible as some may claim. I think some of the comments here are a bit exaggerated though. Justhost isn't probably the best web host in the world but for me it just did the trick for such a low rate.

Justhost was really good for me when I used them a year ago. Don't need their service anymore as I've moved all of my websites to my own cloud server. When I used them to host a basic website that was simple to maintain, everything was going quite ok. The price offered by them was really cheap around $2 per month if I signed up for 2 years. All the other things like email and statistic counters worked extremely well in their control panel. Support was available at all times with the live chat. Didn't call them so I'm not sure if they have phone support all the time, but when I chatted with Justhost tech support they answered my questions completely without hesitation. If you're looking for a cheap web host and your website isn't too powerful I would definitely recommend the services of Justhost.

JustHost is Just Awesome! I had opened a new business, so needed to have a site that looked profiessional with its own domain name. With a combination of using WordPress as the content engine and customizing the code by hand my site looks really great as of now. JustHost has everything you could need from a hosting services provider. The reliability is there and the overall value is present too as you get a valuable service at a budget price!

Was using the hosting service of my internet provider for my business website but they started shutting down the service and moving all their subscribers over to one of their partners who charged exorbitant rates for very little, even though a simple one domain hosting was included in my mobile internet package before. Looked online a bit and I found JustHost through your site or maybe a similar looking site. I'm just here to leave a comment as requested about the experience. After making the sign up the account access was ready in a couple of minutes. Downloaded the RAR file from the previous host and re uploaded it here at JustHost via FTP. Made a few changes to the domain configuration settings. This took a while but this was mainly because my internet provider's staff didn't even know they had a web hosting service and I had to talk to 4 different reps over there to get it repaired. Not JustHost's fault at all. Two days later the website is back to normal. Since the move to JustHost there hasn't been not a single minute of interruption or delay. Just checked my email to see if I can send and receive using my domain that wasn't purchased from JustHost and it works at 100%.

As a long time Justhost customer I have nothing but praise for them. Cpanel interface very easy to use. Time to create website was very quick as I already had my files ready. The web builder tool was too clumsy for me to use and I didn't want to pay to upgrade. So I would tell you that the Justhost web builder is not the best but you can download free simple web building apps everywhere online and even find web based versions so this wasn't really a concern for me. My primary concerns is that both my email and my website are operational. Since they are, I'm happy with what Justhost offers me especially at such a low price of $3.95 a month!
