And I actually helped a friend upload files to this web host. Sure, the process is easy for someone who knows what the heck they’re doing…not me. But I ended up uploading everything just fine using their proprietary software for FTP. I didn’t have to mess with something like Filezilla…which again is probably easy for somebody that knows what they’re doing, but it just intimidating for me. You get what you pay for, these guys are cheap and you don’t get crap. There uptime guarantee is total BS, my sites were down all the time, seriously. They were probably down more than they were up, don’t get my started, not happy with the uptime at all! I have had problems on almost every shared hosting account that I have ever bought, which means that shared hosting will probably have problems with uptime…well, they should tell you that upfront! Is that too much to ask. I’m upgrading all my hosting to VPS immediately, I’ll pay for quality uptime, I don’t know if I’ll stick with Webhostingpad, I will probably have to give another company a chance again, transfers are pretty easy, so what the hell. If they have good uptime on their VPS I will stay, maybe I will give them a try…we’ll see.”

Webhostingpad has officially lost my business. 99.9% up? I mean seriously? I was down three times in one week. Then anytime I ask a question to billing about the issues, their instant response is telling me to cancel. What?! I thought companies were at least supposed to patronize you and pretend they're listening and they care. Not dare you to cancel. I would seriously think hard about this decision you're about to make

Kudos to WHP. You've got great support. I just started with webhostingPad a couple of weeks ago and I couldn't be happier with them. Customer support was right there when I had problem with my payment and got it sorted out right away. I chose to use WHP as host for my client's sites and moved my sites over from my own server and I'm glad I did. It doesn't matter if you don't have a lot of experience. They have a ton of features, scripts, PHP, lots more. GREAT.

Hey out there - WebHostingPad is the best! If you want excellent service and support don't look anywhere else. These guys are fast and if you have a problem - they'll fix it right away. I took out a 5 year subscription package as a friend suggested and I'm really glad I did. Available space is great and transfer speeds are in the stratosphere. I am extremely happy with the way these people respond to and fix any issues that you have with their hosting. I love WHP! After my main computer crashed I was in total panic mode. If you are still doubting as to wether this company offers good web hosting, I can say for sure that it does. One thing that really amazed me was the speed at which their support department answered my queries. They not only answered fast, but actually gave the correct answer and not some canned response that is copied and pasted. Never ran into any major issues with my site. It always stayed up and running. Recommended for those looking for a quality web hoster.

Very high quality host. Offers a good selection of plan and has excellent customer service. If you need to ask a question before signing up or when your site is up and running they will always be there to help you. They also don't try to force you to upgrade or sell you things that you don't need when you call them unlike a few other companies on the web.

Really good quality of service offered by WebHostingPad. I didn't notice any downtime since I had my site hosted with them for the past 1 and a half years. I only spoke with them 2 times for questions that I had and they were always able to answer promptly and completely. Very good host, I really like this place.

The service is up 99.% of the time, ans when it is down, the tech team gets back to you in about 5 min. Space is awesome, transfer speeds are blazingly fast, and you seriously cant beat the price to get this level of service, reliability and quality.
Great service and support from WebHostingPad. The limited number of times the site has been down (and it's rare) the tech guys get it back up within 5 minutes at most. The product and pricing are really good, transfer speeds super fast and they are a real reliable webhost. Love these guys.

I switched to Webhostingpad from another host due to the fact that they had lower rates and a good reputation from what I have seen on the web. I did run into a few problems moving my site over and it took a few phone calls to get everything fixed. It did get worked out in the end, however it seems like the tech support reps that I spoke to were not that experienced in solving the issue. Finally, the sites are up and running, but they need to improve their support.

The site that I am hosting is very basic, so I can't say much about their various features and software, etc. It's just 4 pages with details about my locksmith shop. The important thing is that it works all the time, and with Webhostingpad I have never had any down time, so they did an excellent job there. I can't comment about their technical support because I never had any questions or problems, probably because my site is very simplistic. In any case, I recommend them to small business owners who are looking for a web host that will be easy to work with.

I was reluctant at first to try them as they weren't as popular as some of the big hosts out there but now I am very happy with my decision. I think, overall Webhosting Pad is excellent. Setting up my hosting account was very easy and everything was up and running within an hour. I have used other web hosts in the past and always semmed to get trouble gettin my website to work properly. Here this was not a problem at all. The prices was also very inexpensive, so I am very happy for that. Only had 1 time that my site was down for an hour or so in the past 4 months, so I don't consider this to be a major problem in any way. I recommend Webhosting Pad if youare looking for very inexpensive hosting but still need quality service. You are guaranteed to get it here and I consider myself lucky to have found such as an excellent host at such a really low price.

I have had some problems publishing websites created with FrontPage, but theri support was able to fix the entire problem in less than a few minutes. I really thank the support department at WebHostingPad for their work and dedication in ensuring that the customers get excellent quality of webhosting. This is really the reason that I am happy to be a customer of theirs. For the price that I am paying them, I really did not expect to have much in terms of quality service, however they have truly surprised me by helping me resolve my issues with FrontPage and uploading content to my site. I have a small web site and one blog to host, Webhostingpad has been able to host it with no problem. Very affordable hosting too. The only issue I had is waiting for customer service which once took 15 minutes but I understand that this day they were very busy. I don't know if this company is right if you are doing some big business online as they are a very affordable host but to me it seems like they are good.

I am very glad to have found Webhosting Pad from a list of web hosts. I was using a really cheap reseller host before, but the service quality was not good and they didn't give me any needed features, like statistics, etc. Finally, I came around to seeing Webhosting Pad and I am very glad that this is a web host that I have chosen to go with. No problems with them at all. Unlike the other inexpensive hosts they really provide you with the service that you need and all the necessary elements to build and run your site well.

The hosting quality of WebHostingPad is very good. I have never experienced any uptime problems at all for 1 year. I hear that their customer service is good, but I never had to use it as everything is going well at this company. If you want a good web host for your business I recommend that you use this one. The service is very reliable and the prices are extremely good, much better than some of the competitors which charge more but do not provide good raliable hosting like you need it.

WebHosting pad looks cheap on their ads, but in reality the $1.99 per month is only for the most basic type of hosting and if you sign up for 5 years. If you don't, then the price that you will pay is higher.
Also, the basic package doesn't include things like advanced stats, which would be very useful if you are trying to monetize your site and want to see where your traffic is coming from, etc.
Webhosting pad is not a bad web company, but I don't think they are the greatest or even the cheapest, since you can get monthly plans that are cheaper than what you would get for signing up with Webhosting pad for 1 year, which is their shortest term that you can pre pay for.

Good host and if you want to just put up a very basic site their cheapest hosting plan is the best for that. Their uptime seems to me to be ok, only was down for a couple of minutes once. Site is always loading very fast, though I admit I dount have too much content on it. Web hosting Pad is good for my needs.

I dont think Webhostingpad is that great. Numerous outages and their uptime guarantee seems to be nothing more than a gimmick. There are many better hosts than this one out there so I really dont think you should waste your time with this company.

I recently signed up for webhostingpad and I see that their price is much lower than competitors. Basically you would get a hostring plan for 5 years and pay what many competitors would charge you for just 3 yars of hosting. Their uptime and everything have been great and the support is really fast. They usually reply to any email within less than 20 minutes. The only issue is that in terms of features their cheaper plan is very limited, for example you do not get a good statistics tool. Good hosting for the price if you are running a relatively basic site I would say.

Webhostingpad provides decent hosting overall. I wouldn't say very great, because their servers seem to be a bit slow at times and the domain management app was quite confusing, but overall there is nothing very negative to say about webhostingpad. I have had a few problems but they were due to mistakes I made on my part. The best thing is that I actually got an authentic response from them, rather than some generic response like many other web hosting companies would give. This shows that Webhostingpad actually cares about giving good service to the customer and it is always appreciated in the hosting industry.

Excellent web hosting company for a small business web site. They give you all the useful features and don't always bother you to buy more things like Godaddy. Their control panel also look quite clean and well organized without any clutter or full of useless stuff that you will never use. Webhostingpad may not be the best web hosting for everyone, maybe not if you are a programmer or something. But if you just need good web hosting that works well when it is supposed to, then this is a hosting company that you should be going with. Prices is excellent too and I was quite surprised that they can provide such a high quality service all while charging such low prices. Great work on your part!

While I notice that Web Hosting Pad is not very famous in the web hosting industry so you may not see their ads all over the place when you browse the web. But the service that they give should definitely want to make you use them.
I was using a cheap Go Daddy reseller that was always trying to make more money by charging customers for things that should be free so when my term ended with that company I have moved to Web Hosting Pad. Here, I noticed that there were no problems with the DNS or getting the domain names to work correctly. Only problem was getting the email to work, but I contacted the support and they have said it would fix itself in the next few hours. While I was a bit cautious of such a response because I was told this by some other hosts and it was a lie, but at Web Hosting Pad all the issues with my email were fixed on the very same day, it took less than 2 hours. I have just been with this host for 3 weeks but so far I can say that they are excellent.

In my opinion, Webhostingpad provides good quality basic hosting at affordable prices. I don't need a lot of features for my site, so I don't really care about those as I simply won't end up using them in any way. What I wanted was a web hosting account that was simple to use and that worked without having any problems. I heard many people on forums complaining about certain problems casued by bad web hosting companies like their site being down, account suspended for no reason, etc. But these are not things that seem to happen at Webhostingpad, as the company seems to have a very good reputation when it comes to reviews. The only problems I have had was that sometimes the control panel times out after I log in. I would need to refresh the page a few times before it appears again and starts working properly. This is why I don't give them 100% rating, but in any case I believe that any service provider can have things that they should improve. But with Webhostingpad, the one thing that they have done really well on is their price. I have not seen any price lower than $1.99, at least not from a good quality hosting company. Beware if you see prices lower than this, as this will usually be from a very small web host that is not going to be capable of providing you with anything that resembles good service in hosting. So to tell you the truth, Webhostingpad is an excellent provider. If you want hosting that is not complicated and is also very affordable, then this is a web host that you should not miss. The promotion that they have of $1.99 hosting is excellent too.

WebhostingPad is great according to me. Everything worked quite perfectly from the very beginning. In the past I have had used maybe 4 or 5 different web hosting companies. Most of them were honestly quite bad, since I always had trouble getting my account set up right, or my email working, etc. But this has never been the case with WebhostingPad. For me, the important thing about a web hosting company is that everything they advertise works the way that it should. And for now it seems to be that way here, I have used them for 1 year and will keep staying with this company, as in my opinion it is really the best.

While I am aware of the fact that 100% satisfaction does not exist in any industry, I can say that based on what I needed from them, I am extremely satisfied with what Webhostingpad has provided me with. During the time that I was a customer of Webhostingpad, I have noticed that they have improved things significantly with regards to the speed of their servers and the quality of their customer service. This is something that seems to be rare with web hosting, since I have seen plenty of hosting companies start out as great providers and then saw things progressively going downhill from there. This was basically my experience that I had had with Hostmonster and Hostgator. But Webhostingpad really looks like a company that makes consistent efforts to keep all of their customers happy and satisfied. For that I really wish to congratulate them and I would really like to congratulate their tech support for the superb work that they are doing in ensuring that the service is always fast and always reliable.

The service at Webhostingspad is quite decent if you are talking about just the hosting. But for the rest Webhostingpad is not very good. Getting in touch with them by phone was nearly impossible, the first 2 times I tried the call mysteriously dropped. After that I was left on hold for nearly 30 minutes. I decided not to waste my time any longer and sent them an email instead. The problem with that is their responses rarely answer all your questions and if you have any problem with your site than you are SOL. Their support is very very poor and it has been frustrating for me for the past few months. Needless to say I will not renew. I guess you get what you pay for. If you get cheap hosting then you will also be getting bad support. I really should have done my research more before I decided to sign up for 4 years for this company. What a disaster.

In the past 5 years I have worked with many web hosting companies and even had my own reseller host in the past. WebhostingPad is by far the best company that I was dealing with. All of their services work great, just like they were meant to. While many other companies will claim they have excellent support available 24 hours, WebhostingPad is really the best in that, as you can contact them and they will be available right away. I have 3 other sites hosting with them and I have not seen any down time at all for one full year. There has never been a slow down in download speed either. I am really pleased with the service received here. I had to contact their support for the very first time recently. When I sent them an email, I didn't really expect them to reply for a day or even longer. However less than 20 minutes after I sent them an email, I got a reply from them. When I was opening up the mail, I was really expecting it to be some kind of robotic reply saying something like 'we received your message and will get back to you' but instead I was really happy to see that it was an actual reply from an actual human person. Needless to say I was very happy with the service that they have provided me. Plus the situation that I emailed them for was not even caused by any problem on their side. After this issue was resolved my site was working perfectly and now everything is going great. The price is excellent too.

WebhostingPad is the best hosting around! They are really great. The service is very fast, rates are very cheap and all the tools are working and useful for you to build your site. I had just one issue with my website and have received an email response in just minutes. This is the fastest technical support I have received in using web hosting for 10 + years! Not only were they fast but they were also kind and wanted to help. It seems that there is at least one web hosting company that has really gotten it together. For over 2 years of using them there was nothing which made me unhappy, which is something that I really cannot say for the other hosting companies that I have been with before. When I signed up with Web Hosting Pad, I unfortunately had a problem right away. Their FTP was not connecting and I could not upload my files. I was trying for a few minutes and I decided to call them to see if this can be fixed. While I admit I wasn't really happy at this point I said that I would give them a chance. If I can get started with my site right away and everything worked well from the beginning I would stay, but if not I have just signed up minutes ago so I could simply cancel with them and go some place else. Within 10 minutes I was up and running, they had fixed the problem on their end. Now that all the files were in place, my site is now running and going smoothly. I really had the impression that for the cheap prices that they are offering, they must have had very low quality support. Boy was I wrong! I was very pleasantly surprised that for such a low price you could get such an excellent quality technical service. Thank you very much to Web Hosting Pad and your support people. Other cheap hosts could very well learn a lesson so they can find out what providing good support to their customers really means.

I recently moved my hosting service to WebHostingPad and had some trouble getting my domains configured. This has happened for 2 of my domains. What I was really glad to see is that the problem was repaired within 10 minutes of bringing the issue to their attention. In the past 5 years of using different web hosts this is really the fastest resolution I have had from their support. In my opinion, WebHostingPad is highly recommended.

Webhostingpad might have been a good company last year but now things have changed. I heard a lot of positive things last year when I signed up with them and at the beginning I was actually quite content that I found a hosting company which provided some kind of quality at such as extremely low price. But in the past month it has started to go downhill and at a record speed. EVERY SINGLE DAY I am getting downtimes. And when I said EVERY SINGLE DAY I really mean EACH day. When I called their tech support to see what the problem with the downtime is, they wanted to check if my IP was on their blacklist as they thought that this is what was causing me to not see my site. Well... that's not even logical. If my IP was blacklisted for some reason then I couldn't access my site at all every time but the problem that I am facing is rather intermittent. One hour the website works and the other hour it doesn't work at all. It seems that now I have realized the hard way that if you want to get a great hosting service you need to stay away from companies that have prices which are way too low like this one. Of course, $1.99 per month may seem very attractive, especially if you really have a small budget for hosting. But the bottom line is: pay more if you have to – but you must stay away from Webhostingpad. Their service has deteriorated and it seems like they don't have the slightest clue on how to fix the issues they are having. Very bad, in my opinion.

Excellent hosting service for customers with basic needs. Tech support that is both rapid and attentive, excellent web development and site building tools and most importantly of all very cheap rates are what make this company very good in my eyes. When I had a problem with my website, I received a response within just minutes. The tech support quality is really the best that I have seen in using web hosting for over 10 years. Unlike their competitors Web Hosting Pad seems to be caring about the issues that customers bring forward. I would recommend this hosting company to anyone.

Last week I changed my hosting to Webhostingpad because the previous company I was with (Fatcow hosting) decided to raise their rates 3 times if I was to renew my service. I was attracted to Webhostingpad because of their very low rates and the fact that their website looked really good with not too much gimmicks and sales pitch like other hosts. There was a bit of trouble transfering 4 domains over (I am not sure whose fault it was, but I don't really care). This was addressed within an hour of me opening a support ticket with them. I was really impressed with the speed that this was dealt with. No other company has provided me with such fast support before. Of course, I will recommend Webhosting pad because of their great service quality and fast support!

Webhostingpad is a host that is really different from every body else, if not only for the quality of their technical support. Victor was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me adjust some settings in my hosting account after I have transferred my service over from another hosting company. I was having some trouble and dedided to call them to see what they could do to help. I see that they are very serious about helping their customers as they have done everything that they could do to help me and make sure that I understood their process. It has been 8 months since I made the changes to my sites and they are now working great thanks to their assistance and great work. A big thank you to Webhostingpad, they are really the definition of what a professional web hosting company should be.

The support department at Webhostingpad is really cool. The responses were very rapid and they were willing to admit it when a mistke was made and to do everything possible to fix it. I had some problems accessing my site when it was moved over to a new server, it seems that they did not do all the necessary updates correctly. However, when I called their support they were able to fix it for me right away. I didn't have to wait very long and within 20 minutes my site was back online and fully working. This is what I call great quality service.

This is the first time that I use hosting. Webhostingpad gave me a very good environment to put my website, it is always stable and there are never any problems with it. The cost that I pay is also much more lower than most other web hosting companies I seen. The site transfers very fast when you access it, there have never been any delays. When I contacted the customer support they have always replied immediately. This is really what you should expect from a good web host. Good, unlimited hosting service combined with great support for their customers. Webhostingpad is the best!!

Webhostingpad is a very good hosting company if you just have a small business site. But if you sell your own products and need to send out newsletters often this is not the best. The reason is that they limit you significantly more than any web host regarding the amount of emails that you send. Luckily I asked them before to avoid any problems in the future. The limit is not specified anywhere that I could find on their site, but you cannot send more than 300 emails a day and not more than 3000 emails per month, even if these are all people who have opted in to receive mail from you. So for hosting a small business site it is ok, but if you have a large mailing list that you need to send to, then this will just not be the best host for you.

It was back in 2008 that I began using WebHostingPad as I thought that they gave me the best quality of hosting for the lowest price. What is surprising is that they kept the same price until now when I had to renew my hosting package and didn't try to charge me 5 times the amount that I had paid before without telling me. This is something that has caused me problems with another hosting company before, so when I signed up with them I was very vigilant so that I don't get that same problem here. The fact that they always keep their low rates is an excellent sign as it shows that they are truly devoted to providing great service to their customers rather than finding ways to make money off of them. The customer service is 100% great and it seems to be staffed with only English speaking people and not some cheap offshore outsourced service. There are real people available to talk with you 24 hours / 7 ! Tech support was always competent and capable of fixing the problem, especially when I transferred another site to them and I couldn't get the domain to work properly. All of this was fixed within just a few short minutes. I really want to thank everybody at Webhostingpad for their great work and their dedication to their customers. It is very refreshing to see that in this day and age there is still a company that puts their customers first and does not only focus on making the most money. Congratulations to WebHostingPad for that.

I am writing this Webhostingpad review to warn others not to make the same mistakes that I did. If you want a reliable and good quality service than you should simply go some place else. It seems that their servers are unreliable and always crashing. I don't know if they have a rat that keeps chewing through their cables or something every day, but this is really what it looks like right now. Their live chat support is a joke. They say that it is 24 hours a day, but the main problem is that there rarely seems to be someone available to help you. You put in your name and email and then wait for about 10 minutes. After this, you get a message that no one is currently available and that you should leave a message for them to get back to you later. Don't do that, you will simply waste your time as nobody will be getting back to you. The other choices you have are either sending them an email (you wait 3 days or so for an answer) or calling their phone number. If you are not based in the US, this can be quite a problem as you would then need to make an international call to the United States. The only good thing is that their phone support is much faster than their email or live chat, you wait approximately from 5 to 10 minutes only. But the problem is that they are unhelpful and seem more interested in getting you off the line then actually finding out what the problem that you are having is. What saved me is that I was still within the first 30 days and as such I could cancel my service with them. Don't make the same mistake that I did with this company. They are cheap, but they aren't of good quality. Skip this web host and go somewhere else. You will be very glad that you did that in the end.

I went with Webhostingpad because of their low cost, which seemed quite impressive when I signed up. When I needed support, I cringed and I thought that there was no way that a company which charges so little could provide their customers with good support. However, I am quite happy to see that I was wrong in this and that all my support tickets have been answered correctly and VERY quickly. For the 2 support tickets that Ihave opened in the past year, they were both handled within a few hours and fixed the same day. Congratulations to Webhostingpad for providing such fast service. I used webhostingpad service for in excess of 3 year right now. I really wished that I was able to see that this host existed before. That because they are very inexpensive but at same time the service provided is A+++! There is never single problem here and all server is configured in an excellent way for maximum of reliability use on the website. Support gives clear advice and is going to take time for helping the customer, they does not just want to get rid of you after five minutes like this happens when you call for getting support in other companies. Every time I contact support of webhostingpad excellent advice is given for not only making repair of the problem but also for improving how website work at all times. This webhostingpad is truth fully the top web hosting company as you will not be able to beat such good service at such low prices. I am satisfied to be customer of them and I like the service.

Webhostingpad is excellent. Up to now it has been 6 months that I first signed up and I see that there is a big difference in the overall level of hosting between Webhostingpad and all the other companies out there. There is no times where my website was slow or anything like that. I think thats because the more famous companies have just too many customers that they can't handle and it causes their service to slow down when it is used heavily. Glad that Webhostingpad is a company where this doesn't happen at all. And since this is a really low price, Webhostingpad is actually a good choice if you would want to host a website in a reliable place but do not want to pay big amounts for the privilege of doing so.

Web Hosting Pad is a good company overall. You need to be wary of their prices, however. They advertise a big special, but you only get it if you sign up for 5 years. Of course, you will need to pay in advance and I am sure that many people would not be comfortable signing up to an unknown company for such a long period of time. Last year when I signed up they did have a special offer, however. You can get it simply by leaving the sign up page, a popup will appear giving you a discount on your hosting. You can save quite a lot of money that way. The quality is decent for a relatively small hosting company. Not very much to say about their support as I didnt talk to them at all. Site is working great but there are times where I noticed that it is a bit too slow. This usually happens around 2 or 3PM each day. Don't know if this is due to their servers having too much traffic at that time or something else though.

I don't recommend Webhostingpad at all! Very poor uptime. I was having a problem with my site almost every single day! I can't believe I even signed up with this company. At first, they looked like a web host that would actually work well since they were a smaller company and did not have as much hype in their ads. But over the last 2 months the service I have gotten here has really degraded itself. Overall, I can say that they are quite a bad host, simply because of the problems I was having with my site. It simply would not stay up a single day without there being some down time. Some days it would be just a few minutes but other days it would be 40 minutes or more. Now I am in the process of moving my site to a different provider, which is why I am reading this site in the first place. I just wanted to warn others to stay away from Webhostingpad. They may try to get you by promising you ultra low prices and such, but unfortunately they will never deliver what they promise you. Quite simply put, this is a company that I would stay away from if I was you. If you do sign up with them, then you will probably also get problems with your website on a daily basis. They simply do not deliver anything they promise.

I really don't know what has happened to this company in recent times. Three months ago when I selected WebhostingPad as my Webhosting company they had everything. But now it looks like the company is simply falling apart. Nuemrous server outages and database connection errors. Yet they are always the ones claiming that nothing went wrong on their side and that if something is not working then it must somehow be my fault. Really classy on their part I would say, really. They look too incompetent to fix their problems so they are now resorting to blaming the customer if something is not working right the way it should. It is actually great that I came on your website as I am now in search of better hosting for my two sites. I will not be staying with WebhostingPad any longer and I don't care if I will end up losing a few dozen dollars, my site s worth much more than that now. I will just cancel and make sure to keep my cancelation email in case they decide to be stupid again and then try to charge me or something. Now to be fair, I cannot say with certainty whether what I am experiencing now is an isolated problem that only affects my service or my site, as I don't know any body else that is hosting here. But I do confirm that their support is now quite bad and that alone should make you stay away from the poor hosting company. Get your act together WebhostingPad! It seems that the only thing they have left right now is to offer hosting at a dirt cheap price and to attract those that are looking for the cheapest web hosting.

Webhostingpad is a great company that cares about their customers. I know, it looks like this is getting to be a rarity right now, but thanks to them I know that it still exists. After setting up my account I got an email from an actual human asking me whether I needed any help. I just had a few easy and basic questions about where everything was in their control panel, and all of my questions were answered by them right away. All solutions provided were very clear and to the point. I am finally very happy to have found a web host which has staff on hand that are actually intelligent enough to understand what customers are asking instead of just copy pasting a response from a script that gives a totally unrelated answer. If you are looking for simple and affordable hosting, WebHostingPad is the best answer. Not only is the price very low if you sign up for the maximum duration, but they will actually give you great support to go with it. From such a cheap host, I never expected that they would have their own support with people that can actually speak English and understand when you talk to them, but it seems like they do. I am very thrilled with the exceptional service I have received from them and would recommend their web hosting platform to anybody that would ask. The only thing I noticed is that their hosting service might not always be the best choice for advanced users as it is most suited for personal web sites as well as really small business sites. This is why I still keep a few hosting accounts elsewhere. I was in search of a web host that gave good WordPress hosting at a very low price, as when I was starting out I only had a few dollars a month for my web hosting and advertising budget. When I was going around lists of top ten web hosting companies and forums I saw that most of the cheapest web hosting places were shoddy companies that seemed to be based out of India or whatever. Having had really awful experiences with these businesses, I knew that using them would be a bad idea so I searched for an American company instead. When I saw Webhostingpad, I kind of expected this to be a “toy” web hosting company because of the low price. You know, these simple hosting companies that assume you are a moron who doesn't know what HTML is and whose interface looks like something you would see in a low budget children's cartoon. I was surprised to see that they support Joomla hosting and that they also have features such as MySQL databases and PHP. My site is not overly technical or complicated, but I need to have some scripts running and also have another site that is based on Joomla. Both sites are now hosting with Webhostingpad and everything is great. The only negative point is that in order to get the best price that they are advertising you will need to sign up for a five year plan. I admit I took a bit of a risk doing so with this web host, but in the end it all worked out to be great because I now enjoy really good hosting at an excellent price with that.

WebHostingPad is a good web host but you need to know what you are getting to avoid any problems. If the site that you are building is a personal or a hobby site than the $1.99 hosting plan might be good for you. But this is not a plan to use for e-commerce or any kind of online business, not even affiliate stuff. There is a $3.99 per month plan called Power Plan Plus that I use instead and this one gives you better stats tracking, as well as an SSL certificate and SSH access, plus a better spam filter. But I think the spam filter used by them is not the best, as some spam still seems to get through, notably the blank emails, image spam as well as some of the fake lottery winnings scam seem to arrive in my mailbox each day. There are just a few such messages each day so it is not max annoying, but it still happens. You should also note that you will need to sign up for 5 years to get the top price. I do not know if they have different servers for users that are on the most expensive plan, but I see that the service is very fast for me and there is no uptime difficulties. Email also works well, but I do not use their web mail interface and instead use my own client. Never had any problems connecting to their email server to send or receive mail. Bottom line is, WebHostingPad is a good provider, but you would need to check out both plans to see which one would be the best for you, especially if you have needs that are a bit more advanced.

I am a customer of Webhostingpad's for quite a long time. Webhostingpad gives the best support and they will always solve problems that you have. The service there is speedy and well run without any trouble getting in touch with them through the phone. Occasionally in the live chat you will need to wait a bit but I found that if you call them instead you will always get someone to answer you no matter what time you are calling. The interface used is cPanel which is one that I was already familiar with and I find much easier to use than anything else. Therefore based on my observations I will recommend Webhostingpad to you!

I have been a customer of WebhostingPad for 4 years right now and I have 4 sites hosted with them, all of which are popular sites that rank well on Google for their search terms. The only things that I will say about this host are really positive ones, as the value that they provide is very hard to beat. Their up time is the best ever, many of my sites rank #1 or #2 on Google for their search terms and accomplishng this would be simply impossible if my hosting was not up all the time like it should be. During the time that I was with them, there were a few times that I needed to get in touch with their customer service or technical support teams, mostly when I was setting up new websites. Their response times as well as the sheer quality of their responses were really excellent. Their support team has always given me an excellent response to my questions. Quite simply, their answers were very helpful and actually adressed the issue as to why I contacted them in the first place. During all the time that I have been a customer of their, their service both in terms of hosting quality as well as support quality have always been excellent and very helpful. Since I have used some other hosting companies in the past, I can say with certainty that I know what good support is, as I was pretty much used to receiving BS answers and generally getting bad information from support departments at other web hosts. With all of this, I see that WebhostingPad is a company that cares about user experience and wants their customers to be fully satisfied with what they provide. For these reasons, I highly recommend this web host, they are simply the best in my experience.

A couple years back, I needed to decide as to where I would be buying my hosting. Webhostingpad was one of the first companies that I have seen an ad for online and I will have to admit that I wasn't too sure of them in the first place. Since I had just a small site to host at the time and they offered a good satisfaction guarantee, I decided to join Webhostingpad and see what was going on with them. I honestly thought that because their prices were so low, that this must be one of these cheapo web hosting companies that does not give anything that resembles good service. I now realize that I was wrong. Since then I have hosted multiple websites on my hosting plan at WHP and there has yet to be a single problem. This hosting company is very professional and is dedicated to serving their customers well. When my contract comes up for renewal, I will definitly be renewing my service with them, as they have been one of the greatest web hosting companies that I have seen in all time.

Webhostingpad gave us outstanding personal service that we did not expect from any web hosting company. Very frequently, you see e-commerce sites such as online stores or service providers as just a website without any human interaction or contact. But with Webhostingpad, things were excellent! I was setting up a small business website and their staff were all very helpful and good at explaining how to do everything correctly. They have helped upload some of our files and then set up different email boxes. Obviously, this is the kind of service that I would expect from a top class web hosting company, but I found ti at Webhostingpad. When I was having a problem with my web hosting, the staff at Web Hosting Pad was very rapid to give an answer to the tickets that I have submitted. They then rapidly located the nature of the problem and had it completely resolved very quickly. It is obvious that when you are dealing with very important files on your website, then you need to be dealing with a technical support staff that is very competent and professional. I recommend Web Hosting Pad because of the quality of their technical support. Of course, it is not only that which would make me recommend them to you. There was only one issue that I had with Web Hosting Pad. My site was not loading correctly and it seems that there was a DNS error every single time I wanted to connect to it. I buy my domains at Godaddy because they have the best system for buying domains, but not their hosting. Even though I did not have a domain from them, Web Hosting Pad support was very quick to address the issue I was having and provided a rapid solution. My site was back up and going strong with no further major disruptions. There are occasionally minor disruptions some time and these are caused by server maintenance according to their support. They now send me an email message if they are going to have any issues with maintenance so that at least I would be aware of any disruptions that would last loinger than a few minutes so that I can take the necessary precautions and warn the users of my website. Since I have a gaming forum that is moderately popular, this is always apprecaited so that I am not left in the dark as to exactly what goes on. Very good for forum hosting using vBulletin and they put some really interesting tools at your disposal that you can use and install quickly. Never had a single database error or the dreaded “can't connect to database” that was the fault of Web Hosting Pad. I recently had a few problems running Tomato Cart e commerce platform on my account here. I submitted a ticket and they actually responded within a few hours, probably less than 2 hours. I found this very surprising because with all other hosting companies that I have been with before, it took them at least one day to even acknowledge that a ticket has been create. After I replied to the ticket, I got a reply back in just a few short minutes. I am very content with this quality of service. It turned out that there were a few settings that they needed to change in Apache on their end to make my site run better and after they did this I have no more problems. From such an inexpensive hosting provider I did not expect such great service! Their prices are very low and they offer fully unlimited hosting so that you will not run in to any problems with web space. Their email works fine too, again this is something that I had problems with when using my previous hosting company, but it seems that at Webhostingpad they have figured out a way to make all of their services and features work right the way that they should. Excellent host that gives an excellent service consistently. I have been with them for 4 years and it has always been like that, great job.

I didn't know much about WebHostingPad as I didn't see their ads all over the place on many websites just like the other hosting companies. However, when a friend of mine emailed me about them I went to check out their site. It looked great and they had a 30 day guarantee, so I thought that I might as well sign up with them as they had the best price for unlimited hosting at the time. It has been more than 2 months that I am using them now, so their service is consistent. It is not like the other web hosts where all goes well magically during the 30 day guarantee period and then hits rock bottom when you can't cancel anymore. I had a host where I was paying almost $10 a month for hosting and didn't give good speed and service. WebHostingPad also has good support. They reply very quickly to any question or inquiry that you can throw their way. Also another great thing about them is that their support is all based in America, so you don't have to deal with foreign call centers that have people which cannot do anything properly and are just reading a script to try to get you to upgrade to some junk.

After having almost 2 years of no trouble I suddently had an issue with WebhostingPad. This was the first time that I contacted their tech support in all this time. Issue was that my site was completely down so I was not able to see it, access the control panel or to check my email messages. Obviously this was not a very fun thing for me. So I called them by phone right away thinking that this would be the fastest way to resolve the issue. It turned out to be correct. When I called them, my call was answered right away without me having to wait even one minute. They said that they were having some problems with certain servers and needed to move some of the sites to toher servers. The total time that it took to do this and restore my site to working condition was less than 2 hours. I really liked the professional service and great quality that I received from WebhostingPad. Even if they are a smaller company and are very cheap compared to toher hosts here, their services are NOT cheap on quality and they will always do what is right to have yyour site up and running fast in case of a probelm/

I have tried using many different hosting providers before and none seemed to be very reliable or good with customer service. Finally with Webhostingpad is seems that I have found the right host. I can host all of my websites here without any problems. Everything in this web host is also very simple. By using them I have developed many of my websites and have acquired knowledge of Joomla hosting, php and scripting. Their hosting is always very good. I simply love this company as they are really one of the best places where you can host your site now. I never had any issue with my website and the hosting always stayed up with no interruptions. This is rare thing to see today where many hosts are having problems but not Webhostingpad. This is one of the main reasons why I recommend this company to everyone that is just looking for a good host. They are really the best out there.

The customer support offered by Webhostingpad is really by far the fastest that I have ever gotten from any other web hosting company, ever. With least several other web hosts, they usually take at least few hours to respond to a ticket or email query, but Webhostingpad is able to close all issues within minutes, or less than an hour or two. This incldues actually fixing the issue that is a problem and not jsutfiring off some fo rm message that tells that they are “working” on it. I usually contacted them not because there is a problem, but because there were certain things that I wasn't sure how they worked with my hosting account and I needed some help. Every singletime they were very rapid in responding and fixing the issue for me. This is really the main reason as to why I am recommending that you go with Webhostingpad, because their support is really excellent and will help you whenever you need something. And we all know how good support is important I nthe hosting industry, especially if you are running a business online and depend on your web host to make your site work properly just like it should.

At first when I saw Webhostingpad I was surprised that they offered hosting at such a good price. I am runnign a small business online and while I do not use any e-commerce features on my site I still wanted reliable hosting and most of all reliable email, since customers mostly contact me through a form on my website that goes straight to my email. Webhostingpad for the past 4 years and more has been able to provide me with that, which is just what I needed. Therefore, I am very satisfied with what they provide as a service to their customers. Their technical support is available by phone 24 hours and I don't remember ever waiting more than 1 minute when I call them. With other companies, it is almost as if I have to take time out of my schedule to contact them because I will be waiting on hold for 20 minutes and then get a representative that doesn't really know what they are doing and will have to wait even more until they figure it out. Good thing to see that such things are not happening at Webhostingpad and that I am able to get great quality, professional web hosting service at a really low priece from them.

I was customer of Webhostingpad for a couple years now and service is of excellent qualities. Customer support is very great at this host place because the service is extremely rapid and replies are sent to email queries within less than a hour or some thing like this. Price is very low but be a ware you will need a sign up for 5 year plan if you want price that is advertised on site here. But in other cases there is other prices available but then you are paying little more than special promotion. Quality is very good here and Webhostingpad is the best web hosting services at such low rate and reliability is never a concern with them.

They have a problem with their billing service here at Webhostingpad it would seem. I added my card on file at the beginning and everything was going well from that day, until when I was away for a few weeks and they did not charge my card, causing the domain I was using to expire. They claim that the transaction was declined but this is false, as I can actually see every transaction that goes through or not with my company. Their reps semmed rude and unhelpful, and were not patient at all with me. While their web hosting service here is good, their skills when dealing with people are not .Webhostingpad really has a lot to learn if they would like to keep themselves in business, because what they are doing is just not the way to go.

It has been since March that I am with web hosting pad and I feel quite satisfied with the complete service received by their customers service teams. Their service is available 24 hours a day so this is really good for me as I am not in America. There has never been disappointement here for me what so ever. Just keep providing the same best web hosting serivce you always do web hosting pad because this is great.

It has been 3 years now that I have been with WebHostingPad and the service I got from them was really an excellent experience up to now. Each time I had a problem, their tech support was there to offer an immediate fix to it. And in addition to that, you just can't beat the low price that they charge! The only problem that I have with their service is the Cron Jobs, it is only possible to run them once per hour and not at a lesser interval. But really if it was possible to do so, they would be the perfect host for me. But besides that, they are an excellent web hosting company!

Excellent, yet cheap web hosting. Their customer support and technical services greatly went beyond all of my expectations. They were able to resolve my last support ticket in just a few minutes! I can say that I am very much impressed with the fine service that they provided me. Great host!

I have had a mixed experience with Webhostingpad. I signed up here because the company was recommended by one of my colleagues who has used them in the past. I am sure he meant well, because the company here is not so bad, but there are a couple of things that I did not like about them. First of all, they try to position themselves as the absolute cheapest in web hosting. Well they do give very cheap prices, but you will only be able to get these prices if you sign up for 5 years. This is way too much in my book, as 3 years would have been the maximum I would be willing to ign up with a web hosting company for.
Their service ran fine at the beginning, but then I had issues with both my website and my email. The site would go down for about an hour a day each day with no explanation. Their email would have problems loading, so I had to resolve to downloading Thunderbird and checking my email on my PC, even thouhg I much prefer to do it with a web interface. Their support is VERY quick to answer, this is true but I was a bit disapointed about their responses. It seems like they gave me the typical boilerplate default response of: we know something is wrong and it will be fixed eventually. It is only after I complained that I would be canceling my service and writing a bad review of them in a forum that I co-own that one of their managers offered me a discount on my hosting and promised that the issues of unreliability would be taken care of within 3 days. I got the discount, but it took maybe a week to get things back up and running normally again. Was it a bad server? Or were they just messing up and not caring about what happens? I really don't know, but at least they were honest at the end, albeit with some coercion. My 3 years term is almost up with them so I came to your website to check some of the other reviews, as I don't know too much about the choices in webhosting right now.

Last year, I signed up for a 3 year term with WebhostingPad. Now, it has been just one year that I am with them and I am already quite unhappy with their service. It is not their servers or any technical aspect of the service that I am unhappy about, but rather, the way they handle their billing which is by putting in hidden fees that they do not tell you about up front. They now want me to pay $14.95 per year for the domain name, which was not clearly told to me at the beginning when I signed up for their service. So this is really a hidden fee, as you need to pay $14.95 for a domain every single year if you have registered the domain with them. Also the problem is if you get a domain from GoDaddy or something, it would cost you like $8 or $9 max for a .com domain, but Webhostingpad charges you double. I don't want to go through the trouble of changing my domain registrar because of this, as I heard some people get distuptions in their web site and all kinds of trouble from doing so, but I can tell you right away that I would not be using their service again after my term of 3 years with them is expired. This is a really bad thing for them to do.

Overall my experience with Webhostingpad has been quite good. Now that I am with them for 2 years exactly this month, I didn't notice a single issue with their web hosting services. All is going smoothly and I am paying a lot less than I would be paying if I was with a competing web host. Therefore, I believe that Webhostingpad is an excellent host as they give a very good service for a very low price too!

Webhostingpad provides good service and their support is fast to answer your questions. If you send them an email you will usually get a response within a few hours. This shows that they are really keen on helping you and are not just interested in making more money. So Webhostingpad is a very good choice if you are looking for a simple and inexpensive host that has good support.

I have been a customer of Webhostingpad for a few months now and I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Their responses to my queries were always fast and to the point. The price of the service is excellent too. I believe that if more companies were as good as Webhostingpad, then the entire web hosting industry would be much better off than it is today. Of course, I recommended Webhostingpad to many of my friends and they too were very happy with the kind of service they got and especially the personal attention from their support personel.

What is really good about Webhostingpad, besides their very affordable service, is that the support that they give to their customers is simply excellent. Any support ticket that I opened with them was answered in less than an hour. Very pleased with what I got from them so far. Therefore I would recommend their services very highly!

Web hosting pad is the best when it comes to customer support! I needed a CNAME redirection done. I called the tech support department at Web hosting pad and I was able to speak to someone almost right away. This was a surprise to me as I was used to waiting on the line for 15 or 20 minutes when I was with other hosts. They set up the DNS resolution very rapiudly and were always professional when dealing with me on the phone. It has been more than 4 years that I am with them and I have absolutely no compliants to make. I only wished I would have found their service before, it would have saved me a lot of trouble.

I would like to share my experiences with you regarding WebhostingPad. They are always the ebst when it comes to price and technical support. When I started with them I was not the most tech savvy user, so sometimes I would ask questions that would now seem quite stupid. But their representatives were always very helpful and very polite. I give two thumbs up for this excellent web hosting service. This is really a great service on their part. Especially given the fact that their prices are so low, it would surprise many that they are capable of providing such good prices. I don't know how they do it, but the good thing is that they are very well capable of doing the right thing for their customers and this is what counts the most in web hosting.

I have used webhostingpad.com for a few weeks now and all that I would say about their service is positive. This is really the best web host on the web, period. And at a price of $1.99 per month, it is really unbeatable. I had no problem signing up for 5 years at that price as they offer a satisfaction guarantee. No problems at all with them. They are very responsive if you open up a support ticket with them. Usually, you would get an answer within an hour, a few hours at most. I haven't tried their phone support since my spoken English is not so good, but since their email support is so good, then I think that their phone support would be good as well. I recommend this company to all other webmasters as well.

I admit that Web Hosting Pad is very cheap but this is definitely NOT the solution for e-commerce sites. I was a newbie site owner and made the mistake that many others make in thinking that any kind of “unlimited” web hosting will do. One thing that they don't advertise regarding their “unlimited” web hosting is that you have a limit to the amount of files that you can put on their server. Here, you can only put a maximum of 10 000 files. Problem is, I used Joomla hosting with an e-commerce theme, plus 2 magento sites and 1 with Zen Cart, all of which were provided by them. So there were 4 sites in total, well to me this sounded reasonable since they said that they provide “unlimited” hosting with an “unlimited” number of websites. I undertand if I was receiveing 100 000 visitors a day, but this was far from being the case, they just said that I was over the file limit, as I was approaching 40 000 files. Then they said I would need to pay another $10 a month, which would bring my total up to almost $13 a month in all. I switfly moved all of my hosting to HostGator. Despite them not being a perfect host, at least HostGator doesn't whine about 40 000 files and gives you a very generous allotment of inodes, I think over 200 000 or something like that. So the bottom line is that if you are going to use any kind of e-commerce platform or a content management system for your site, then beware as you will get big trouble here and they simply do not want you as a customer.

I have 3 websites hosted here, along with over 10 total domains pointed to these sites, and this is not a problem for Webhostingpad. If I have any question, they will answer me very quickly and do their best to actually give me decent service. I was surprised when I saw that their customer support team actually seemed to care about my needs, given the fact that they are such an inexpensive hosting company. I am not inexperienced with web hosting and have used over a dozen different web hosts in the past. Still Webhostingpad remains the best one in terms of the value that I am receiving for my money.

Definitely want to tip my hat off to Webhosting Pad for giving a good alternative to all of the big hosting companies out there at an extremely low price! At first when I saw that they had such a low price I was actually quite suspicious of their service. But when I signed up because they had a satisfaction guarantee, I saw that they had a very simple to use interface. If you have any problems, you can open a ticket with them and chances are that it will be resolved within a few hours, but very often it is actually solved much quicker. The last time I contacted their customer support, I got a response in less than 10 minutes to my message. This is really unbelievable as I have never seen one of the bigger web hosting companies provide such a good level of customer support before. If you are looking for a web host, then I recommend that you get Webhosting Pad with no hesitation!!

While I see here that many people are happy about the service that Webhostingpad gives, as well as their low prices, I believe that it is because some people are not really paying too much attention to how much they were charged in the end. If all I was talking about was how good their actual hosting is, then there would never be anything to complain about. As far as I saw, the hosting is good and there is nothing wrong with it. But it is their deceptive billing prices that are very bad and that I almost got fooled with, if I hadn't read a blog post about them on another website.
When you sign up, they sign you up for some additional services like speedy backup, directory listings (useless... there are plenty of directories that are free), advanced spam filtering and advance statistics (most hosts actually include these for free, but not WHP it seems). When you sign up for them, they are a trial, but the problem is you MUST remember to cancel those within 30 days, or you will be charged again. You must contact their customer service to cancel those, obviously because they want to make it as inconvenient as possible for you to cancel these add ons. If it is past the 30 days, then there is no refund for the add ons. They cost about $10 to $12 a year each, which does add up quite a bit.
If you don't believe me, then you should read some complaints on the BBB website about them, many of those deal with money issues such as being overcharged or not receiving a refund in a timely manner and more such stuff that should never happen if you are dealing with a respectable hosting company.
I would not go as far as calling WebhostingPad a scam company, since they do deliver on the services that they promise and I have known 2 people that asked for a refund and received it for the main hosting service (although they don't refund the domain and you sometimes have to fight a bit to get a refund), but their 'trial' billing practice for these services is very deceptive and is obviously designed to trick those that are not paying attention at sign up.
To avoid such issue, uncheck these options when you are signing up and always read all the terms and conditions, even if you have 10 minutes of boring reading to do, no matter what specific web host you are signing up for. It is much better to spend some time making sure that everything is ok prior to singing up, then realizing that you've been duped later on. Once again, I don't really think that as a web hosting services provider, WebhostingPad is a bad host since their service is reliable and working fine, but it is their billing issues that would make me not really recommend them unless you are very vigilant. Their prices are good, but I just realized that many other web hosts have prices that are as low as them if you use a promotional link or a discount code. Anyways, to get the $1.99 price I believe that you must sign up for 5 years, which is quite longer than average. Otherwise, you will pay a higher price that you can find with any other hosting company on the net.

I can really say that Web Hosting Pad is an excellent hosting provider. In the 2 years that I'm with them there has only been down periods lasting at most a few minutes and maybe a few slow downs, but there was nothing major or really bad going on with them at all! They put in a lot of effort in their customer service I see as they are always the most friendly and responsive. With all things considered, they get stuff done, which is what is the most important for a good web host to do. Their email interface is very well designed and so is their control panel that you use to upload your website. Web Hosting Pad is highly recommended.

After using my ISP's hosting service, which was very limiting as it only gave a few megabytes of hosting space, I switched to Webhosting Pad. I do admit that I was quite wary of this as I never used a real web host before, but all went a lot better than I would expect. I did make some mistakes and there were a few technical issues caused by my incompetence around the way, but I was really amazed at how the technical services crew at Webhosting Pad handled everything. They were available all day and night and I always like dealing with a company that has around the clock support available for me. The only thing that I would recommend improving would be their help system, they should make it a bit easier to navigate and to find a list of frequently asked questions, especially for those who are setting up a website with them for the very first time. But the main thing is that they are a good company and I was able to get my website going after less than 3 hours since I started.

In the last 6 years I used a variety of hosting providers, but this is the one that I will be sticking with! Even if I just have a basic shared hosting plan with Webhostingpad and this is the cheapest plan that they have, it really amazes me to see the quality of support that they provide to their customers. Their support staff has never failed to solve any technical problems that I experienced and has always been on hand to address any technical issues that have arised. The response times are very quick and short. This is much better than anything I have seen with a competing web host! Their tech support was able to help me renew my domain which had expired in less than 10 minutes. Something like that happened with another host before and it took them almost 2 days to get it back up and working again! So I definitely recommend Webhostingpad to everyone that wants a good hosting solution!

I was haivng a few problems moving my Joomla site from my old host over to here are Webhostingpad. Their support people were very competent and provided me with all the help I needed to get things done. Ron was the most helpful of them. Now my site works and everything is going great. I want to thank Webhostingpad for doing such a good job with their hosting! They are the best!!

I needed to get a CNAME redirect done. I was able to get in touch with WebhostingPad technical support and they answered immediately – which left me very well surprise!! The request to set up the DNS resolution was done very rapidly. This is really a good service and all of this is offered at an excellent price. Customer of WebhostingPad for many years now and I am not planning on leaving anytime soon!

Had a problem making a folder on their FTP server, so that I could have a place for users to uplaod their files with their own user name and password. I sent a message to their tech support, as I was going to log out soon and I didn't really feel like dealing with that issue that night. Even tho it was late at night, they sent a reply within less than 15 minutes. This is what great tech support is really all about. It looks like they are tkaking their commitment to giving customer excellent service seriously. Very good. Their hosting as well is of excellent quality and when using it, I would never run into any kind of trouble or problems. I am very happy to be working with them as my web host, they have truly shown they are an excellent company and commited to excellent support for their customers.

Nice host. All works really well at Web Hosting Pad. I have their second package and I host 2 websites with them at the moment. Things work really well, but just to let you know their prices are not really the cheapest around. To get the lowest price, you really need to sign up for too long, i Think it was 4 or 5 years. Otherwise, you will pay more, but it is still just as cheap as some of the other cheapest web hosts around. Support quality is also very good and they are easy to reach by phone. Obviously this is important if you ever get a problem with your site and would want it fixed right away. Very happy with the service of Web Hosting Pad right now and I recommend this company.

The hosting at Web Hosting Pad is good so far, but there is a big problem with their email. I started receiving spam on some of my business email addresses that I have hosted with them, even though they were never used on a public website, they were just given to other people, so it is unlikely that they were scraped from anywhere online. The spam messages that I get all seem to either promote prescriptions or dating sites. After tracing the messages, it seems tha tthey they are sent from the same server that hosts my account here at Web Hosting Pad. Talk about suspicious. After I reported this to them, they said that they will investigate. But a few days later, the spam is continuing. Strange indeed. They then proposed me an advanced spam protection that was like $10 a month. Now I see what the racket is all about. It looks like they send you spam or voluntarily give your email to spammers that operate with impunity, as they are sending it to their own users. Then they try to make you pay more money for you to buy their spam prevention services. Even though I've paid them for more than 3 years and have a year left, I am right now looking for another service provider which is why I came to find your site in the first place. I don't know if they do this to everyone or just to their business clients but this definitely smells bad. I was able to get rid of some of the spam by adjusting the filters on my account and using my own email client that automatically gets rid of unwanted emails, but still I have to deal with about 5 or 6 spam messages that get through every day. Very good experience at WebhostingPad so far. I was having issues connecting to their FTP server to upload all of my site. Contacted their support team and they answered right away – no waiting time at all. Took care of the issue for me and gave me the correct information on how to connect to FTP for my website. I really appreciate the help that they've given me and want to sincerely thank them for their time. The website is now running very well with no slow periods and was never down. I am now in the process of building 3 more websites which I will certainyl host here. Glad to have a host that actually looks like they care about their clients and not just tries to get you to upgrade or tries to sell you too many things at once

I really don't know how I came across WebhostingPad but in anyways I'm very happy that I did. The price when I signed up was really really low and lower than any other web host that I came across. They're a really good value for the services they provide. The host is not perfect and there are a few changes that you can't make yourself, like adding MX records, making changes to Cname, however they have a good support which makes very quickly to make any changes that you need. The only thing that I would ask them to improve is that they should change their cPanel as it honestly is a bit lacking at the time. But the most important part is their quality which is always there, so I plan on staying a customer of theirs for a long time.

Web Hosting Pad is great! After doing some much needed research, I decided to use them for my website. This is a decision that I really am happy I made. They have excellent price and their second package has more features if you need some more advanced stuff, like statistics for your website and more. For all of you, I'd recommend using web hosting from WebHostingPad. They have a good selection of web hosting tools and all the programs that you need for your website like forum, guestbook, stats counters, and more. If you have any problem, you'll get an answer from them almost right away. They're very useful when it comes to solving any questions or technical problems that you could have. The experience i've had was very good. Their technical support really know their stuff and as I'm an advanced user it shows that they're actually capable of helping you and not simply reading off a script and pretending that they did something. Highly recommended!

If you want good quality hosting at a good price then you will need to go with a company that's capable of doing that. For me Webhostingpad is really the best provider of web hosting services. Had far too many issues with other companies being unreliable and generally providing garbage service. Even though Webhostingpad is really cheap, they're still capable of giving you one of the best hosting services I came across in many years. The interface is really easy to work with and you'll quickly find all of the tools that you need to administer your website yourself. If there's any changes you need to do that can't be done from their control panel, their tech support staff is available there 24 hours a day for your needs. They also have a very good collection of tutorials that are helpful in navigating around their control panel interface and helping you figure out how you can do certain things if you're not familiar with the software that the company uses. With all of this in mind I really really like the service that Webhostingpad provides so I told many others about it and they were satisfied with it too.

Wow! I am honestly impressed that Web Hosting Pad has such a good WordPress hosting service. Everything is easy to install straight from their control panel and they had the latest version of WP available so there was no issues with compatibility, etc. Their support helped me set up WordPress for my website and even provided help adding some of the themes needed. Only had one small issue where the connection was dropping as I was uploading files. I was told that this was a temporary problem with the server and that I should try again in about an hour. It actually worked in less than 15 minutes. I want to congratulate Web Hosting Pad for running such a good hosting operation. Right now good hosting companies are hard to find as many of them are trying to skip out on customer service and hosting service quality to save a few dollars so I'm happy that there's still an honorable mention to be made for one of the less expensive hosting companies.

I needed a web host and I was just tired with other companies that tried to hassle you into buying you overpriced services that do nothing and didn't provide any useful features that you would need for your site. Webhostingpad is affordable and also more reliable than others in its class of shared hosting. Their customer support and sales are what initially brought me over to them and even after being with them for more than 3 years I never looked back. I would of course recommend their services for anyone looking for a good web host. But since they're also very easy to use, they're also great for beginners and new webmasters. With a solid service and solid support team, they really make the best in terms of web hosting quality services.

I've submitted a few questions using their trouble ticket system in the cPanel and I was extremely impressed by the way the Web Hosting Pad customer support answered everything that I asked them in a very timely manner. I also called them once to inquire about whether my server was down, and during the phone call, the problem was already being repaired and was finished before I was done talking to them. A respectable company that gives a user good services. I host 3 websites on their second package which gives more options and power, but is a bit more expensive and costs around $5 per month with everything included. But the value of the services received versus the money paid to Webhostingpad is still excellent. Comparing them to other webhosts, I believe I will end up staying even if others now launched better promotions than what I am paying with them after renewal. Looks like other companies are having trouble with their servers, but this is something that never happened to me at Webhostingpad. I want to give them a sincere thank you for their great service quality and their devotion to solving a problem I had with my website a couple of weeks ago when it was not loading properly. Webhostingpad rules!

When I was building my website, I've submitted a few tickets through their Control Panel and the technical support people were always there to answer my questions very fast. The service at WebHostingPad is one of the most reliable I've seen in a long time, even if I've been with about 5 different web hosts before, I was still very pleasantly impressed with their services. There has only been down time once or twice on their servers and even then it was fixed very quickly. I definitely recommend WebhostingPad's service if you want something that's reliable and also very affordable.

I've used plenty of web hosts in my career as a webmaster and website designer, but over the past few years, WebhostingPad has been my favorite company to deal with. I have an account with them that I use to host a few sites that I manage for my clients and their service has been unmatched. The first part is of course the web hosting services themselves. The control panel is easy to work with and all the tools are at the right place. So you don't have to jump from place to place to find what you're actually looking for. The next thing is that their user interface is not covered in 1001 ads like some other service providers love to do these days. So if there's something you need to find, you will find it without having to go through 10 upsell offers before, which rapidly gets annoying. Anyone who has already used Go Daddy or one of their resellers that use the same template will understand what this means. Price wise, it's very affordable and they're definitely the cheapest web host that gives such quality hosting to their customers. They're one of the smaller web hosting companies out there, so they don't sacrifice their customer service and product quality just to get their names all over the place and then not be able to provide the quality they promise. This is something that really annoys me with Go Daddy, as they're masters of lies with regards to their service quality. Technical support is the final thing I will tell you about and I will keep it very simple: it's just great. I have rarely seen a hosting company that gave tech support which was as good as what WebhostingPad gave me and my clients. Simply put, whenever you're in touch with them, you get an agent that is really interested in helping you solve any issue you've run into with your account. There were only a few minor issues with installing some WordPress sites, but all of that was resolved immediately. No waiting for tickets to be opened or for someone to “get back to you” like many other hosts have done to me. When something needs to be done, their tech support people take full ownership of the issue and will work hard to resolve it right away without passing the buck constantly. I firmly believe that other web hosting companies can really learn a thing or two from WebhostingPad's quality services!

For the small amount of money that you pay them these people deliver actually EXCELLENT web hosting. And I really mean EXCELLENT service that goes beyond the basics. All the tools are available for you to use in your back end panel. And the good thing is that all of these tools actually work at Web Hosting Pad. Just came here from a host that actually had the problem where half of their features were either inaccessible or perpetually in maintenance mode and you never knew when they would work or when they wouldn't. t. I signed up with the WebHostingPad service after a friend sent me a link to them. Was getting tired of all the other big hosts that would make really cute promises on their websites and tried to hustle you into buying 20 additional services that you don't want every time that you log in to your control panel. Good thing that WebHostingPad doesn't engage in such stupid behavior, it was actually a relief to see that there's still a few good hosting companies remaining, WebHostingPad included. I now keep 2 hosting accounts for some of my business sites, one with HostGator and the othe rone with WebHostingPad. But my favorite so far has definitely been WebHostingPad, if only for the excellent web hosting they give me every single day without any exceptions.

Things are really wonderful when I'm using WebHostingpad. I finally found a hosting company where the support team and the hosting quality were what I expected to get. No running around to get stuff fixed all the time or having to spend hours each week with the support team. Only a few basic questions I've had during set up. Lightning fast support was given in that time. No down time at all at this place. I just wanted to add the fact that I sincerely appreciate everything that their support team did for me. They're people who actually still have some human logic and decency left and don't act like mindless drones like you would see in the technical support or customer service of the other IT companies in the world. Webhostingpad is very good for quality hosting. They are on the top ten web hosts for a good reason I think. Very affordable service and everything is running well for me there. Technical support is answering all of my questions very rapidly and they also fixed some issues I had bringing over another website that was on a different host. For such a low price as they charge, I didn't expect to get too much for service. But I was proven wrong from the day that I signed up with WebhostingPad. Their service quality has simply been top notch right from the very beginning. I had a few questions about getting my plan up and running and they were very pro active and gave me good advice on how to make their hosting work well for my needs. You can add unlimited websites in their simple package, which is very cheap. Really good company.

WebHostingPad is good overall. Just a few things you need to keep in mind if you choose them like I did. The promotion of the $1.99 per month only applies to those who sign up for 5 years of hosting with them. This seems like a bit much to pay from the start especially if you don't know the company you're going to be dealing with from the beginning. They also try to make some more money from you by offering you options like better spam protection and better backup services, by offering the first month free for these add ons. Problem is, if you don't cancel, it says in the fine print that you'll then get charged the full price right away. Therefore, you need to pay close attention to the things that are checked in the sign up form when you start their service. The web hosting servers are quite reliable but I did run into a few issues worth noting with their email. Sometimes, the web interface for their email would get quite slow and I would need to reload the page several times before I could finally get it to work right. Spam would get through to the inbox on many more occasions that it would with a free email like Gmail or Hotmail. So to conclude their service is good and cheap, maybe not the best out here, but you definitely do get some pretty good value for the small amount of money that you're paying them.

They're cheap, that's one thing that everyone could agree on and in every review that you read of them you will probably find how low their prices are. I would also agree with some of the other statements here about their technical support being of good quality and being rapid. Yes, they're good for fixing small issues or providing you with information about their services but that's pretty much all of the customer service that they provide. I got the upgraded package at $2.99 per month as I needed some of their other features like statistics, etc. They claim that they provide unlimited services but the reality behind this is that it's not true. You build 3 Joomla websites that are quite simple and already then you would have exceeded their maximum amount of files. They also canceled my service after saying that my websites were using too much of their server resources. I highly doubt this would be possible since they were simply Joomla hosting websites that were receiving a quite moderate amount of traffic and not anything out of the ordinary. When I asked for my money back they then started giving me stupid answers which were basically that I should go read their terms of service. I had to go back and forth with them for over 2 months before it was finally agreed that I should get a refund for the un used portion of the service and that also took more than 2 weeks for them to finally process. If you don't like trouble with your hosting then my recommendation would be simply that you avoid using WebHostingPad. They're really nothing good.

Quite happy with Webhostingpad
I was amazed at how good their interface was in the admin panel. Everything worked and file upload was very easy to do. Email boxes were easy to set up and configure. Webhostingpad gives you a lot of information on how you can better use their service so I didn't have to contact their customer support at all so far.

Was looking at their site and considered using their service, but I finally chose not to because of some of their practices. First of all be careful with the price. They say its $1.99 per month but this is only if you pay the full 5 years in advance. Then, if you're going to be using a WordPress or Joomla hosting site, they make you pay $1 more per month to get super fast storage. I don't know if this means the regular option will be slow for any database driven site, but this just looks like another cash grab. There's also the case where they have a premium hosting which costs $3.99 per month of course with a 5 year plan.

I'm now using WebHostingPad's VPS service and it is way better than any shared hosting service I've ever been with, even if I'm on the smallest VPS plan they got now which is $9.95 per month for 10GB of space and 100 GB of bandwidth per month. I was looking for a really inexpensive and reliable VPS service provider and I found one. Other companies that had really low prices simply looked shady and like they could be here now and gone tomorrow. Great thing that this is not the case with WebHostingPad. Also they don't require that you pay for the long term with their VPS services. You can just pay for 6 months in advance and then use their service right away to get the best rate, otherwise it's $14.95 per month. I am so glad that I found them and I am very happy with the services, server runs very well now with no troubles at all.

I use the $3.99 a month plan from webhostingpad right now and it's all good. Speed for both site upload and download is much faster than with competing hosts I used on other websites in the past. Support is reachable 24 hours a day and there hasn't been any waiting time to talk to someone when I called tham about 2 or 3 times so far. A great company which really cares about its customers is how I would describe webhostingpad simply.

I changed over from GoDaddy after I had too many problems with them just to get my site working right. Now I got a plan with WebhostingPad instead and I'm really happy about that. I know that changing hosts can sometimes be quite difficult but upon speaking with WebhostingPad they've been a very good help for me. They have a plan that looks small and cheap but you get illimited bandwidth and storage which is what matters for me. You also got one free domain but I didn't need to use it since I have a domain already. You get all of the software that you need to install like for Joomla hosting, WordPress or Vbulletin. The support by chat is incredible. I contacted them at least 5 times when I was moving my website over for a few issues that I was running into and they were always able to give me some quick help when I needed it. Always patient and friendly. I certainly recommend WebhostingPad as the experience has been simply great for me.

I signed up a week ago for their basic VPS service. So far no problems at all. Very cheap price and no long term commitments needed when you use VPS. If you have a site that's a bit bigger and you don't want shared hosting you really need to look at using WebHostingPad's VPS services.

A highly performant low cost web host. I started out with one website that just had a few pages with them and then added 2 WordPress sites. They're very good for WordPress hosting. With my previous host I always ran into trouble with WordPress being unable to connect to the database and other errors like that. Luckily this never happened to me at WebHostingPad not even once. This is a sign that they're a very good hosting company that really cares about their users. I just wish that all other hosting services were reliable like them. They provide a lot of information in their documentation and help section so that you never have any problems or questions that are left unresolved. Reliability is nearly 100% as I never saw my website not being accessible or working like it should. WebHostingPad just gets the job done and they do that job very well if you ask me.

It looks like for the cheapest rate they only want someone who will have 2 HTML pages on their site and 10 visitors per month or something. Definitely not good for any kind of online business. I wouldn't mind checking out their service if they offer a 1 year or 2 year option at that price, but I'm really not willing to pre pay for 5 years, plus they always try to get more money out of you with the additional services they promote. No thanks, I'm going to keep looking for different hosts in the mean time.

This gave me the opportunity to work with most of the web hosts on your list and some other, smaller ones. Regarding webhostingpad.com I have nothing but positive things to say. The tech support is very quick to respond if something doesn't work the way that it should. Unlike other companies I've seen, WebHostingPad tech support is actually able to do what tech should do: fix problems right away!
When I saw that WebHostingPad was such a cheap company, I thought that there would be a lot of limitations on what you can do and that it would look more like a free hosting account where you can just put a few pages on and not really change anything. But here you can actually add subdomains, make changes to the htaccess file, etc. All for a very good price. For my clients that want a simple, powerful and inexpensive service provider, I always tell them about WebHostingPad.

I think WebHostingPad is more suited for users whose needs are really basic. I know that the majority of small time web masters don't use features like Cron Jobs, however it is necessary for me to update some content on my site. It looked like it wasn't available, but after talking to them they have to enable it manually, which they did for me. Still would have appreciated if it was there from the start, would have saved both of us some time. Also, regarding FTP, it's not possible to create separate FTP user and password accounts. This would have been nice to let some of our workers upload content to certain sites directly. Whiel the hosting options at WebHostingPad work 100% of the time with no major incident, this service isn't really geared towards professional users, but mostly for personal and really small business web sites.

They look cheap at first, but Webhostingpad is nothing but a cash grab. They try to make you sign up for all kinds of additional services. They offer a trial of backup and spam protection services but then bill you for a full year if you don't cancel within a month. They're definitely using bad business practices and I don't recommend dealing with this host under any case. Their service is also much slower than anything else I've seen in the business. ALmost like a free host, but at least with a free host you don't pay anything. Uploading a 1MB file took over 15 minutes once and it;s definitely not a problem with my own connection as I use other services that uploading such a file takes less than 1 minute. Not recommended at all!

Good for hosting small websites. I have my site there on hteir most basic package now for tha past 4 years and it works fine. Never had to contact their support as it all worked really well from the very beginning and the site that I run is pretty low maintenance, so I don't make too many changes to it on a regular basis. Would recommend WebhostingPad if you're looking for a good, basic web hosting facility that doesn't cost an arm and a leg, plus offers much better service than other cheap hosts.

very very bad. They kicked out my 3 websites by claiming that they were under DDOS attack because of them but this is something that never actuaally happened. Sites were getting about 30 hits a day each and there is just no way that there was an attack going on with just that. The scripts provided like for the forum and picture gallery rarely worked as they should and it took a lot of tweaking and tinkering to get things going. Support doesn't understand anything you want when it comes to one of their software tools that they provide. It doesn't matter anymore for me since they're the ones who chose to kick out my sites for no reason. Price is cheap here at Web Hosting Pad but one thing that I've learned with hosting is that a cheap price will never get you any good value at all.

I love the service and the staff at WebHostingPad. Been there for 3 years and never had any issues that were very bad. If there was a question I had their support team was available by online chat. Looking for a good VPS host and I found Web Hosting Pad. I just needed the most basic service and I found it with them. For less than $10 a month I get a VPS server which works extremely well for my website's needs. I found a few other companies that chagre such a low rate but they all require that you pay in advance for at least one or two years which I really didn't want to do. They have very good VPS options at Web Hosting Pad because to get the best rate you only need to pay 6 months in advance. You can get the monthly option as well but then it becomes a bit more expensive. Still excellent value for their price. I don't know how good their shared hosting services are since I've never used shared hosting with Web Hosting Pad but I can at least confirm to you all that when it is VPS web hosting then Web Hosting Pad rocks

Web Hosting Pad is a good web hosting service. The price you pay is good since you get 5 year's worth of hosting for the same price that you would be paying for just 2 or 3 years in another web host. This means that paying for 5 years isn't really that bad as you get to pay about $2 per month. One thing though, the domain is only free for the first year and you have to pay for it at the regular price after. But I got my domain from another company where I only pay about $7 per year for domain renewal so it's not that bad for me but just would like to let others know. A good thing though about Web Hosting Pad is that it looks like the company really cares about its customers. They have good support which replies to your messages very fast, in fact much faster than the rest of the hosting places.

I got nothing short of excellent hosting on the part of WebHostingPad. No problems at all with their most baisc hosting service costing less than $2 per month. Got started with the website in one day and everything was ready. No delays or problems with billing or site set up. Will definitely recommend!

A good host. Smaller than other companies but this doesn't mean that they're not good or anything like that. Service here was relatively decent. Sometimes the site would get a bit sluggish when loading but this seems to have disappeared as of the past couple of weeks. Got an email from their support saying they were adding additional servers to the data center in order to cope with increasing demand on their services by new customers. Good to see that the company cares about their clients and is willing to make improvements to their services when necessary. Was very amazed by how fast they answer you when there's a question that you have. They really give 100% for their clients and I'm very happy for that. Low prices also make them more attractive than the competitions when I was choosing the next web host I was going to go with.

I now use Webhostingpad VPS service. This is the best VPS hosting I've had in a long time. I had a server with another company in the past but it looks like they've gone out of business. Now that I'm building 2 new e-commerce sites needed a good service that was dependable and didn't cost too much. Other companies charge more than $30 per month even for their most basic services. Good thing that now I'm paying $14 for VPS with no contract. Didn't want to pay 3 years in advance with a company that I didn't use before. Turned out to be very great service. Email took a bit of time to set up but they were very helpful and they even apologized for a slight delay in getting the email app ready to work as the control panel was having a bit of trouble that day. This was the only time I ever had any problem with their service. So I would like to give a big thank you to the crew at Webhostingpad for what they've done to help me so far!

I've been using Webhostingpad solely as an email service. Their service is fairly reliable, but on a number of occasions it just stops working. I will call their tech support--sometimes it works again quickly, sometimes it takes hours to start working. Currently, however, it is not only NOT working, but I can't reach their tech support, their sales staff, and their "live" chat is off-line. I need to have my email working for my business, so I am getting rid of them (assuming they are not already out of business).

WEBHOSTINGPAD IS THE BEST!
I have been a happy WebHostingPad customer for more than 3 years. I will never ever change providers. Excellent tech support. I've never experienced downtime (in all my 3+ years with more than 6 websites). Superior value!!
I've been moving clients over to WebHostingPad from other providers left and right, and my clients are all happy as clams! Not to mention... If I moved their sites to inferior hosting they wouldn't be my clients for long, now would they? Use WebHostingPad. You will NOT regret it!!

pros: price, decent performance (no complaints), slightly above average chat support, nice basic feature set for the price
cons: nearly a dozen email outages in the past 6 months, unlimited is not truly unlimited - there is a 10GB default account file limit that you have to ask to have raised. So upload some big files to your ftp site and then email crashes since surpass 10GB limit.
Conclusion: if email is important then don't use there email, you will be frustrated. Stick to using there hosting for web pages and limited ftp file sharing.

Have a bit of a mixed opinion of WebHostingPad based on my experience using their service. Sure the price was very affordable but this is sadly one of their best points to the exclusion of many others. I don't know if it's just me that was having a string of bad luck when I was using them but uploading was very slow in FTP and the connection was interrupted many times. Even if I finally got everything to work right after a certain number of trying again it was very frustrating to do that. Technical support answers fast (another of the strong points of WebHostingPad) but their usefulness if you need them looks limited. When I reported the issue about the file upload errors at first they seemed like they didn't care and that everything was A-OK as no other user reported them anything... it took some pushing around before they finally agreed to investigate and somewhat agreed that the problem wasn't caused by me. WebHostingPad is all right in my knowledge if your use of their service is not professional but just for building a very simple site. I'm looking for another web host especially now that their service looks like it has slowed down and a couple times I get an error saying that the page is inaccessible. Looking for the best web host and I hope I will find it soon but that best web host doesn't seem to be WebHostingPad.

Web Hosting Pad is a good host. Best web host out here I think for small sites. I'm building 2 bigger sites right now and need more powerful hosting but when I was with them, Webhosting Pad always met my needs 100% of the time. They don't seem to offer cloud hosting or dedicated server hosting that I would need which is why I'm looking for something more.

I've been using they're service for the past few years now. So far, it was all great and I recommended Webhostingpad to 2 clients for their own websites that I've built. No complaints from them and nothing ever goes wrong on my own account so I guess WHP has their stuff together so to speak. Big positive point is that they're using American based support when you call them. Nothing irritates me more than being sent off to some cheap call center in some third world country where people who barely speak any English try to do something to help you and usually fail as they know nothing about hosting. WHP's basic service is good enough if you're maintaining a site that is rather simple, but they do support Drupal hosting and WordPress hosting if you would be using a CMS for your site instead of just an HTML site. Very reasonable prices too for the quality provided.

WebHostingPad is very affordable if you take their plan for the longest period of time, though they do give you bonuses for staying with them longer, which makes it really worth your while. I have the $2.99 package which gives me more statistics and more power, but the $1.99 plan is suitable for those who have a very simple site or a small one that isn't selling anything. Very satisfied with WebHostingPad hosting.

Very thankful for the support offered by Web hosting pad. I was having some trouble moving my site from another provider that was also giving me plenty of other headaches, which is why I switched to Web hosting pad. Not sure where they're based as the two support reps had some kind of British accent but it sure beats dealing with someone in a cheap o Indian call center at all times. Problem was resolved within the same day and my website was up and running and it is until now. Extremely pleased with what we got from them!

You should be very careful about what you're getting yourself into as Webhostingpad almost got me. When you sign up they automatically sign you up for plenty of additional features that you have to un check manually and try to upsell you for like 2 pages so that you buy more junk. Try to sell you spam filter, domain privacy, more backup space and some other stuff I can't remember. I actually noticed I was signed up for a backup service I didn't need a few minutes after. I contacted their support and at first they were unwilling to do much it seems, but then they reluctantly agreed to remove the stuff that I didn't need. I can't judge their hosting itself as I haven't been with them for too long now, it's only been a few days. While I didn't say that their hosting is junk, I'm certainly against their “negative billing” practice.

Very bad web host. Our company just had too many problems with them. First there was the slow servers. Then all of a sudden we kept getting spam by the dozens each day in our email boxes. WebHostingPad then tried to sell us advanced spam protection. Strange that the spam started a few days after we changed our hosting for one of our domains over to them and it never happened before. Maybe we got 3 or 4 spam mails that would slip by but not like this. wouldn't use them, they're not serious.

One thing that surprised me with Webhostingpad is the simplicity of their service. They don't have too many complicated elements in their admin section which is great if you just want to host a simple website. I think that if you need more power they may not be for you, but I'm not really sure with that too as they have a higher hosting package as well, think it comes with more stuff.

Webhostingpad SUCKS. They cancelled my website hosting because BING was crawling it too much for their liking. They refused to do any investigation into the issue. They initially called it "massive connections". I pushed for more details. DDOS attack from thousands of spoofed IPs. I pushed them for logs. They gave me 10 minutes worth of logs, all showing hits from BING's spider from no more than six IPs within Microsoft's network. I pushed back again and they refused to go any further saying that they cannot host my account. TOTAL BULLSHIT. They close support tickets with no comment. They cancel service for no good reason. Spend your money elsewhere!!!

Very cheap web hosting at a low price of $1.99. Even if my site isn't active anymore I'm keeping the account as I have 2 years left. Will be building a site again in the next year and will keep with Webhostingpad. Very helpful towards new customers and they contacted me to ask if I needed any help. Good from a web host I never had any other company do this with me before.

Had several billing issues, from them not notifying me that my domain expired and charging me over $200 to get it back, to auto-billing even though I cancelled. Customer service is the absolute rudest bunch. Avoid.

It's all right hosting here. Had a small trouble when I was signing up and for some reason the registration didn't go through correctly at first. But then it was fixed immediately by their support so I got running in a few hours. Would recommend Webhostingpad to anybody that wants a host that has a lot of quality and helps their customers.

Great host. Low prices, the lowest seen so far in the hosting search. For $1.99 per month you get unlimited hosting. The prices of Web Hosting Pad haven't been beaten anywhere else. Very glad to be dealing with them as the best web host for me is certainly Web Hosting Pad.

I've been a customer of Web Hosting Pad for around 3 years now. I've got their higher price plan which starts at $2.99 per month. My opinion of them is that their web hosting at its lowest price point is way too basic. You don't get much in terms of statistics with that low package, which is something that I needed for my site. Sign up went flawlessly and I was uploading the files needed for my website in just a few minutes after. The service was good until now. No need to contact their technical department at any time. I'm just wondering how much it would cost to renew my package. if they continue at the same low price that I'm paying now, I would be more than happy to keep going on with them. Otherwise I'm here to look at other options. I've sent them an email about an hour ago about the renewal options, we'll see what they have to say to me about that. But for newcomers in the hosting industry, the $1.99 package is suitable and for more experienced webmasters, the $2.99 plan will work much better.

I chose to go with the serivce of Web Hosting Pad after reading some of the reviews about this company. They had so many positive reviews, in all places that I thought this was really the best host. They're an amazing service, trust me. I'm really happy to be their client today and I hope they can keep their service going for a very long time. They aren't greedy like the rest of the web hosts and pay attention to when their customers are talking.

Webhostingpad is cheap. In fact their rate of $1.99 per month is the lowest of all the providers here. They provide the same type of service that other providers would charge you $5.95 per month for. If you sign up for 5 years you get the best price. Essentially, you get a 5 year subscription for the cost of what a 2 year plan in many other web hosts would cost you. They are really great and I'm proud of their dedication to satisfy their customers.

WebhostingPad does a good job generally. There are a few things about them that get quite annoying though. Most of it is during the sign up process. They try to get you to sign up for many services that are costing extra like a backup, directory listing, private domain and more stuff. Then when I tried to sign up it sent me to another page where they tried to sell me even more things. I was about to just close the whole thing and go somewhere else to be honest. They also have plenty of ads in their control panel. This kind of reminds me of Godaddy and it really gets annoying. I just want to use my web hosting service and not get solicited to buy more and more and more and more things. I understand that this is business and they want to make more money from their clients but there's a limit somewhere. The reason that I'm staying with them is because of their server quality. For a cheap web host at $2 per month their hosting service is very good. When I called technical support once at night, I was also answered immediately by a gentleman that spoke perfect English and understood all the questions before resolving the problem I got with some of my files not uploading right. After speaking to him the problem went away and never returned. I recommend them because of low price and good service but please watch out what you sign up for in the beginning as you're going to have to really be attentive so that you don't accidentally buy something you don't need. Trust me, this happened with another company and I had to get a lawyer to send them a letter just so I could get my money back.

I don't remember having any important problems with WebhostingPad at all, except one small billing problem. I forgot to update the credit card that they had on file so my account got suspended as I didn't pay too much attention to the email I gave for billing. Had some trouble logging into my account to fix the billing info and needed to contact their support. The log in info was reset in a few minutes and I was able to get my website back up and working in under an hour. This simply means that they have great support at WebhostingPad. Everything was quick to be done and the instructions provided were accurate.

Web Hosting Pad is an honest and very high quality web host. I asked some detailed questions about what the limits were in terms of database size, number of tables and total inodes in one account. All of my questions were answered honestly and rapidly. This is much better service than the other hosting companies I've been dealing with in the past, as I've been lied to by many web hosting providers who kept insisting that their services were all unlimited all the time, but as soon as I put more than 2 websites under the account they kicked me out saying I used too much of their resources. Good to see that this isn't the way that Web Hosting Pad works. At such a low price, they're quite simply an excellent host and the very best I've done business with so far.

To give my honest comments about the WebhostingPad service, I will tell you that I remember one server issue where the servers were undergoing maintenance and had to be taken offline for about an hour. I was quite new to web hosting at that time so I didn't really understand fully that web hosts occasionally have to do maintenance and that it may cause small disruptions. Now I know that and even YouTube or Facebook sometimes go down for half an hour or so even if they're hosted on the most state of the art equipment managed by hundreds of professionals around the clock. My other comment is about their support service reps. I had questions about getting Drupal working on my service with WebhostingPad. The agent Gabriel from technical support answered my email in less than an hour and offered to follow up on the issue to make sure my service would work completely. So if any of you are really in search of a professional quality web host at the price of the cheapest web host you can locate I say go with WebhostingPad. You won't regret your decision. I know I didn't regret mine.

Since making the move to Web hosting pad I've received nothing short of the best web hosting services from their team. After having a very bad experience with uncaring and often unavailable support from another cheap web host it is refreshing to be with Web hosting pad for three websites that I own. If you're not satisfied with your current hosting arrangement I would urge you very strongly to make the move to Web hosting pad. You won't regret this at all!
